대학생의 대상관계수준이 데이트폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향: 집착행동의 매개효과 = The Mediation Effect of Clinging Behavior on the Relationship between the Object Relation Level and the Dating Violence of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of the object relation level on the dating violence, and to verify mediating effect of the clinging behaviors. The data for the analysis were collected from 658 male and female students of four universities located in Seoul, Gangwon-do, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The psychological tests used in this research included the following: OR-Inventory, CTS-2 and the clinging behavior scale survey. The results of study are as follows. First, the difference in the level of dating violence between male and female students wasn’t significant, but the difference in the object relationship levels and clinging behavior between male and female students was partially significant. Second, significant positive correlations were observed between the object relation level, the dating violence and the clinging behavior. Third, the main effect of the object relation level for the dating violence was significant. Fourth, the clinging behaviors mediated partly in the relationship between the object relation level and dating violence, and these partial mediating effects were also proven equally between general university students and those whose levels of violent behavior are above average in dating violence. Based on the results, implications and suggestions for further research were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학생의 대상관계수준, 데이트폭력 가해행동, 집착행동 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 집착행동이 대상관계수준과 데이트폭력 가해행동 간 관계에서 매개적 역할을 하는지 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 강원도, 대구 및 경상북도에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 658명을 대상으로 대상관계 척도, 갈등관리 척도(CTS-2), 집착행동 척도 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 데이트폭력 가해행동의 수준에서는 남녀 대학생의 차이가 유의미하지 않았고, 대상관계수준과 집착행동에서는 부분적으로 성차가 유의미하였다. 둘째, 대상관계수준 점수와 데이트폭력 가해행동간, 대상관계수준 점수와 집착행동간, 집착행동과 데이트폭력 가해행동간 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 데이트폭력 가행행동에 대한 대상관계 수준의 주효과가 유의미하였다. 넷째, 집착행동은 대상관계수준과 데이트폭력 가해행동의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났는데, 이러한 부분매개효과는 일반대학생과 데이트폭력 가해행동이 평균수준 이상으로 보이는 대상에게서 동일하게 입증되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 논의 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
