Festival cultural and creative design research can organically combine local festival cultural elements into visual products, become a carrier for circulation and communication, carry forward traditional culture, and enable teenagers to identify with traditional culture and generate a sense of pride and belonging. It is conducive to national unity and unity. Cultural and creative products in the market circulation can also bring great competitive value to the local. Based on the literature analysis, case study, and pastoral investigation, this paper analyzes the mascot brand image of H Island. By taking the Mid-Autumn Festival in H Island of China as an example, it discusses the cultural and creative design of domestic festivals, and conducts the cultural and creative design of domestic festivals for the audience of children and youth, the audience of Mid-Autumn Festival wedding, and the packaging of high-end mooncakes to spread the domestic festival culture. In terms of the Mid-Autumn Festival cultural and creative product strategy for the youth, it is to start from the concept of calling on the youth to “frequently go home for family reunion” and the cultural theme of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Apart from representing the family reunion, the full moon stands for perfect love. This theme is taken to develop cultural products. Improving the recognition of domestic festivals is the primary task to advocate for festival culture. A series of designs of domestic traditional cultural and creative products can not only enhance the image of the country’s culture, but also highlight the brand personality of the country’s culture, and effectively distinguish the personality and visual recognition of foreign cultures. Indeed, the competition of different cultures is the competition of their own cultural symbols. Thus, we should pay attention to dig deep cultural connotation to design cultural and creative products, realize the visual and effective distinction with foreign cultures, more directly enable the audiences to have emotional connection with the domestic culture, improve the cultural value, and ultimately heighten the national cultural competitiveness more effectively.

With the building insulation system strengthened, the heating load of apartment building has been gradually reduced. Therefore, the capacities of the most domestic gas fired boilers are over-sized and the boilers will work for a long time under the part load condition. This leads to a decrease in heating system efficiency. This study aimed to evaluate the heating efficiency variation of radiant heating system under different heating load conditions. In this study, three types of boilers with different capacity were selected as heat source of heating system, and the boiler efficiency with different hot water temperature were analyzed with different heating load and hot water temperature conditions through mock-up experiments. The results showed that the boiler efficiency decreased when the part load ratio was reduced. In the same part load condition, the non-condensing gas boiler with small capacity resulted in the higher efficiency than that with large capacity. It was also found that the condensing boiler led to the higher efficiency than non-condensing boilers under part load conditions.
Intelligent Matching Assembly: System Design Based on Reuse of Ultra-Difference Parts

As the industrial digitalization has been recently leaping forward, high-efficiency production processes emerge, and assembly integration technologies are being progressively developed. For high-tech industries (e.g., aerospace manufacturing), however, unprecedented challenges are imposed on the conventional assembly manufacturing process technology. To be specific, the shallow digitizing and intelligent technologies fail to satisfy the rising requirements for efficiency, pass rates and cost; in particular, the way to down-regulate the unqualified rate and assembly cost of parts production remains unclear. In the present study, an intelligent matching assembly system was designed for reapplying out-of-tolerance parts. In addition, the concept of the mating base is proposed. Next, the fi t relation between parts is quantified by employing the functional expression of dimension data, and such a relation is characterized as a function constraint with a variable of dimension. Moreover, the designed intelligent matching system was introduced into the existing assembly process to reemploy a number of unqualified parts and determine the matching parts most suitable for the original unqualified parts. On that basis, the most suitable parts are enabled to be involved in the assembly activities, as an attempt to satisfy the design requirements. To efficiently find the optimal matching scheme in the database of the unqualified parts and most effectively employ the unqualified parts, a set of optimal matching algorithms are proposed, thereby significantly down-regulating the production cost. Lastly, Monte Carlo method was adopted to simulate the actual production data, and the optimal matching scheme determined by the intelligent matching system was analyzed and assessed, which verified the effectiveness and practicability of the system.

The control rod drive system is critical to the reactor's reliable operation. The performance of its control system and mechanical system will gradually deteriorate because of operational and environmental stresses, thus increasing the reactor's operational risk. Currently there are few researches on the agingrelated degradation of the entire control rod drive system. Because it is difficult to quantify the effect of various environmental stresses and establish an accurate physical model when multiple mechanisms superimposed in the degradation process. Therefore, this paper investigates the aging-related degradation of a control rod drive system by integrating Dynamic Object-Oriented Bayesian Network and Hidden Markov Model. Uncertainties in the degradation of the control system and mechanical system are addressed by using fuzzy theory and the Hidden Markov Model respectively. A system which consists of eight control rod drive mechanisms divided into two groups is used to demonstrate the method. The aging-related degradation of the control rod drive system is analyzed by the Bayesian inference algorithm based on the accelerated life test data, and the impact of different operating schemes on the system performance is also investigated. Meanwhile, the components or units that have major impact on the system's performance are identified at different operational phases. Finally, several essential safety measures are suggested to mitigate the risk caused by the system degradation
