The development level of modern service industry is an important symbol for country or region’s comprehensive competitiveness, the modern service industry of jilin provence, which is key supported by the logistics, ha played a great role in the national economomy and it’s effect has become more and more prominent. Based on the grey relational analysis method, the paper analyzes the logistics and the whole modern service industry (tertiary industry) of jilin province which also analyzes the corelation degree among the tertiary industry and the primary and secondary industries the paper aims to find the existing problems in the modern industry and put and forward the corresponding countermeasures promoting the development of Jilin morden service industry.
The research for Chinese CDM risk and its countermeasures
Yuan-ying Chi,Dong-xiao Niu,Zhi Lie,Xiang-yang Li 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 2009 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 학술대회 Vol.2009 No.10
With the global climate becoming worse and warmer, the Kyoto Protocol"s signing leads to the birth of CDM, which is one of the three mechanism in the protocol and aims to realize the greenhouse air reduction via the projects cooperation between the developed country and developing country. Although so many successful CDM projects have been finished so far and plentiful experiences have also been accumulated by us, we still encounter many risks during the course of CDM projects implementing which can also bring great potential losses to economy. This article aims to analyze the possible CDM risks from three categories including traditional aspect, process aspect, and market aspect and presents the possible measures to mitigate the risks in order to make us keep sober-minded at the risks.

Cis-3-O-p-hydroxycinnamoyl ursolic acid (HCUA), a triterpenoid compound, was purified from Elaeagnus oldhamii Maxim. This traditional medicinal plant has been used for treating rheumatoid arthritis and lung disorders as well as for its anti-inflammation and anticancer activities. This study aimed to investigate the anti-proliferative and apoptotic-inducing activities of HCUA in oral cancer cells. HCUA exhibited anti-proliferative activity in oral cancer cell lines (Ca9-22 and SAS cells), but not in normal oral fibroblasts. The inhibitory concentration of HCUA that resulted in 50% viability was 24.0 μM and 17.8 μM for Ca9-22 and SAS cells, respectively. Moreover, HCUA increased the number of cells in the sub-G1 arrest phase and apoptosis in a concentrationdependent manner in both oral cancer cell lines, but not in normal oral fibroblasts. Importantly, HCUA induced p53-mediated transcriptional regulation of pro-apoptotic proteins (Bax, Bak, Bim, Noxa, and PUMA), which are associated with mitochondrial apoptosis in oral cancer cells via the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential. HCUA triggered the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) that was ascertained to be involved in HCUA-induced apoptosis by the ROS inhibitors YCG063 and N-acetyl-L-cysteine. As a result, HCUA had potential antitumor activity to oral cancer cells through eliciting ROS-dependent and p53-mediated mitochondrial apoptosis. Overall, HCUA could be applicable for the development of anticancer agents against human oral cancer.

Background and Purpose The relationships among interleukin (IL)-10 levels, anxiety, and cognitive status after stroke remain controversial. We aimed to determine the associations of serum IL-10 levels with poststroke anxiety (PSA) and poststroke cognitive impairment (PSCI). Methods We recruited 350 patients with stroke, of whom only 151 completed a 1-month follow- up assessment. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to assess the cognitive status and anxiety, respectively. Serum IL-10 levels were measured within 24 hours of admission. Results IL-10 levels were significantly lower in the PSA group than in the non-PSA group, and they were negatively associated with HAMA scores (r=-0.371, p<0.001). After adjusting for all potential confounders, IL-10 levels remained an independent predictor of PSA (odds ratio=0.471, 95% confidence interval=0.237–0.936, p=0.032). IL-10 levels were strongly correlated with behavior during interviews, psychic anxiety, and somatic anxiety. Patients without PSCI had higher IL-10 levels were higher in non-PSCI patients than in PSCI patients, and they were positively associated with MMSE scores in the bivariate correlation analysis (r=0.169, p=0.038), and also with memory capacity, naming ability, and copying capacity. However, IL-10 did not predict PSCI in the univariable or multivariable logistic regression. Conclusions Low IL-10 levels were associated with increased risks of PSA and PSCI at a 1-month follow-up after stroke. Serum IL-10 levels may therefore be helpful in predicting PSA.
Assessing the Blockage Risk of Disaster-Relief Road for a Large-Scale Earthquake
I-Tien Lo,Ching-Yuan Lin,Cheng-Tao Yang,Ying-Ji Chuang,Chi-Hao Lin 대한토목학회 2020 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.24 No.12
After a large-scale earthquake, the road is susceptible to get blocked by liquefaction or building collapse, and that results in disaster-relief difficulty. This study adopted two earthquake loss estimation systems in Taiwan, and the risk of road blockage caused by liquefaction or building collapse was calculated separately. A new modeling was proposed, and the comparisons of the results of a single factor and that of the joint factors were made. Four scenarios of peak ground acceleration (PGA) = 250, 400, 550, 750 Gal were tested. The result shows that the probability of road blockage due to liquefaction almost reaches the maximum when PGA hits 400 Gal. On the other hand, the probability of road blockage due to building collapse increases if PGA increases. The joint probability of road blockage due to liquefaction and building collapse can improve the underestimation when using either one factor, and it can evaluate the risk more realistically. At present, there is no risk assessment modeling considering two important factors for disaster-relief road planning in Taiwan. This study provides a simple and comprehensive disaster-relief road risk assessment modeling to make better emergency rescue plans. In addition, it can provide the information for conducting seismic strengthening policy for both sides of the disaster-relief road that can reduce the risk of obstacles to disaster-relief roads.
