        Sources of the N. in inorganic state, urea. ammonia sulphate nitro-cyanamide are added, Brassican oil Cake Poultry manure, the results of the experiment to survey over the effect on mushroom yields are tested as follows. 1.Urea was the most effective on among urea, ammonia ulphate, snitro-cyanamide as supplsying Source of N, in inorganic state. 2.In the application of urea, 2.0% of N elements was most effective. 3.In material of fungi bed supplied equall elements of N. Such as urea, ammonia sulphate and nitro-cyanamide it brought the difference, according to the N-Content when incubated, and Produced highest yilds when N-contents with 2.52 to 2.813% urea applied. 4.Content of N in ammonia State as material of fungi bed supplied by inorganic N, urea bed was highest, and lime bed was lowest, Relation with yield of mushroom has the inter-relation with N and in ammonia state. 5.The N element in organic state tand to show more than the yields of N in inorganic.

      • Dynamic Performance Analysis of Capture and Separation Process for a Microsatellite Docking Device

        Aiming at the problem of short lifetime and high cost in the on-orbit Servicing technology, a new type of automatic autonomous probe-cone docking mechanism used for microsatellite docking is proposed which can realize on-orbit special services. The structure of the mini docking mechanism is provided according to the design indices, and a virtual prototype model of the mini-type universal docking system is established by using MATLAB software. The dynamics modeling of the docking process is presented based on the virtual work principle. The simplified dynamic analysis model during the capture process is established. The dynamic characteristic analysis of the catching process is completed to research the influence of the key parameters, and the virtual prototype model of the docking device is established through ADAMS for further verifying the proposed design. The analysis shows that this mechanism has the good capacity of capture and separation process and energy absorption to reduce the impact during the docking process. And the simulation results meet the design demands of mini-type universal autonomous docking mechanism.

        Properties of Carbon Black/SBR Rubber Composites Filled by Surface Modified Carbon Blacks

        Properties of carbon blacks and carbon black/SBR rubber composites filled by surface modified carbon blacks were examined. Although the specific surface area of carbon blacks increased after the surface modifications with heat, acid, and base, there were no obvious changes in resistivity. The composites filled by heat treated carbon blacks showed a higher tensile strength and elongation than those filled by raw blacks. The acid and base treated carbon blacks filled composites also showed higher tensile strength but similar elongation values with those filled by raw blacks. With increasing loading ratio, both tensile strength and elongation increased, and appeared a maximum value at 30-40 phr. Modulus at 300% strain remained increasing with further loading of carbon blacks. At the same loading, the heat treated black filled composites showed similar modulus values with composites filled by raw blacks but for base and acid treated black filled composites much higher values were obtained. After the surface modification, the functional groups which played an important role in reinforcement action were changed.

        Research on Configuration Process of Nuclear Power Valve Design System based on Axiomatic Design

        In order to construct the design system of nuclear power valve, the axiomatic design theory is introduced in configuration process of the valve structure design. According to the functional requirement and the complex mechanical structure of the nuclear power valves, the relationship model between design parameters and functional requirements is created by using the“zigzagging”mapping. Then the design matrix can be established and the design order can be planned. After that, the complete mapping table in design process is established through decoupling to quasi-coupling design, and the valve design process according to axiomatic method is constructed. On this basis, a rapid design system is constructed by combining the structural features with the multi-characteristic optimization requirement, in which the configuration process model established by axiomatic method provides valve design in integrated system with reasonable navigation and improves the rationality and the objectivity in design development process.

        In the process of research and development of tube bending forming technology, the way of improving the forming quality and establishing the optimization of forming process parameters has become an important problem that should be solved quickly. This text simulated the process of bend forming with the way of finite element, combined with the effects of geometric and physical parameters on the forming quality of bending pipe, taking the important parameters which are measurements of the pipe wall thickness variation as test indexes, made the virtual orthogonal experiment and gained the laws of the bending angle, relative bending radius, relative wall thickness, thrust, pipe friction coefficient between mode have effects on the forming quality of wall thinning rate and wall thickening. Through the comprehensive analysis and additional test, obtained the optimal parameters values, improved the accuracy of simulation and the optimization results of orthogonal test, improved the quality of tube bending forming.

        Myricetin Protects Against Cytokine-Induced Cell Death in RIN-m5f β Cells

        Cytokine-induced cell death is recognized as a major cause of progressive β-cell loss. Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin 1β (IL-1β), and interferon γ (IFN-γ) in combination trigger a series of events that lead to β-cell death. In the past few decades, the use of myricetin as an anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective agent has gained much attention. The present study focused on the protective roles of myricetin against cytokine-induced cell death in insulin-secreting RIN-m5f β cells. The results showed that myricetin (especially at concentrations of 10 μM and 20 μM) increased cell viability and decreased cell apoptosis induced by the cytokine mixture of TNF-α (10 ng/mL), IL-1β (5 ng/mL), and IFN-γ (1000 IU/mL) for 3 days. Moreover, the cytokines increased the total and p65 subunit levels of nuclear factor κB, decreased inhibitor κB α levels, stimulated the accumulation of nitric oxide, increased cytochrome c release from mitochondria, and induced reactive oxygen species generation; myricetin (especially at the concentration of 20 μM) abolished all of these parameters. These results suggest that myricetin might have therapeutic value for preventing β-cell death.

        Objectives: To examine the value of 60min glucose during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) for predicting future diabetes compared to traditional prediabetes criteria 120min glucose in non-diabetic subjects.?Methods: From 2008 Jan to 2008 December, total 788 patient did OGTT. Of these, non-diabetes that have been followed-up during average 55±11 months. total 274 patients were enrolled in this study.?Results: During follow up, total 42 patients were progressed into diabetes (15.3%). The glucose peak time during OGTT is more later, DM progression rate is higher. DM progression rate is 7.5% in glucose peak time 30min group, 16.7% in 60 min group, and 29.4% in 90min group. Area under ROC curve (AROC) of 60 min glucose vs 120min glucose for predicting future diabetes were 0.748 vs 0.706. 140 mg/dL at 120min glucose, current prediabetes guideline have sensitivity 73.8% and specificity 50.0% for predicting future diabetes. 60min glucose 188mg/dL have sensitivity 76.2% and spepcificity 64.4%. Highest 120min glucose tertile have odds ratio (OR) 4.07 (95% CI 1.63-10.18) for future diabetes development. Highest 60min glucose tertile have OR 9.93 (95% CI 3.23-30.58) compared to lowest tertile. Among 0, 30, 60, 90, and 120min glucose, 60min glucose were most correlated with disposition index (insulinogenic index/HOMA-IR)?Conclusions: 60min glucose have higher predictive value for DM progression than 120 min glucose
