서울시의 도시재생사업이 주민의 마을만족도와 공동체의식에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to confirm differences of citizens cognition about urban regeneration, village satisfaction and community spirit among regions in Seoul and how urban regeneration effects on village satisfaction and community spirit of the citizens of Seoul. For this study, the data developed by the Korean Association for Public Society through 750 citizens of Seoul was used. Seoul was divided into five regions; downtown, northeast, northwest, southwest and southeast on the basis of criterion made by the Mayor of Seoul
According to the results of this study, downtown and southeast area have higher environmental, economic and living condition than northeast, southwest and northwest area. The citizens village satisfaction and community spirit in downtown and southeast area are also higher than those in northeast, southwest and northwest area. Living and environmental regeneration affect citizens village satisfaction and community sprit positively but economic regeneration negatively. Citizens village satisfaction acts as a parameter partially when living and environmental regeneration affect citizens community sprit but completely when economic regeneration affect citizens community spirit.
