        Effect of sintering atmosphere on the structure and dielectric properties of BSIT ceramics

        In this paper, the effects of O2 and N2 sintering atmospheres on the physical phase and microstructure of BSIT ceramics wereinvestigated by using In3+-doped BST ceramics as the research object. And then the dielectric properties of the ceramics inthe frequency range of 20Hz-300000 Hz were investigated by constructing ceramic capacitors. The results show that theceramic sintered in N2 atmosphere has a denser morphology and a higher dielectric constant of 862 compared with the ceramicsintered in O2 atmosphere, and the dielectric loss is reduced by about 39% in the high frequency stage.

        Targeting treatment of bladder cancer using PTK7 aptamer-gemcitabine conjugate

        Gemcitabine (GEM) is one of the first-line chemotherapies for bladder cancer (BC), but the GEMs cannot recognize cancer cells and have a low long-term response rate and high recurrence rate with side effects during the treatment of BC. Targeted transport of GEMs to mediate cytotoxicity to tumor and avoid the systemic side effects remains a challenge in the treatment of BC.Based on a firstly confirmed biomarker in BC-protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7), which is overexpressed on the cell membrane surface in BC cells, a novel targeting system protein tyrosine kinase 7 aptamer-Gemcitabine conjugate (PTK7-GEMs) was designed and synthesized using a specific PTK7 aptamer and GEM through auto-synthesis method to deliver GEM against BC. In addition, the antitumor effects and safety evaluation of PTK7-GEMs was assessed with a series of in vitro and in vivo assays.PTK7-GEMs can specifically bind and enter to BC cells dependent on the expression levels of PTK7 and via the macropinocytosis pathway, which induced cytotoxicity after GEM cleavage from PTK7-GEMs respond to the intracellular phosphatase. Moreover, PTK7-GEMs showed stronger anti-tumor efficacy and excellent biosafety in three types of tumor xenograft mice models.These results demonstrated that PTK7-GEMs is a successful targeted aptamer-drug conjugates strategy (APDCs) to treat BC, which will provide new directions for the precision treatment of BC in the field of biomarker-oriented tumor targeted therapy.

        Treatment of bladder cancer by geoinspired synthetic chrysotile nanocarrier-delivered circPRMT5 siRNA

        Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have important functions in many fields of cancer biology. In particular, we previously reported that the oncogenic circRNA, circPRMT5, has a major role in bladder cancer progression. Therapy based on circRNAs have good prospects as anticancer strategies. While anti-circRNAs are emerging as therapeutics, the specific in vivo delivery of anti-circRNAs into cancer cells has not been reported and remains challenging. Methods: Synthesized chrysotile nanotubes (SCNTs) with a relatively uniform length (~ 200 nm) have been designed to deliver an siRNA against the oncogenic circPRMT5 (si-circPRMT5) inhibit circPRMT5. In addition, the antitumor effects and safety evaluation of SCNTs/si-circPRMT5 was assessed with a series of in vitro and in vivo assays. Results: The results showed that SCNTs/si-circPRMT5 nanomaterials prolong si-circPRMT5’s half-life in circulation, enhance its specific uptake by tumor cells, and maximize the silencing efficiency of circPRMT5. In vitro, SCNTs encapsulating si-circPRMT5 could inhibit bladder cancer cell growth and progression. In vivo, SCNTs/si-circPRMT5 inhibited growth and metastasis in three bladder tumor models (a subcutaneous model, a tail vein injection lung metastatic model, and an in situ model) without obvious toxicities. Mechanistic study showed that SCNTs/sicircPRMT5 regulated the miR-30c/SNAIL1/E-adherin axis, inhibiting bladder cancer growth and progression. Conclusion: The results highlight the potential therapeutic utility of SCNTs/si-circPRMT5 to deliver si-circPRMT5 to treat bladder cancer.

        Research of Building Load Optimal Scheduling Based on Multi-objective Estimation of Distributed Algorithm

        In the centralized scheduling of multi-residents, the complexity of scheduling time will be greatly increased as the number of resident increases. In order to reduce the time complexity caused by centralized scheduling, a probability model based on the Time-of-use electricity tariff diff erence is proposed and applied to distributed estimation of the algorithm. According to the impact factor mechanism of the probability model of Time-of-use electricity tariff diff erence, not only the time complexity of centralized scheduling is reduced, but also the optimization of the algorithm will not fall into a local optimal situation. In the centralized scheduling model of building residents, the controllable load of residents and new energy are centralized. The consumption rate of new energy was improved by changing the new energy power supply mechanism. Under the conditions of ensuring the comfort of household electricity consumption, three objective functions of the model include: (a) to reduce the total daily electricity consumption, (b) to fl atten the peak-to-valley diff erence of daily electricity, (c) to decrease the discarded rate of new energy. The simulation of the calculation example verifi es the feasibility and eff ectiveness of the proposed method.

        Sensorless control for five‑phase PMSMs under normal and open‑circuit fault conditions using super‑twisting sliding mode observers

        To enhance system position estimation reliability when a single-phase open-circuit fault occurs, this study provides a sensorless control strategy based on a medium and high-speed super-twisting sliding mode observer (ST-SMO) for a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, in which the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control strategy is adopted. In this method, a super-twisting sliding mode observer is developed to achieve any two-healthy phase back electromotive force (EMFs) estimation, during normal and open-circuit fault operations, irrespective of parameter variations and external disturbances. Then a phase-locked loop (PLL) is presented to extract the position and the speed of the rotor directly from the estimated two phase back-EMFs. The proposed ST-SMO algorithm achieves strong robustness to various external variations, suppresses system chattering, and enhances the estimation accuracy in the medium and high-speed range. Simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method under different load conditions over medium to high-speed ranges.

        Achieve 100% transmission via grafting hydroxyl groups on CNT nanomotors

        Nanomotors are essential in nanorobots and nanoenergy. The critical issues include stability and efficiency. Here, we have investigated the influence of hydroxyl groups on the transmission behavior of carbon nanotube based nanomotors using molecular dynamic simulations. The results showed that 100% transmission efficiency occurred in kinetic energy transmission, irrespective to the diameters and chiral angles of carbon nanotubes. Such stable and efficient transmission was attributed to the hydrogen bonds formed between hydroxyl groups on motor and rotor. The fastened responses were observed in the systems with zigzag and armchair carbon nanotube motor. Our results provide atomic insights into improving stability and efficiency in nanomotors.

        Neo-Chinese Style Furniture Design Based on Semantic Analysis and Connection

        Lately, neo-Chinese style furniture has been frequently noticed by product design professionals for the big part it played in promoting traditional Chinese culture. This article is an attempt to use big data semantic analysis method to provide effective design research method for neo-Chinese furniture design. By using big data mining program TEXTOM for big data collection and analysis, the data obtained from typical websites in a set time period will be sorted and analyzed. On the basis of "neo-Chinese furniture" samples, key data will be compared, classification analysis of overall data, and horizontal analysis of typical data will be performed by the methods of word frequency analysis, connection centrality analysis, and TF-IDF analysis. And we tried to summarize according to the related views and theories of the design. The research results show that the results of data analysis are close to the relevant definitions of design. The core high-frequency vocabulary obtained under data analysis, such as popular, furniture, modern, etc., can provide a reasonable and effective focus of attention for the designs. The result obtained through the systematic sorting and summary of the data can be a reliable guidance in the direction of our design. This research attempted to introduce related big data mining semantic analysis methods into the product design industry, to supply scientific and objective data and channels for studies on design, and to provide a case on the practical application of big data analysis in the industry.

        Investigating the Characteristics of Wet Shotcrete Pipeline Transportation

        In order to study the resistance characteristics of wet shotcrete pipeline transportation, a small pipe type rheology and resistance test device was developed. The device is used for straight pipe resistance test, pump stop test and dyed concrete test were carried out on concrete with different characteristics. The fluidity changes of concrete with different characteristics were obtained through experiments. The results show that the slump, pressure bleeding rate, water-cement ratio were all negatively related to pipeline transportation resistance. The influence of the three factors on resistance was in order: pressure bleeding rate, water-cement ratio, slump. The dyed concrete test confirmed the principle of the plunger flow in the pipeline when concrete is pumped. The thickness of the lubricating layer increased with the increase of the water-cement ratio. The concrete pipeline transportation resistance increased with the increase of the standing time. The fitting curve was obtained through the correlation analysis between resistance and lubricating layer thickness, and the two were negatively correlated. This provides a new research idea for the study of drag reduction measures for concrete pipeline transportation.

        Consensus and Security Control of Multi-agent Systems Based on Set-membership Estimation with Time-varying Topology under Deception Attacks

        This paper is concerned with the consensus and security of leader-follower multi-agent systems with time-varying topology, where each follower’s sensor-to-controller channel and controller-to-actuator channel are subject to unknown but bounded (UBB) random deception attacks. A novel set-membership estimation and control framework is presented to realize system consensus, input-to-state stability and security performance, in which each controller receives arbitrary estimates from itself and neighbor set-membership estimators. Based on the Lyapunov functional and stochastic control method, a sufficient condition on the existence of estimators and controllers is derived. Then, a convex optimization algorithm is established to deal with the proposed framework. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by numerical simulation.
