        Physical Education can be said a process of constituting a human life. which has a profound philsophical and educational value. Further more, as every activity in human society centers on human being, the valuation of the formation of human being through the physical education holds a very important position in value system of human society. The physical education influences the real life of human being and formal human relation from the sociological point of view in the light that human being is the core of physical culture. It goes without saying that the value and role of physical culture can also be discussed which are produced with personality for the inner background. But the valuation of physical education from a broader perspective to look for new position for man is also important. This study examines the scientific educational and practical role of physical education for the creation of an image of man. In order to take an objective view, it deviates from conventional aim and value of physical education and analyzes the contemporay image of human being for the comparative study of man and physical education . The followings are three important facts resulted from the study. 1) The object of physical education must be human being and make wide use of basic knowledge of as many sciences as possible for the development of human being. 2) Manshould be respected and be also should make efforts for the creative value. As the formation of motion and the building - up of desirable image of man are more important than the in born and instinctive activities, the role played by physical education is much influential from the educational point of view. 3) Man, facing the imminent problem called human alienation which is a product of modern society will be able to find a new forming process of the original human being who can adapt himself to the changing society and cultivate himself through spiritual experiences connected with practical activities of physical education. As we have seen in the above examinations, in physical eduation, a complete about face is required from the negative formation of human being focusing on interests and experiences to the affirmative practice controlling instinct and desire. Accordingly, in order to create images of human being in such a way as model map is drawn, the role of physical education should increase and man is required to change is structure of consciousness .

      • 運動負荷 段階別 心拍數 變化와 回後能力에 關한 硏究 : Centered on College-man Student 男子 大學生을 中心으로

        The purpose of the study is to experiment 20 college student of 20-23 age, who were subject into athletic group and Non-athletic Heart Rate and course of Blood Pressure change by test of endurance using Bicycle Ergometer and Heart Checker 108 System and ALP-KII. The results of the study and analysis got conclusion as follows: 1) The Heart Rate of athletic group were smaller then the of non-athletic with 62.1 times to 66.5 times, when in normal condition. 2) When in exercise, in term of Heart Rate by load-stage, On the whole, the Heart Rate of athletic group were remakably smller then the one of non-athletic group. 3) When in recovery, the number for athletic group were 151.6 times compared to 174.6 times for non-athletic group in 30 seconds, and in 3 minutes, the number were 93 times for athletic group while 121.1 times for non-athletic group. With 77.8 times for athletic group and 104.4 times for non-athletic group the recovery for athletic group were quicker then the one of non-athletic group after 12 minutes of exercise. 4) The Blood Pressure, of athletic group were slightly lower then one of non-athletic group when in normal condition, after-exercise and after recovery, but on the whole, little difference were found. Conclusively, it was detected that the change of Heart Rate was meaning full in relation to exercise, and it exerts a great infuence on the accomplishment of training program. Accordingly, the further study on the correlation between the body and heart rate are badiy needed.

      • 移動角을 通한 左, 右 調整力 比較에 關한 硏究 : 왼손 및 오른손잡이를 中心으로 Focused on the Left Handed and the Right Handed

        In order for the basic scientific approaches to Motor Skills and for the improvement of physical strength, each of 50 students of the Left Handed and the Right Handed now attending at D university had been selected, and a number of survey and measurements have been taken place on their Locomotion Angles, as surveyed both from left hand side and right hand side, in their movements in a straight line distance of 10 meters from the starting point of "0" to the target set therein, and then the results were processed statistically, by means of SPSS methods, but in their comparisons and analyses, and that reached to the following conclusions ; 1. The average mean value of the Locomotion Angles in the Left Hand Side of the Left Handed indicated 4.63°, exceeding those of the Right Hand Side of 5.03°by the mean value angle of 0.40°(p>0.05). However, their Coordination in the both sides showed similar figures each other. 2. The average mean value of the Locomotion Angles in the Right Hand side of the Right Handed showed 4.43°, and superior to those in the Left Hand Side of 5.72°by the fair value of 1.29°9(p<0.001), and that the Coordination in the Right Hand Side far excelled those in the Left Hand Side. 3. In comparison of the average mean value of the Locomotion Angles in the Left Hand Sides of the both Left Handed and Right Handed, those in the Left Hand Side of the Left Handed expressed of 4.63°, exceeding by 1.09°to those of 5.72°in the Left Hand Side of the Right Handed(p<0.01), and their Coordination in the Left Hand Side of the Left Handed was found to be superior comparatively, to those in the Left Hand Side of the Right Handed. 4. In another comparison of the average mean value of the Locomotion Angles in the Right Hand Sides of the both Right Handed Sides and the Left Handed, those in the Right Hand Side of the Left Handed of 5.03°were seen to be inferior to those of 4.43°in the Right Hand Side of the Right Handed by the mean figure of 0.60°(p>0.05). And that no big difference were noted in the coordition each other. 5. In the overall comparisons of the Coordination in the Locomotion Angles between the Left Handed and the Right Handed indicated 4.83°and surpassed those of 5.08°of the Right Handed by the mean figure of 0.25(p>0.05). However, no significant differences in the Coordination were recognized between the both sides in effect. As seen in the conclusions of this study described above, we have noted certain minor differences between the Left Handed and the Right Handed in their coordination as for the sides of the movement or the directions of exercise, but have not seen any noteworthy differences existed therein in general. However, such minor differences in their Coordination in the movement of Bodies may cause or be resulted in a big effect to motor skills and for the improvement of physical strength. And that the improvement of our Coordination as required in our due movement or exercises should always be cared for by means of appropriate Training or Physical exercises in maintaining of our good health or physical movements.

        전기 집진기의 집진 효율 향상에 관한 연구

        This paper demonstrates the effects of dust electrical resistivity on electrostatic precipitability. The effects of gas temperature, velocity and humidity on the collection efficiency were considered by used of coal fly ashes from fluidized bed combustion boiler. The experiments for collection efficiency were carried out in the pilot plant. The ashes which have non-spherical geometry and high electrical resistivity were used. Electrical resistivity is an important property for the collection efficiency in the electrostatic precipitators. Fly ash resistivity as a function of temperature up 350℃ and water concentration(up to 15%) has been experimentally investigated using the resistivity test equipment consisted of the movable electrode, dust cup, and furnace. As the resistivity of fly ash in the operating temperature(150℃) of an electrostatic precipitator was measured higher than 1010Ω·㎝, flue gas conditioning in the electrostatic precipitator of reduce the resistivity of fly ash is required.

Specical leader of need guide to scientific systematic. 4. An item for need understanding to theoretical background. 5. Exercise time to need time practical abandment consideration one's self life. 6. Physical strength management for devise training plan to long term. 7. Physical strength management for one's self contral lead an inemperate life. As mentioned above for physical strength management to health university life to do physical and mental stability life of sound with method normal about raise the level concered one's self.
