This asymed drone controller is indispensable for two components: Guidance and Controller. In which the Ministry of Guidance will receive waypoints from which to form an orbit then combine the data with the current location of the vessel, thereby calculating and also supplying the controller to drive the vehicle to follow the outlined trajectory. This article will use the Line Of Sight (LOS) algorithm to design the Guidance and Controller sets. The result as well as the effectiveness of the controller will be shown through matlab/SIMULINK simulation.
Illumination Invariant Object Tracking with Adaptive Sparse Representation

Since the introduction of the sparse representation-based tracking method named ${\ell}_1$ tracker, there have been further studies into this tracking framework with promised results in challenging video sequences. However, in the situation of large illumination changes and shadow casting, the tracked object cannot be modeled efficiently by sparse representation templates. To overcome this problem, we propose a new illumination invariant tracker based on photometric normalization techniques and the sparse representation framework. With photometric normalization methods, we designed a new illumination invariant template presentation for tracking that eliminates the illumination influences, such as brightness variation and shadow casting. For a higher tracking accuracy, we introduced a strategy that adaptively selects the optimum template presentation at the update step of the tracking process. The experiments show that our approach outperforms the previous ${\ell}_1$ and some state-of-the-art algorithms in tracking sequences with severe illumination effects.

Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as a stabilizing agent for PES films, and its effect on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and optical transmittance (OT) of PES films was investigated. The CTE of PES film decreased with increasing CTAB concentration up to 0.5 wt%, because of the improved intermolecular interaction between polymer chains via CTAB molecules. When 0.5 wt% of CTAB was added to the PES film, the CTE of polymer film decreased from 66 to 50 ppm/oC without noticeable reduction in OT. At such a low CTAB concentration range (<0.5 wt%), the glass transition temperature (Tg) and tensile strength increased with CTAB. At high CTAB concentration above 0.5 wt%, however, it had a negative effect on the properties of PES film - CTE increased but Tg and tensile strength decreased with it.

This paper presents the application of the bond valence method to estimate the valence charge distribution in several perovskite systems: $La_{{\tilde{1}}x}Pb_xMnO_3$ (x=0.1-0.5), $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.{\tilde{4}}x}Ti_xMnO_3$ (x=0.0-0.25) and $La_{{\tilde{1}}x}Sr_xCoO_3$ (x=0.1-0.5); the reviewing of their crystal structures is also incorporated. The results showed the failure of the elastic bonding mechanism in all studied systems and revealed the general deficit of the valence charge in their unit cells. This valence deficit was not associated with the structural defects and was not equally localized in all coordination spheres. As the content of substitution increased, the charge deficit declined systematically from balanced level, signifying the transfer of valence charge from the ${\tilde{B}}O_6$ to ${\tilde{A}}O_{12}$ spheres. This transfer depended on the valence deviation of spheres and the average reached near 2 electron per unit cell. The possible impact of the limitted accuracy of the available structural data on the bond valence results has also been considered.
Utilization of Organic Liquid Fertilizer in Microalgae Cultivation for Biodiesel Production

The utilization of organic liquid fertilizer PAL-1 as the culture medium of the microalga Chlorella vulgaris was investigated for the purpose of biodiesel production. Cell growth and lipid accumulation in PAL-1 were evaluated and compared with those in the artificial medium BG-11. Cells showed mixotrophic growth when utilizing the organic liquid fertilizer PAL-1. The rates of cell growth (0.143 d-1) and N consumption (14.9 mg/L/d) in PAL-1 were almost the same as those in BG-11, under the presence of 2% CO2-enriched aeration and light irradiation. Lipid synthesis was triggered in PAL-1 on day 4, when nitrogen was completely consumed, and the lipid content reached up to 48% thereafter. Lipid productivity could be enhanced using repeated-batch cultivation in which cells were exposed to N limitation repeatedly, and thus lipid synthesis was induced while maintaining a sufficiently high cell density.
Chessboard and Pieces Detection for Janggi Chess Playing Robot

Vision system is an indispensable part of constructing the chess-playing robot. Chessboard detection and pieces localization in the captured image of robot's camera are important steps for processes followed such as pieces recognition, move calculation, and robot controlling. We present a method for detecting the Janggi chessboard and pieces based on the edge and color feature. Hough transform combined with line extraction is used for segmenting the chessboard and warping it to form the rectangle shape in order to detect and interpolate the lines of chessboard. Then we detect the existence of pieces and their side by applying the saliency map and checking the color distribution at piece locations. While other methods either work only with the empty chessboard or do not care about the piece existence, our method could detect sufficiently side and position of pieces as well as lines of the chessboard even if the occlusion happens.
Cache Conscious Parallel Pattern Matching for Aho-Corasick Algorithm on a GPU

패턴매칭 연산은 네트워크 보안, 바이오 인포매틱스와 같은 분야에서 광범위하게 사용되는 중요한 연산이다. 많은 패턴 매칭 알고리즘 들 중에서 Aho-Corasick (AC) 알고리즘이 위와 같은 분야에서 집중적으로 활용되고 있어, AC 알고리즘의 실행을 가속화하고 실시간 실행을 위한 성능 상의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여 효율적인 병렬화 기법을 개발하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 AC 알고리즘의 실행에 활용되는 입력 텍스트 데이터와 비교의 대상이 되는 2-차원 배열로 구성된 레퍼런스 데이터를 모두 GPU 상의 on-chip 메모리 (또는 캐시)에 적재하여 병렬 패턴 매칭을 실행하는 기법을 개발한다. 이러한 새로운 접근법의 개발에 있어 데이터를 on-chip의 shared memory에 적재할 때 필요한 메모리 접근들을 효율적으로 스케쥴링 함으로써 데이터 적재에 드는 오버헤드를 크게 감소시킨다. 따라서 새 접근법은 데이터 적재에 드는 메모리 대기시간을 크게 줄이고, 이에 따라 큰 폭의 성능 향상을 얻게 된다. NVidia 9500 GT GPU를 활용한 실험결과, 본 논문의 접근법을 활용한 병렬실행 결과 순차실행 결과(Intel Core2Duo 범용 마이크로프로세서를 활용한)와 비교하여15배까지 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다.
