쉼터 청소년의 임파워먼트와 사회적 탄력성 = Effects of Empowerment on Social Resilience of Runaway Adolescents Living in Youth Shelters

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of empowerment on the social resilience of runaway adolescents living in youth shelters. And it`s also meant to make a multiple regression analysis of a structural equation model by selecting as control variables their psychosocial traits that were thought to affect social resilience. The subjects in this study were 289 adolescents living in youth shelters. The findings are as following. First, in terms of psychosocial traits, lower optimism, better friend support, and higher communication level with a shelter teachers led to better social resilience. Second, intrapersonal empowerment and interpersonal empowerment contributed to bolstering school resilience though their demographic and psychosocial characteristics were controlled.
