Virtual Reality-based Intelligent Table Lamp

With the development of modern technology, the intelligent household appliances are more and more popular among people. However, now the lamps on the market are mostly ordinary lamps, and they can not meet the requirements of users. Because of that situation, in this paper, an intelligent lamp based on virtual reality and face/book and voice recognition is designed. Firstly, the master control circuit and peripheral functional circuit of the intelligent lamp are designed with the key of ATMEGA2560 micro dips, and the body of the lamp is designed. At the same time, the virtual environment carrying virtual three-dimensional model is developed using Java (based on cell phone) and C++ (based on personal computer). The Open CV algorithms are used to identify images of objects that the intelligent lamp uploads. Users can interact with intelligent lamp between peripheral functional circuit and virtual environment. There are many characteristics of this intelligent lamp, such as, variety of control mode, high intelligent, stable performance, simple operation, high degree of user experience and so on. Users can modify the PC code and add related module at the reserved ports of the lamp to achieve more functions.
Impact of Cause-Related Marketing on the Consumer’s Brand Attitude

Around the world, many companies have been committed to public welfare about education, environmental, health and other public utilities, such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Motorola, etc. In China , Alibaba"s Alipay, Tencent and other companies have also committed to the Welfare. By this initiative, the companies have improved the relationship between government and consumers, and have established a positive image full of loving, responsibility. Although scholars have made a lot of contributions to the study in Cause-related Marketing,while as a case of Chinese e-commerce company to study is not much. Alibaba is China"s largest e-commerce company, Alipay is Chinese famous brands of electronic payments. 2014 Alipay become the world"s largest manufacturers of mobile payments. October 2015, the cumulative amount of contributions has reached 370 million yuan(RMB). The main purposes of this research are to answer the following research questions is that how cause-related marketing effect on the consumers" brand attitude. Research found that Welfare attitude had a positive influence on cognition and affection; Company credibility had a positive influence on affection and conation; Perception of motivation had a positive influence on conation.

Although scholars have made a lot of contributions to the study in Cause-related Marketing Tencent engaged in public construction actively, involved in many areas of the projects including medical, education and environmental protection. Tencent Group companies and employees have donated 1.746 billion yuan. Main purposes of this research are to answer the following research questions is that how company-cause-customer fit effect on the Consumer Trust and Purchase Intent. Research found that Company-Cause Fit had a positive influence on Consumer Trust; Customer-Cause Fit had a positive influence on Purchase intent; Company-Cause Fit had a positive influence on Purchase intent; Customer-Company Fit had a positive influence on Purchase intent; Customer-Cause Fit had a positive influence on Purchase intent; Consumer Trust had a positive influence on Purchase intent.
A Comparative Study on Kindergarten Teachers Job Stress between China and South Korea

중국과 한국 유치원 교사의 직무에 관한 스트레스를 비교 연구하기 위해 2019년 3월 12일부터 4월 28일까지 중국 유치원 교사 205명과 한국 유치원 교사 169명에게 설문조사를 실시했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 분석결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 중국과 한국 유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스에 대한 비교를 통해 한국 유치원 교사는 중국 유치원 교사에 비해 직무 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 유치원 교사와 한국 유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스에 대한 공통점은 직무 피드백에서 가장 두드러지게 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 이어서 워크로드, 인간관계, 그리고 수업 자율성(teaching autonomy) 순으로 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 워크로드와 인간관계 면에서는 기혼 유치원 교사보다 미혼 유치원 교사가 더 많이 직무 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 직무 피드백에 대한 스트레스는 사립 유치원 교사가 공립 유치원 교사 보다 더 많이 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 유치원 교사의 직무스트레스 연구를 위한 기본적 정보를 제공하며, 또한, 유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스를 국제적으로 개선하고자 할 때, 기본적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to make a comparative analysis on the job stress of kindergarten teachers in China and South Korea. A survey was performed on 205 kindergarten teachers in China and 169 in South Korea from 2019. 3. 12. to 2019. 4. 28. The data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software and the results showed that: First, there was difference in job stress of kindergarten teachers in both country. South Korea kindergarten teachers were experiencing higher job stress. Second, the job stress of kindergarten teachers in both country showed similarity which the highest stress came from work feedback, followed by workload, interpersonal relationship and teaching autonomy. Single kindergarten teachers in both countries had higher job stress than married kindergarten teachers according to the interpersonal relationships and workload. Private kindergarten teachers had higher job stress than public kindergarten teachers according to the work feedback. This research provides basic information for job stress research of kindergarten teachers and provides international experience and early practice for improving the job stress confronted by kindergarten teachers.

A simultaneous NOx/SO2 removal system using bio-char and CaO combined with calcium looping process for CO2 capture was proposed. The simultaneous NO/SO2 removal performance of coconut shell char/CaO experienced CO2 capture cycles was investigated in a fluidized bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, mass ratio of CaO to coconut shell coke, CaO particle size and number of CO2 capture cycles from calcium looping process were discussed. The NO removal efficiency of char is improved under the catalysis of CaO. The reaction temperature plays an important role in the simultaneous NO/SO2 removal. Coconut shell char/CaO achieve the highest NO and SO2 removal efficiencies at 825 oC, which are 98% and 100%, respectively. The mass ratio of CaO to coconut shell char of 60 : 100 is a good choice for the simultaneous NO/SO2 removal. Smaller CaO particle size contributes to higher NO and SO2 removal efficiencies of coconut shell char/CaO. The NO and SO2 removal efficiencies of coconut shell char and cycled CaO from calcium looping declined slightly with the number of CO2 capture cycles. In addition, the Ca-based materials balance in process of simultaneous NOx/SO2 removal combined with calcium looping is given. The novel simultaneous NO/SO2 removal method using bio-char and cycled CaO from calcium looping process appears promising.
