        This study makes an object high school students(200 males, 200 females) who are active and sensitive to fashion to reveal the influence of the teenage consumers' attitude by the brand image of a sports products. The study conclusion is as follows. First, sports shoes(3.567), sports clothes(3.527), sports beverages(3.058) and sports outfits(3.527) are displayed in order of their interests. Second, the brand image of a sports product is a variable which has high relation to their awareness and preference and there is affirmative relation between the image and their attitude. Third, sex has nothing to do with thief awareness and preference. Fourth, their self-involvement has nothing to do with their awareness and preference, either.

      • 중학교 체육수업시 발생하는 상해에 관한 연구

        Analysis of injury status This study was performed on middle school students specially selected 2 classes located in Kang-nam, kang-buk in Seoul. For this study statistic program;SPSS/WIN 10.0 Version was used to check the occurrence rate of injury. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. 1. This research is based on ago of 16teen 119 (80.9%) 15teen 26 (17.7%) 17teen 2(14%). 2. The occurrence happened in spring 65 persons (44.2%) summer 51 persons (34.7%) fall 24 persons (16.3%) winter 7 persons (4.8%). 3. Injuries had been showed at knee 51 persons (19.8%) finger 50 persons (19.5%) ankle 35 persons (13.6%) toe, elbow, dorsal side of hand, palm. 4. The symptoms of laceration 49 persons (44.5%) and scratching 53 persons (48.2%) wounds showed muscle spasm 20 persons (26.0%) muscle achc 48 persons (62.3%) myosarcoma 8 persons (10.4%) myoma 1 persons (1.3%). 5. The reasons of injuries were based on carelessness (77.9%), lack of facilities (8.4%), lack of pre-exercise (8.4%) non-specialized lesson teacher (5.2%). 6. Injuries were treated by alone 6 persons (41.1%) nurse at school 57 persons (39.0%) specialist23 persons (15.8%). 7. The percentage of complications were showed only 15%. 8. After reonvery of injuries, there were 52 persons (35.4%) who were injured, showed anxiety during physical education and 95 persons (64.6%) showed no anxiety. 9. The out of total students which were 149 students, 123 students (83.7%) were very satisfied, 13 students (7.5%) dislike, 13 students (8.8%) gave no answer.

      • 직업무용단원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 조직몰입에 미치는 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine how organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in jorganizational commitment, furthermore, to clarifies relation with cause and effect among organizational communication and organizational commitment of dancing performance participation in troupe of professional dancers. For the purpose of this study, population of 263 is collected on total through the cluster random sampling method among the professional dancers attached in troupe of professional dancers as for year of 2003. Questionnaire is used as a measuring scale in this study. Validity of questionnaire is verified through experts meeting and analysis of variables. According to the result of reliability analysis, reliability of questionnaire shows, α=.679-693 for organizational communication, a α=.602-880 for organizational commitment of dancing performance participation. Statistical methods used for the data analysis in this study are reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and so on. The following conclusion had been got through these study procedure and methods. Firstly, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment. In other word. while formal communication is more influential in self praise and sense of duty than informal communication. informal communication is more influential in sense of responsibility than formal communication. Finally, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers has cause and effect influence with organizational commitment of dancing performance participation. Organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment of dancing performance participation directly as well as and indirectly through organizational commitment Especially organizational commitment is a important intermediate variable factor to connect organizational communication of dancing performance participation.

Finally, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers has cause and effect influence with organizational commitment and satisfaction of dancing performance participation.

      • 상업 스포츠 센터의 문화적 특성과 직무만족의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between cultural characteristics and job satisfaction of the commercial sport center. In order to achieve this purpose, the data were collected from 278 male/female employees who worked at the commercial sport centers which were located in Seoul and Incheon City. The statistical methods for the analysis of this study were multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, school career and job career were the effective variables on the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, the group culture and the hierarchical culture were the effective variables on the job satisfaction of the employees. Third, the relation-centered leadership behavior was the effective variable on the cultural characteristics of the commercial sport center.

        공방기술 품새의 고안과 수련효과

        The purpose of the study is to develop a new Poomsae Attack and Defence Drill (PADD) and to test its training effects in order to enhance the performance skill in the real tournament. Through literature analysis of official Poomsae, a new Poomsae training program for youth, named ‘Bukdoochilsung’ has been developed. To verify the effect of the new Poomsae training programs, total of fourteen subjects have been trained for eight weeks. All the subjects submitted a in-depth interview after a survey showed results as follows. The new PADD construct a series of techniques of attack and defence by simulating a match with training partner. The PADD construct of basic and modified skills of attack and defence, standing, and blocking, punching, stabbing, striking, kicking, holding, withholding, breaking, overturning, pushing, and escaping. Also, it has total of one hundred and twenty movement. The study showed that the PADD enhanced the abilities in Poomsae techniques. The trainees could understand better on the concept of Poomsae and the purpose of adopting a detailed Poomsae skill in the real match by training PADD. Also, they showed a better abilities in distance control and posture as well as controling of power and speed. In conclusion, the development of the PADD and its application could enhance not only a real match training but also help to understand better the meaning and value of Taekwondo Poomsae training.

        필라테스 소비자의 스포츠 가치관이 태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find a way to induce positive sports values and attitudes, as well as to create an environment where pilates can enjoy a balanced life for pilates consumers. The study sampled adults participating in the exercise in the Pilates Center by convenience sampling method, and finally analyzed the data of 253 persons to investigate the effect of Pilates consumer’s sports values on attitude. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program and significance level was analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at p<.05 level, and the derived conclusion is as follows. Physical value, personal value, and artistic value, which are sub‐variables of sports values, were found to have significant effects on additional effort, satisfaction, and trust, which are sub‐factors of attitude. On the other hand, economic value and societal value were found not to have a significant effect on additional effort, satisfaction, and trust, which are sub‐variables of attitude. This is why we recognize our body and mind as one and mutually and organically train our body, and due to the characteristics of exercise that the Pilates to enhance concentration and to express aesthetic beauty only has, affecting attitudes (additional effort, satisfaction, trust) with the formation of positive sports values. On the other hand, the reason why the economic value does not affect the attitude is that the happiness and the balanced life that we feel in health are more important than the economic value we feel while learning Pilates. In addition, the fact that societal values do not have an effect will be worthy of further research.
