        In this paper, we obtained the following. In case of statistic T is unbiased estimator of unknown population, statistic T is efficient estimator of population θ when a variance σr²=E(t-θ)² satisfy the Cramer-Rao inequality. In case of normal population, a variance of unbiased estimator X is minimum variance of Cramer-Rao inequality.

      • 로버스트 회귀모형화 및 최소자승법과 역전파 신경망과의 성능비교

        Recently, neural network models have been employed as an alternative to regression analysis for point estimation or function fitting in various fields projected in the operations research domain as an alternative to optimization techniques. Especially backpropagation neural network is currently the most widely applied network architecture. This popularity primarily reflects the ability of backpropagation networks to learn complicated multidimensional mapping. One way to look at this ability is that, in the words of Werbos backpropagation goes "Beyond Regression". In this study, through the computer simulation, the performance of the three major function fitting techniques is evaluated such as regression analysis(LSM), robust regression analysis(MSR) and backpropagation neural network model. For the simulation of robust regression analysis, the quantitative systems for business plus software was used. Backpropagation algorithm was developed using C++. The study conclusions show that at the point of performance MSR held the best result, because MSR performs best in the 3 cases among the tested 4 cases.

        This study attempts to present the linear regression analysis that involves more than one regressor variable, because regression analysis is the most widely used as statistical technique for describing, predictiong and estimating the relationships between given data. The model of multiple linear regression may be solved directly by the two linear programming methods, i.e., to minimize the sum of the absolute deviation(MSD) and to minimize the maximum deviation(MMD). In addition, some results was compared to each techniques for accuracy and tested to the validity of statistical meaning.

        The Purpose of this research is to focus on logistics activity, especially the field service logistics. And this research analyzes the case study involving effective logistics manage ment that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive advantage. As a result, the key components are derived, that is, Information Technology and communication, Quality, Organization, Learning Training, and Inventory Management. The spread of factory automation, the importance of effective about multiful choice of e-Logistics is more and more multipling. It is occurring delaying of entire process work to be absent inspection and appropriate period in the spot nearly, Therefore, enterprise that is companies are concerning of solving there problems and that they want to decrease the loss of productivity by maintaining equipment effectively. We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in selecting on e-Logistics strategy for SCM Build-up. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for robot selection. A example is presented to illustrate the model and to show a rank reversal when compared to a model that does not eliminate extreme values and eliminates the highest and lowest experts' values allocating the weights and the subjective factors.

        In this paper, we attempt to help alleviate this difficulty by pointing out that an encompassing perspective on Taquchi's Philosphy can be provided by statistical decision analysis. The subject deals with decision making in the face of partial or no imformation, and prescribes that an optimum decision is one that maximizes expected utility. The role of experimental design is to obtain partial information about the unknown quanties in an efficient manner. The objective of this paper was to argue that it is design by decision analysis rather than design by design that better encapsulates Taguchi's approach to offline quality control.

      • Time Series Analysis에 관한 硏究

        Modern production planning is heavily dependent of forcasts of demend or activity. The purpose of this study is to develope on efficient modeling procedure using the merits of exponentional smoothing. In exponential smoothing, we control the smoothing characteristic by adding a factor, the smoothing constant called alpha(α),which directs more empassis to recent demends. Although the exponential smoothing can be applied to anytime series forcasting technique,it is inferior to other techniques by comparision in forcasting. In this paper, we have a suggested two exponential models by computer programming. The first is simple exponential smoothing, the second is Winter's method. As a result, the result show that Winter's method is superior to simple exponential smoothing in forcasting ability and fitting for past of time series.

        For continuous growth and development of an enterprise, a time researcher is first necessary to increase skills with respect to an effective management of production resources. Accordingly, we must understand the real situation of the factor of labor. Actually to observe all the subjects of the method engineering on the factor of production is impossible. Therefore, the work sampling is useful which presumes the whole with satisfactory reliability and accuracy through the sampling method. The purpose of this study is to increase the productivity through to eliminate of non-productive behaviours and calculate of reasonable delay.
