For the 21st century, knowledge management is needed by a new management paradigm in order to coped with various demand from medical care customers and rapidly changing environment around a hospital, and to improve the quality of life of internal members and external customers.
It is a characteristic that a hospital organization is composed of special human power of a lot of type of occupation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the human capital that is the key factors of the knowledge management influencing on management results and analyzes causal relation among many factors. That is, because human capital has important causal relation with effectiveness of a hospital organization, this paper focus on finding out the empirical evidence of this relation.

Firstly, business ability and personal relations among human capital appeared to have an influence on knowledge sharing.
Secondly, The knowledge sharing has an influence on organization effectiveness. Thirdly, capital self-development and personal relations among human appeared to have an influence on organization effectiveness.
Finally, business ability and personal relations among human capital appeared to have an influence on organization effectiveness through knowledge sharing.
According to these results, a strategy that improve a level of factors of human capital is necessary on the considering that human capital is very important to success of an organization.
The Study to raise a level of human capital is continuously performed, and education, a training technique or program must be developed, and organization members try to improve business ability and personal relations.
Also, the degree of recognition about knowledge sharing of a Chief Executive Officer must be raised, and cooperation between the departments and knowledge accumulation must be pursued.
This research implies that we must approach strategically knowledge management in a hospital in order to enhance management results through correct evaluation about the human capital, intangible assets. It also implies that knowledge sharing culture must be settled down by confidence and cooperation of members.
