The Bamboo Craft Industry has been pushed as one of the main aims of our community. It has increased our compet itive power as well as the income of our area . As a cultura l product, bamboo tea tables were developed. It is suggested that the development of tea tables as a main goal of cultural soc iety leads to the establishment of the art of ceremonial tea making. It is reported that bamboo trees help improve the environment, so their value is increasing and leads to a new cultural based living. In deve loping this bamboo prod uct ; First, practi cal use is emphas ized. Second , the combina tio n of traditi onal met hods and modern techn ology is used to red uce the cost of pro duction. Third, nat iona l qua li ty and inspiri ng desig n are used to give the produ ct s a meaningful image. A ca lm and generative image is maximized. Taekuk pattern is frequently used to decorate tea table. The elegant image of Koryo porcelain is applied to the legs of tea tables. Taekuk and the lines of Koryo and Choson porcelains are the major decorating pattern is used in hon or of the 2002 World-Cup.
Die casting 공법을 이용한 승객석 시트 경량 프레임 강도평가 연구

In this study, modular seat frame parts used the Al alloy die casting manufacturing method to reduce the CO2 emissions of vehicles by reducing the weight of the passenger seat frames. In addition, the strength of the developed product was evaluated using the seat belt anchorage test. Before conducting the seat belt anchorage test, the test conditions were simulated using a commercial tool (LS-DYNA) to identify and strengthen the weak points of the product, in advance, at the design stage. Additionally, a reinforced prototype was manufactured, and a seatbelt anchorage test was conducted. A simulation was performed under conditions similar to those of a test using commercial tools to evaluate the comparative results. To reduce the difference between the seatbelt anchorage test and simulation results, the material properties were evaluated using a tensile tester. To compare and review the test and simulation results, strain gauges were attached to the major parts of the sheet to obtain the strain history and compare it with the simulation results.
