        중 ·고등학교 학생의 가정관리 교육 내용에 대한 학습 요구도와 관련변수에 관한 연구

        The purposes of the study were to: (1) determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum, (2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by secondary school students, ant the factors affecting it, (3) use the findings to make recommendations for developing home economics curriculum and teaching home economics in the scondary school. The questionnaires were distributed to the 1,029 secondary school students, lived in seoul, local cities, and rural area. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, T-test, one way ANOVA with scheffe test, and multiple regression analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. Stress management, leisure time activities, resource use, making money for adolescents, work simplication methods were the concepts which showed the highest level of educational needs perceived by the students. The educational needs were affected by sex, school level, residence area of the respondents, and other factors related to the perception about home economics such as preference, GPA, etc.

        『기술·가정』교과 운영에 대한 교사의 인식과 요구

        The goal of the study is to find the necessary measures to facilitate a desirable Technology and Home Economics curriculum by reflecting the perception and needs of the teachers from the perspective of the curriculum content, professionalism of the teacher, realistic operations of the school and administration of the school system. The results obtained from the research are as follows: 1) The background knowledge and characteristics of the two curriculums are different, and in addition there is a negative perception due to the fact that it is hard to facilitate a class with just one teacher. 2) The issues that were most serious to teachers were professionalism of the teacher, qualification of the teachers, and teaching method. Also the teachers lacked in confidence in teaching and the curriculum itself. 3) In regards to qualifications of the teacher, the teachers requested that teachers should have single qualification in 'Technology(or Home Economic)' or dual qualifications in both 'Technology' and 'Home Economics'. As for teaching methodology responded that from the teacher and student perspective the teaching should be divided whereas from the school's perspective the responsibility should be put on a single teacher. 4) Teachers responded that from the perspective of the teacher, parent or student Technology and home Economics should be separated into two subjects.         가정과 교사의 중ㆍ고등학교 가정관리 교육내용에 대한 수업요구도와 관련변수에 관한 연구

Resource use, environmental concerns, consumer rights and consumer problems were the concepts which showed the highest level of educational needs perceived by the teachers. The educational needs were affected by school level. residence arrea of the respondents. age, career, and other factors related to the perception about home management education.

      • 국내 가사노동 연구의 동향 분석 (I) : 생활시간, 태도 및 만족도, 가사분담 연구를 중심으로 with focus on the literatures of the time studies, the attiudes toward and satisfaction with household tasks, and the division of household tasks

        The purposes of this study are to analyze the trends of household task studies and to identify the common variables affecting each topic. The results of review of the literature were as follows: ①The variables affecting the attitudes toward, value perception about and satisfaction with the household tasks were the education level and age of wife, income, employment status of wife, and length of marriage. The psychological factors were found to be the variables affecting the level of satisfaction with household tasks. ②The age of children, employment status of wife, income, and the presense of house keeper were found to be as factors affecting the amount of time spenton household tasks. ③Compared with other studies, the variables affecting the aspects of household task division were found not to differ among studies. The impacting variables were the employment status of wife, the age of wife, socio-economic status of the family, structure of house, and income.

        초등학교 교사의 소비자 교육에 관한 필요도-요구도와 관련 변수

        The Purposes of this study were to identify consumer educational needs of elementary school teachers and to analyze the factors affecting it. The data for the analysis were collected by structured questionaires and consisted of 253 elementary school teachers living in Taegu city. The descriptive statistics, t-test and one way ANOVA with Scheffee test were used to analyse the data, The following is summary of maior findings. 1.Teachers thought that the topics related to environment protection and consumption value were the most important in the consumer education of elementary school among the five topics. These topics were also very emphasized in the current elementary school curriculum. The topics related to consumer citizenship and buying were ranked as the highest scores of the educational needs of teachers. Therefore these topics should be emphasized in the future consumer education curriculum of elementary school . 2.The alge, sex, and period of educational career of teacher, teacher's perception of student's and teacher's interests about consumer education and teacher's wants of on-the job traing were found to be the factors affecting consumer educational needs of elementary teachers .

      • 수술적으로 치료한 통증을 동반한 흉추부의 후외상성 Schmorl씨 결절 : 2례 보고 Report of Two Cases

        Study Design : Two patients who had painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level from acute trauma were adopted and taken operation for its treatment Objectives : To document the effect of operation for the treatment of painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level summary of background data : Schrmorl's nodes are common spinal lesion generally believed to be asymptomatic, but in some cases there were painful symptom by Schmorl's node. This case report is to explain the effect of operative treatment for the painful Schmorl's node. Methods : Two patients were adopted who had traumatic painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level for our case report. They were treated conservative methods at first but it's effect were poor, so they were taken anterior decompression and fusion, and checked back pain symptom. Result : In all two patients, the symptom of back pain by Schmorl's nodes at thoracic level was almost subsided. conclusion : For the treatment of traumatic painful Schmorl's node, most of surgeon says that conservative treatments were treatment of choice, but operative treatments are also benefit to subsidence of back pain by Schmorl's node.

      • 가정관리쳬계의 요구와 자원요소가 관리과정에 미치는 영향 : -Based on the managerial behaviors of wives living in Seoul- -서울시 주부의 가사노동 관리행동을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between input and throughput components in managerial subsystems. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire distributed to a stratified sample of 560 housewives living in Seoul. The questionnaire developed by the researchers contained of 105 items. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentile, mean, and stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that some of the demands components such as employment status of wives, goal orientation index, size of household, age of the last child predicted some of throughput components in managerial subsystems. The some of the elements of resoarces sach as number of persons per room, total time spent on doing household tasks, number of years of marriage, health and educational level of respondents, income, the amount of assets, and namber of capital goods also influenced the some of components of throughput process.

        일 대학 병원 마취 · 회복실 간호사의 간호활동 분석

        Purpose: This study was aimed to specify roles of nurses from the anesthesia and recovery room by analyzing nursing activities as well as anesthesia nursing during surgery. Method: The objects were 12 RNs working in the recovery room of a university hospital located in Incheon. Self-report was performed by measuring stop-watch for five days from May 17th to May 21st in 2004. Research method was designed to record the time and frequency of the nursing activity from anesthesia and recovery room based on nurses' statement and other references for five days. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and t-test via SPSS Win 10.0 program. Result: Nursing activities in anesthesia recovery room were classified into two different characteristics such as direct and indirect nursing activity. The activities consisted of 11 direct nursing areas and 39 nursing activities in anesthesia preparation room. The indirect nursing was classified into 8 nursing areas and 32 nursing activities. The direct nursing was classified into 12 nursing areas and 55 nursing activity. Also, the indirect nursing was classified into 7 nursing areas and 21 nursing activities in recovery room. In terms of prevalence of nursing activities in the anesthesia preparation room, observation and cooperation of anesthesia was the most prevalent activity, drug and eqipment management the second prevalent, and drug administration the third. On the other hand, in the recovery room, the most prevalent activity was vital sign checking and observation, the second most prevalent activity informative activity, and the third body temperature control. Nursing activity time was recorded according to the nursing characteristics. In the anesthesia preparation room, the direct nursing spent for 8092.20 minutes was larger than the indirect nursing spent for 7198.50 minutes. Also, in the recovery room, the direct nursing spent for 2361.16 minutes was larger than the indirect nursing spent for 1134.13 minutes. 4. Nursing activity time was compared to duty shifts. In the anesthesia preparation room, the direct nursing was more prevalent on day shift and the indirect nursing was prevalent on evening shift. However, in the recovery room, both direct and indirect nursing activities were prevalent on day shift. Conclusion: The role of anesthesia and recovery room nurses was analysed according to the time, frequency, and its characteristics.

        소아 상완골 외과 골절의 치료

        The authors analysed the 40 patients of the lateral condyle fracture of the humerus in children who were admitted in Korea Veterans Hospital in Seoul from Jan. 1990 to Dec. 1997. The fracture type and the displacement was classified according to Milch type and Jakob stage. Clinical analysis was performed on 40 patients with lateral condyle fracture of humerus, who could be followed up. The patients were followed up from 12 months to 63 months with an average of 23' months. Average duration of bone union was 6 weeks after operation. The significant differences in outcome were notified from open reduction and internal fixation in comparison to closed reduction and percutaneous pinning. According to the criteria of Hardacre, we obtained excellent result in 16 cases(40%), good result in 22 cases(55%) and poor results in 2 cases(5%).
