        부모의 스마트폰 과의존이 아동의 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향: 부모의 양육태도와 아동의 우울 및 공격성의 순차적 매개효과

        Objectives: This study examined the two-way effect of a parent’s smartphone dependency on child’s smartphone dependency focusing on the serial mediating effects of positive/negative parenting, and child’s depression/aggression. Methods: The sample comprised 2,290 fifth-grade elementary school students and their parents (father or mother). The results of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation were calculated using SPSS 25 and the mediation model was analyzed using AMOS 25.0. The comparison among the serial mediation models was analyzed using AMOS 25.0 syntax. Results: A parent’s smartphone dependency had a significant direct effect on child’s smartphone dependency. The mediating effects of both positive/negative parenting and child’s depression/agression on the relationship between parent’s and child’s smartphone dependency were significant, supporting the serial mediation model. As a parent’s smartphone dependency increased, negative parenting increased while the positive parenting decreased. As negative parenting increased, a child’s depression and aggression did as well, finally leading to higher levels of smartphone dependency in the child. In contrast, as positive parenting increased, the child’s depression and aggression decreased leading to lower levels of smartphone dependency in the child. The path from parent’s to child’s smartphone dependency through negative parenting and aggression had the highest mediation effect. Conclusion: This study showed that the child’s smartphone dependency is affected by not only by child-related factors (depression and aggression) but also parent-related factors (smartphone dependency and parenting). Additionally, comparing mediational effects, interventions focusing on negative parenting and child’s aggression might be more effective to reduce levels of child smartphone dependency.

        Automatic Classification of the Korean Triage Acuity Scale in Simulated Emergency Rooms Using Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing: a Proof of Concept Study

        Background: Rapid triage reduces the patients' stay time at an emergency department (ED). The Korean Triage Acuity Scale (KTAS) is mandatorily applied at EDs in South Korea. For rapid triage, we studied machine learning-based triage systems composed of a speech recognition model and natural language processing-based classification. Methods: We simulated 762 triage cases that consisted of 18 classes with six types of the main symptom (chest pain, dyspnea, fever, stroke, abdominal pain, and headache) and three levels of KTAS. In addition, we recorded conversations between emergency patients and clinicians during the simulation. We used speech recognition models to transcribe the conversation. Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT), support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and k-nearest neighbors (KNN) were used for KTAS and symptom classification. Additionally, we evaluated the Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) values of features to interpret the classifiers. Results: The character error rate of the speech recognition model was reduced to 25.21% through transfer learning. With auto-transcribed scripts, support vector machine (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve [AUROC], 0.86; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.81–0.9), KNN (AUROC, 0.89; 95% CI, 0.85–0.93), RF (AUROC, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.82–0.9) and BERT (AUROC, 0.82; 95% CI, 0.75–0.87) achieved excellent classification performance. Based on SHAP, we found “stress”, “pain score point”, “fever”, “breath”, “head” and “chest” were the important vocabularies for determining KTAS and symptoms. Conclusion: We demonstrated the potential of an automatic KTAS classification system using speech recognition models, machine learning and BERT-based classifiers.

        A Study on the Fabrication of bone Model X-ray Phantom Using CT Data and 3D Printing Technology

        3-dimensional(D) 프린터는 컴퓨터로 모델링 한 데이터를 바탕으로 3차원의 입체 물체를 출력할 수 있는 장비이다. 이러한 특징을 방사선과학 분야와 융합하여, CT 데이터를 이용한 뼈 모형 X선 팬텀제작 등에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 Pelvis팬텀을 CT 스캔하고 얻어진 데이터로 Fused Filament Fabrication(FFF) 3D 프린터의 소재인 PLA, Wood, XT-CF20, Glow fill, Steel 필라멘트를 이용하여, 뼈 모형 팬텀을 제작하였다. 기존의 Pelvis 팬텀과 3D 프린터로 제작된 5가지 재질의 팬텀을 동일한 조건으로 CT 스캔 하고 얻어진 영상에서 Hounsfield Unit(HU)을 측정하였으며, 진단용X선 발생장치를 이용하여 SI, SNR을 측정하여 각 팬텀을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 사지 X선 검사 조건 내에서 X선 팬텀은 glow fill 필라멘트가 가장 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 기반으로 필라멘트의 특성들을 알 수 있었으며, X선 팬텀 제작에 대한 실용성을 확인하였다. A 3-dimensional (D) printer is a device capable of outputting a three-dimensional solid object based on data modeled in a computer. These features are utilized in the bone model X - ray phantom production etc using CT data by fusing with the radiation science field. A bone model phantom was made using data obtained by CT scan of an existing Pelvis phantom, using PLA, Wood, XT-CF20, Glow fill, Steel filaments which are materials of Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printer.Measure Hounsfield Unit (HU) with images obtained by CT scan of the existing Pelvis phantom and five material phantoms made with 3D printer under the same conditions,SI and SNR were measured using a diagnostic X-ray generator, and each phantom was compared and analyzed.As a result, the X - ray phantom in the X - ray examination condition of the limb was found to be most suitable for the glow fill filament.The characteristics of the filament can be known to the base of this research and the practicality of X - ray phantom fabrication was confirmed.
