청소년 상담에서 내담자의 상담기대, 작업동맹, 상담자 발달수준이 상담만족도에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Client Expectation, Working Alliance and Counsellor Developmental Level on Counselling Satisfaction in Adolescent Counselling

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact and the process of the common factors which contribute to the result of the consultation in the adolescent counselling. The research participants were consisted of 21 counselors who work as an intern or above level at the counseling agencies in major regions such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon and Chungcheong area, as well as 87 clients aged between 14 and 18 years old youth who have an experience of receiving the consultation from the 21 selected counselors at least three times in the past.
The results of this study were as follows; First, the client’s expectation had significant influence on the counseling satisfaction. Second, the working alliance was found to fully mediate the relationship between the client expectation and counselling outcome. Lastly, the study found no evidence of the mediating effect of the working alliance in the relationship between counselor developmental level and counselling outcome.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 상담에서 상담성과에 기여하는 공통요인들의 영향력과 그 경로를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 강원, 충청 지역 청소년 상담자 21명과 연구에 참여한 상담자에게 최소 3회 이상 상담을 받는 87명의 청소년 내담자 쌍을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담성과에 기여하는 공통요인 중에서 내담자의 요인인 청소년 내담자의 상담기대가 상담만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담성과에 기여하는 공통요인 중에서 작업동맹은 내담자의 상담기대와 상담만족도와의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 확인됐다. 셋째, 상담성과에 기여하는 공통요인 중에서 상담자의 요인인 상담자 발달수준은 상담만족도를 유의하게 설명하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 현장에서 진행되고 있는 청소년 상담의 실제 자료를 종단적으로 수집하여 상담만족도로 측정한 상담성과에 영향을 미치는 공통요인을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이상의 결과를 토대로 한국 청소년 상담에 대한 시사점과 함께 본 연구의 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
