        국내 종합병원 병동부 복도공간의 환자 이용행태에 관한 비교 연구 : 중정형과 중복도형을 중심으로 Focused on the Courtyard and Double-loaded Corridor type

        The conventional corridor space was a functional space simply linking the rooms and facilitating the circulations in a hospital. Today, however, they are no longer the spaces for simple circulation. Now, they are changing into healing spaces. Healing space must have some spatial characteristics helpful to curing the patients, and therefore, such a space should be designed to encourage patients to have diverse experiences and behaviors in terms of psychological stability, rehabilitation and personal communication. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at surveying and analyzing patients' behaviors of using the corridor spaces for general hospital wards. To this end, middle corridors and patio-type side corridors for general hospital wards in Korea were sampled. It was found through this study that various healing behaviors shown in the conventional middle corridors were witnessed in the patio-type side corridors. On the other hand, behavioral characteristics of each area were analyzed to determine the factors encouraging patients to be cured, and thereupon, some design points for the corridor spaces of general hospital wards were suggested to help their users quick recovering.

      • 국내 종합병원의 리모델링 사례 연구 : S 병원을 중심으로 Focused on the Case of S Hospital

        As hospitals change continuously and rapidly, the way of growth and change becomes another important factor in the design of a hospital. The hospitals are adapted for the continuous growth and change during their life span. But the hospitals built in 1970's and 80's have been expanded and reconstructed without any plan of growth and change. So, there is required to the architectural planning on the remodeling and modernization strategy of general hospitals. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for the reasonable design planning and the basic principles of the construction plan in the hospital remodeling. Thus, this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics of hospital remodeling, the remodeling planning, and the scheduling process in terms of construction. As a result, this study would apply to design guideline for the remodeling of general hospitals.

      • 活性炭에 의한 重金屬 시안化物 錯陰이온의 吸着特性

        It is the purpose of this study to investigate the possibility and mechanisms of complex formation for the removal of cyanide and toxic heavy metals from mining and electroplating industrial wastewater simultaneously. The adsorption forms of heavy metals from a synthesized wastecyanide water by activated carbon is discussed. Under the cyanide complexiation, mercury ion is adsorbed in the formation of complex anion as ?? and Hg(CN)₃, but zinc and cadmium are also as ?? and ?/?. The effects are established under the presence of ?? in the concentration range ?? mol/ℓto ?? mol/ℓand the presence of heavy metals.

      • 세로방향의 휜이달린 환형관 내의 유체흐름에 대한 연구

        In this study, the pressure drop and velocity profile were measured in longitudinally finned annulus. The test specimens were a round rod of 38㎜diameter with no fin, a rod a 40㎜ with 6 fin, a rod of 40㎜ with 8 fin, and a rod of 50㎜ with 8 fin. The fin thickness was 3㎜ and the fin height was 5㎜. The specimen was installed in a tube of 76㎜ inner diameter. For the round rod with no fin, the pressure drop data were well predicted by Blasius correlation, and the velocity profile was very close to the Nikuradse's non-dimensional velocity profile. For finned rods, the pressure drop of 8 fin rods was well predicted by Blasiue correlation. However, the correlation slightly under-predicted 6 fin data. The maximum velocity points in the finned annulus were circumferentially uniform except for the fin top position. Quarmby's equation [Eq.14] predicted the maximum velocity points excellently.

        A Study on Factors Related to Residential Satisfaction in Different Income Brackets

        본 연구는 소득계층에 따라 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하기 위하여 「2016년 주거실태조사」를 활용하여 회귀분석으로 주거만족도 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 주거만족도에 물리적 요인과 입지적요인, 사회 · 환경적요인은 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주거만족도에 주택면적이 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 주택면적이 클수록 주거만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 주거만족도에 주택유형더미가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전체가구에서는 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 저소득층과 고소득층에서는 음(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 주거만족도에 지역더미가 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 수도권에 거주하는 가구가 주거만족도가 높게 나타나는 것으로 나타났다.

      • Characterization of the Agronomic traits in the Inbred line derived from Double Haploid line using Pollen of Maize in the Crossing between Geumgang and CIMMYT’s wheat

        Wheat is one of the most important food crops in the world and provides 20% of nutritional requirement to the consumers in developing countries. The consumption per capita of wheat is persistent but the self-sufficiency has decreased owing to the less competitive world market and double cropping system with rice in Korea. This study was conducted to obtain baseline data on the selection lines with early maturity and good agronomic traits. Geumgangmil, a leading Korean variety, was crossed with CIMMYT’s line, and a DH (double haploid) line was released using pollens of Maize in Mexico. The 71 inbred lines were grown in fields at NICS, Miryang. The culm length of inbred lines were normally distributed from 37cm to 106cm, though that of the P1 (Geumgangmil) was 71 and P2 (CIMMYT’s Line) was 77cm. Especially, some lines were very short and measured below 50cm. The spike lengths of most of the lines were longer than that of P1 (7.5cm), but were normally distributed. The number of spikelet was less than that in P2 (19ea.), but was more than P1(10ea.). The heading day of most of the lines was between P1 (11th April) and P2 (25th April) and the maturity day of the lines was similar to P1 (1st June) but 5 lines showed 2~6 days shorter maturity period than that of P1. However, 20 lines were found to have 2~10 days longer maturity period than that of P2.

      • 주택유형에 따른 주거만족도 비교 연구 - 2016년 주거실태조사를 중심으로 -

        Along with economic growth and urbanization, houses have been supplied continuously in Korea. The top priority of the government’s housing policy is to get rid of scarcity of houses by supplying houses as needed and stabilize real estate price. To resolve the shortage of houses, housing supply was promoted enormously, and as a result, since 2002, the housing distribution rate in Korea has exceeded 100%. Even after that, the government has adhered to housing supply policy continuously, and in 2015, the national housing distribution rate reached 102.3%. In fact, now, it is evaluated that the shortage of supply in the housing market has been stabilized. In choosing a house, interest in residential environment is gradually increasing. In the past, the investment value of a house worked as a major factor in choosing a house, but recently, factors like the school district, distance from the workplace, adjacency to a supermarket or department store, distribution of commercial functions around the house, cultural benefits, or security of green space are regarded to be crucial in selecting a house. The purpose of this study is to examine how residential satisfaction differs according to the types of houses in the housing market centering around apartments. This author used the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport’s 「2016 Research on the Status of Housing」, and for analysis, this study employed one-way ANOVA to figure out intergroup differences as well as reliability analysis. This study is significant in that at this point that interest in residential environment is getting keener day by day in selecting a house, it has analyzed how residential satisfaction differs by the types of houses grounded on data from Research on the Status of Housing equipped with high public confidence.

        노년시대를 대비하는 기능성 게임의 교과목을 개발하기 위하여 인문대학과 공과대학의 관련학과 학생들을 대상으로 연구진의 교과 항목들에 대해 중요성과 필요성에 대한 설문을 조사하였다. 양 대학의 학생들의 인지에 대한 공통점과 차이점을 분석하여 이를 토대로 융합 학제간 신 교과목을 개발하였다. 노인용 기능성 게임의 인식을 학생들에게 확산시키고자 본 교과목을 양대학의 교과과정에 포함시켜 시행하였다. For the development of a curriculum of the serious game for the elderly in preparation of senior society, we have surveyed students of both college of humanity and college of engineering for their perception of importance and necessity on the subjects prepared by this team. We analyzed their common points and different points, and developed a new interdeciplinary curriculum for students in both college. The curriculum has been opened in the last semester successfully.

      • 빈집 및 빈점포 활용 사례를 통한 중간관리조직의 역할 -군산시 도시재생선도지역 사례를 중심으로-

        The Moon administration is currently pushing for a policy to select 100 new cities annually for Urban Regeneration New Deal project. As the government is showing a strong will towards urban regeneration, there has been growing interest in urban regeneration nationwide. As the interest in urban regeneration grows, there is a heightening awareness that vacant houses in declining areas can be used as local resources that can be used differently from before. At this point, the case of Gunsan City’s urban regeneration leading district, which was carried out using vacant houses and stores in the region, provides significant implications. Especially, it is considered that Urban Regeneration Support Center, the mediating organization, took an important role in this project. From the case of Urban Regeneration Support Center in Gunsan that used vacant houses and stores, the following implications can be drawn. First, the urban regeneration project should play a mediating role between landlord and tenant. It is necessary to coordinate opinions between landlord and tenant. Through mediation, landlords should be asked to charge lower rent compared to the surrounding area and tenants should pay proper rent. Second, it should constantly serve the role of a manager. It is necessary to provide support not only in connecting landlord and tenant during the contract process but to offer support for difficulties in the process of moving in and to provide management consulting. Third, the project should pay attention to publicity along with the development of the region. Instead of emphasizing only the development of the region, it should also care about the restoration of communities and sharing of profits when implementing the project. Currently, local governments are increasingly interested in using vacant houses and stores in declining areas in order to promote the Urban Regeneration New Deal project. In addition, there are many studies and efforts on the continuously increasing use of vacant houses and stores. At this point, this study is significant in that it introduces the case of Gunsan city and draws implications. It is expected that with the continuous implementation of the Urban Regeneration New Deal project, a model based on various cases of vacant houses and stores will be established.
