4차 산업혁명시대의 성공창업을 위한 상담자의 역할에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 실전창업을 대비하여 사회적지지와 상담성과를 중심으로 창업상담자의 역할과 방향에 대해 연구하였다. 대학의 지속적인 창업교육과 창업프로그램은 4차 산업혁명에 대비와 함께 대학생의 창업 후에 발생할 수 있는 데스밸리 시점을 미리 예측하고 극복할 수 있는 능력을 함양한다는 점에서 중요하다. 또한, 대학생들이 창업에 대한 진로미결정과 진로장벽의 갈등요인에 부딪혔을 때 상담자를 비롯한 부모나 친구 등의 사회적 지지가 청년들의 진로성숙도와 진로적응성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였고, 상담성과를 바탕으로 예비창업자 및 창업에 관심 있는 학생들에게 올바른 상담자의 역할과 지도 방향을 제시하였다. 기존 연구와 비교하면 기존 연구는 창업 및 미래일자리 관련 기초교육과 평생학습 시스템 구축 그리고 창업의 산업구조 및 고용시장 변화에 대한 대응과 노동시장 유연성을 위한 창업 교육 시스템 개선에 대한 연구가 다수였다. 하지만 본 연구는 이러한 창업자 및 예비창업자가 미래의 두려움을 해소하고, 변화하는 산업에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 정보를 제공해주는 창업 상담자의 역할에 대한 연구가 진행되었다는 점에서 새로운 창업생태계의 조성에 주요한 역할과 방향을 제시하는 연구라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 검증을 위하여 모든 분석은 AMOS VER. 21.0의 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 각 변수들 간의 구조적 관계를 직접효과와 간접효과로 검증하였으며, Holmbeck(1997)의 접근법을 이용하여 매개효과의 검증을 통해 상담성과와 사회적지지의 역할을 검증하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 창업의 진로장벽은 상담성과에 대하여 음(-)의 영향관계가 나타났으며,창업의 진로장벽은 진로성숙도에 대하여 음(-)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 창업의 상담성과는 사회적지지에 대하여 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났고, 창업의 상담성과는 진로적응성에 대하여 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 창업의 사회적지지는 진로성숙도에 대하여 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났으며, 창업의 사회적지지는 진로적응성에 대하여 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 창업의 진로미결정은 상담성과, 진로성숙도, 진로적응성, 사회적지지에 대하여 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업의 진로장벽과 진로적응성의 관계에서 상담성과는 완전 매개 역할을 하는것으로 나타났다. 창업의 진로장벽과 사회적지지의 관계에서 상담성과는 완전 매개 역할을 하는것으로 나타났다. 창업의 상담성과와 진로성숙도의 관계에서 사회적지지는 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 검증을 통하여 진로성숙과 진로적응으로 나아감에 있어 4차 산업혁명의 변화로 발생하는 진로장벽과 진로미결정이 창업교육을 통한 상담성과 및 사회적지지와 어떠한 구조적 관계가 있는지를 실증 분석하였으며, 향후에 도래될 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비함에 있어 일선 학교에서 창업교육 상담자의 전문성 강화와 역할 제고의 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the roles and direction of entrepreneurs counselors, focusing on social support and counseling achievement in preparation for actual start - up in the fourth industrial revolution era. The university s ongoing start-up education and start-up programs are important in that they prepare for the fourth industrial revolution and develop the ability to anticipate and overcome the death valley s point of view that can occur after the university s start-up. The role of the counselor in the 4th industrial revolution era was examined by examining the role of career barriers and career indeterminacy in the relationship between career maturity and career adaptability, focusing on the counseling outcomes and social support presented in the previous studies and references. When students were confronted with conflicts between career indeterminacy and career barriers, they examined how the social support of counselors, parents, and friends affected their career maturity and career adaptability. Based on the results of the counseling, the role of the correct counselor and the direction of guidance were suggested to the students who are interested in the pre - founder and the start - up. In order to verify these studies, all analyzes were verified by direct and indirect effects of structural relations between variables using structural equation model. And the role of counseling outcome and social support was verified through the verification of mediation effect.

But he is not a proletarian, is a mere tool of a proletarian. that prove an intellectual`s identity, solidity of the directivity toward a bourgeois.

A Study on Cooling Systems with Cold Water Panels in the Walls of Small Buildings

This study was conducted on cooling systems in which, for the first time at home and abroad, cold water panels are embedded in the walls of small buildings for radiant cooling by heat absorption with cold water. In summer, cold water is circulated through cold water (chiller) circulation tubes embedded in three walls (two side walls and one rear wall) of a building to implement radiant cooling by the coldness of the water. From the results of this study, the experimental and theoretical natural convection heat transfer coefficients were relatively well-matched over the entire experimental range, thereby verifying the reliability of the experimental results. The surface temperature reduction rate of the walls in which cold water panels are embedded was large whereas that of the walls where no cold water panels are embedded was very small.
