        The Comparative Study on Efficiency of the Banks in China and Korea : Focused on the Measurement of Relative Productivity Using the Multi-input Multi-output Model

        이 연구는 2005년부터 2009년 기간 동안에 한국과 중국의 은행들의 효율성을 측정하고 두 국가 은행들의 효율성에 대한 정책적인 의미를 찾아 보고자 하였다. 주요 발견사실은 다음과 같다. (1) 한국의 은행들은 지난 5냔 동안 규모수익불변(CRS)나 규모수익증가(IRS)의 경향이 많았고 중국의 운행들은 규모수익감소(DRS)의 경향이 많았다. (2) 중국상인은행(CMB)과 상해푸동개발은행(SPDB)은 네 개의 중국의 대형 국책은행의 효율성보다 높았다. (3) 신한은행의 효율성이 한국의 은행 중 생산성이 가장 높았고 ,한국의 은행의 효율성이 중국의 은행의 효율성보다 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 중국의 대형국책은행들은 외국은행이나 중국의 다른 상업은행기관들과의 경쟁에 대처할 수 있는 효율성 증대에 많은 노력이 경주되어야 한다고 생각된다.

      • The Traditional Culture of Northeast Heated Kang and Development of New Type of Heated Kang

        Heated Kang as one of the most important elements of the northeast rural residence, formed a unique mode of heated brick bed and culture of heated brick bed in the long history of more than two thousand years. Kang bed-stove has many functions, for example, heating residential, communication, emotion and so on. Not only it is the carrier of the northeast family’s material culture, also it plays a major role to spatial organization and building of the rural housing. Kang bed-stove is a way of the repeated skillful use of energy. The traditional heated brick bed built with mud and brick. It connects heat able adobe sleeping platform in its outside and links chimney in its inside. The quantity of heat of Kang bed-stove comes from the waste heat of cooking .In recent years, the new rural construction of northeast is in the stage of development of high-speed. With the progress of technology and the renewal of the concept, based on the traditional heated brick bed, people have made some beneficial attempts to change and have introduced some new heated brick bed: Suspended Kang, energy saving kang and so on. All new heated brick beds both retain the traditional heated brick bed’s functions, and conform to the requirements of sustainable development planning. new heated brick beds are the combination of traditional culture and the new technology. This paper bases on rural housing of northeast area as the research object, discusses the connotation、forms and types、 heating means of traditional heated brick bed and the evolution of new type of Heated Kang.

      • A study on sustainable development of Beijing Siheyuan in the state of modern life

        Siheyuan, is the traditional Chinese courtyard style building, has a long history, and is an extremely important historical and cultural heritage. It carries the folk culture of old Beijing and the history of the old Beijing. Therefore, its cultural connotation should be maintained. With the growing number of skyscrapers, construction industrialization replacing traditional construction technology today, hutongs and Siheyuan have lost their luster, most of the traditional Siheyuan have become shabby, inner vitality and old form that were the social mechanism are rotting away. Just relying on protection and repair Siheyun is far from a healthy survival. Instead development and innovation is needed for a vibrant sustainable preservation of Siheyuan. In order to make Siheyuan more comfortable, more vibrant and to achieve its sustainable development, it should be combined with modern materials and construction technology.

        Mobile Robot Navigation based on Human Walking Trajectory in Intelligent Space

        This paper presents a mobile robot navigation method based on human walking trajectory in intelligent space. Unlike the traditional navigation methods, the proposed method enables the robot to walk a meaningful path, which reflects human activity patterns in daily life. Human walking trajectories are extracted using multiple distributed vision cameras in intelligent space. To group trajectories with the same direction, trajectory similarity measurement is implemented. Key points on human walking trajectories and typical transfer points are utilized to build a topological map. To navigate a mobile robot to walk along the trajectory of human walking, global path planning based on the topological map and local path planning based on gird map are carried out with the spared information in intelligent space. Experimental results illustrate the performance of the proposed navigation method.

        Synthesis, Structures and Properties of Three Metal-organic Frameworks Based on 3-(4-((1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)phenyl)acrylic Acid

        Three new transition metal complexes based on Ozagrel [Cu(Ozagrel)]n (1), [Zn(Ozagrel)(Cl)]n (2), {[Mn2- (Ozagrel)(1,4-ndc)2]·(H2O)}n (3), (Ozagrel = 3-(4-((1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)phenyl)acrylic acid; 1,4-ndc = 1,4-Naphthalenedicarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyse, IR, TG, PXRD, electrochemical analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that 1 and 3 are 3D coordination polymers, while complex 2 is a two-dimensional network polymer, the 2D layers are further packed into 3D supramolecular architectures that are connected through hydrogen bonds. The electrochemistry of 1-3 was studied by cyclic voltammetry in methanol and water using a glassy carbon working electrode. Also, thermal decomposition process and powder X-ray diffraction of complexes were investigated.

        분쟁해결수단 선택에 관한 소고 - 국제상사중재를 중심으로 -

        When a dispute arises due to non-fulfillment of the contract, how to resolve such dispute is one of the important decision-making matters. In particular, if such disputes occur internationally, various methods of dispute resolution exist. This study presented a model for the decision-making process that selects a dispute resolution method in a situation where different courts have different judgment tendencies. In particular, it has been shown that information on the country or social system to which a particular party in a dispute belongs can be incomplete information to the other party, and this asymmetric information situation causes opportunism, which can change the choice of methods of dispute resolution. Such a process was suggested through the calculation of deterrence benefits suggested by Hylton(2000), and the model was modified to include the problem of asymmetric information, especially since the court judgment attributes were endogenized in the calculation process of deterrence benefits. Therefore, the model presented in this study enables an in-depth understanding of the process of selecting international commercial arbitration as a means of dispute in the course of international commercial disputes. 계약의 불이행으로 분쟁이 발생할 경우 이를 어떤 방식으로 해결하는가는 계약분쟁당사자들에게 중요한 의사결정사항이 된다. 특히, 이러한 분쟁이 국제적으로 발생한다면 다양한 분쟁수단을 고려할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 법원의 판결 성향이 존재하는 상황에서 국제적 분쟁해결수단이 선택되는 의사결정과정에 대한 분석모형을 제시한다. 특히, 모형에서는 특정 분쟁당사자가 소속된 사회 또는 법률적 제도에 대한 정보가 상대 당사자에게는 불완전한 정보가 될 수 있고이러한 비대칭적 정보상황이 기회주의적인 행동을 유발시켜 분쟁해결수단에 대한 선택이 달라질 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이는 Hylton(2000)이 제시한 억제편익(deterence benefit) 개념을 응용하여 제시되었는데, 특별히 법원의 판결속성을 억제편익 도출과정에서 내생화함으로써 이러한 비대칭 정보 문제를 모형 안에서 고려한 결과이다. 따라서 본 연구가 제시하는 분석모형은 국제상사분쟁과정에서 국제상사중재를 분쟁수단으로 선택하는 과정에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 가능하게 한다.

        Operating Range Scheduled Robust Dahlin Algorithm to Typical Industrial Process with Input Constraint

        There is a class of typical nonlinear industrial process, which can be characterized by a first-order inertia plus pure delay model in an operating range, but the model parameters are different in different operating ranges. Usually, a set of Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) controllers may be used to control the process, and the controllers have different parameters in different operating areas. However, the adjustment process of the PID controllers’ parameters is not an easy job in practice, and the control performance may also be not perfect. The Dahlin algorithm may provide very good control performance for the process, but its control performance may become very poor if the model parameters are not accurate and/or the input is constrained. Faced with this issue, this paper proposes an Operating-Range Scheduled Robust Dahlin Algorithm (ORSRDA) for the process control with input constraint, which is designed on the basis of a nominal first-order inertia plus pure delay model and the given parameters uncertainty. The process operating ranges are divided into pre-designed several zones accordingto the difference between output setting value and current output when a new setting appears. For each operating range, the parameters of ORSRDA are obtained by solving a min-max problem offline to guarantee the closedloop system’s robust stability and acquire the best step-response control performance. To eliminate the steady state error, the integration control action is added into the ORSRDA when the system output is close to its setting value. The proposed method is applied to temperature control of an experimental electric furnace to demonstrate its effectiveness and implement procedure.

      • Comparison of Ligasure Versus Conventional Surgery for Curative Gastric Cancer Resection: a Meta-Analysis

        Background: The LigaSure vessel sealing system has been proposed to save operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss for various surgeries. However, its usage for gastric cancer is still controversial. The aim of the present meta-analysis was to compare the effectiveness of LigaSure with conventional surgery in gastrectomy. Materials and Methods: Sources were retrieved from the Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, EMBASE, SCOPUS and Google Scholar until February, 2015. All randomized controlled trials comparing LigaSure with conventional surgery in curative gastric cancer resection were selected. After data extraction, statistics were performed by Review Manager 5.1 software. Results: Three eligible randomized controlled trials were evaluated, with a total of 335 patients. The quality of the included trials was good, yet some methodological and clinical heterogeneity existed. There were no significant differences between the LigaSure and conventional groups in operative time (weighted mean difference [WMD], -22.95 minutes; 95% confidence interval [CI], [-59.75, 13.85]; P = 0.22), blood loss (WMD, -45.8 ml; 95% CI, [-134.5, 42.90]; P = 0.31), nor the incidence of surgical complications (odds ratio, 1.18; 95% CI, [0.68, 2.05]; P = 0.54). But there was a longer duration of hospital stay in LigaSure group (WMD, 1.41 days; 95% CI, [0.14, 2.68]; P = 0.03). Conclusions: All available randomized evidence has been summarized. LigaSure does not confer significant advantage over conventional surgery for curative gastric cancer resection. The usefulness of the device may be limited in gastrectomy. But, more trials are needed for further assessment of the LigaSure system for gastric cancer.

        Fabrication of Aligned PI/GO Nanofibers for Battery Separators

        Highly aligned polyimide/graphene oxide (PI/GO) nanofibers were fabricated by using the electrospinning method. As a separator for Li-ion batteries, the PI/GO nanofibers show excellent thermal stability, good wettability toward organicliquid electrolytes and superior electrochemical performance compared to raw PI and commercial battery separators. TheGO nanosheets not only greatly enhance the mechanical strength of the PI matrix, but also increase the resistance to Lidendrites.
