        아이돌보미 사업 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 현황 및 개선방안

        본 연구는 안전한 아이돌봄서비스에 대한 요구도가 높아지고 아이돌보미에 대한 모니터링 강화 필요성이 증가함에 따라 2020년 신설된 아이돌봄 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 현황 및 개선점을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 건강가정․다문화가족지원센터에 재직 중인 아동학대사례관리 전담인력 106명, 서비스제공기관 책임자 88명, 광역모니터링단 10명으로부터 설문조사 자료를 수집하였다. 아이돌봄 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 일반적 배경, 업무 현황을 알아보기 위해 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였고, 전담인력의 업무에 대한 인식차이를 알아보기 위해 일원변량분석과 반복측정변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 전담인력의 학력, 전공, 자격증, 이전 경력은 다양하였고, 이들은 자신의 업무 중 아동학대 의심가정 사례관리 업무를 가장 중요하게 생각하였으나 이 업무에 대한 이해도는 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 아이돌봄 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 업무 실행 상황을 살펴본 결과, 아이돌보미 채용 시 인․적성 검사 및 인성교육 실시 업무 외의 주요업무 실행에서 어려움을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아이돌봄 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 효율적 업무 수행을 위한 지원 방안에 대한 의견을 살펴본 결과, 아동학대 의심가정 사례관리 업무 수행을 위해 사례관리 전담인력 역량강화 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 아이돌보미 아동학대사례관리 전담인력의 업무 효율성과 전문성을 높이는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study examines the perception, present status, and improvement points for the task of the case manager of child abuse prevention, which was newly established in 2020 as the demand for safe child-care support services and the need to reinforce monitoring for child-care providers indcreased. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 106 case managers of child abuse prevention working at the health family support center and healthy family and multicultural centers, 88 persons in charge of service providing institutions, and 10 members of the regional monitoring group across the nation. For data analyses, descriptive statistics and ANOVA were conducted. The results are as follows. First, educational background, majors, qualifications, and previous experience of the case managers of child abuse prevention varied and they considered ‘the case management for families with suspected child abuse’ to be the most important among their tasks, with that being said they showed the lowest level of understanding in that task. Second, the case managers were experiencing difficulties in performing major tasks other than ‘personality and aptitude tests and personality education when hiring child-care providers’. Third, it was found that the case managers need capacity-building training to perform their ‘case management tasks for families suspected of child abuse’. The findings in this study are expected to be used as basic data to improve the efficiency and expertise in the task of the case manager of child abuse prevention.

      • A sensory-motor neuron type mediates proprioceptive coordination of steering in <i>C</i> . <i>elegans</i> via two TRPC channels

        <▼1><P>Animal locomotion is mediated by a sensory system referred to as proprioception. Defects in the proprioceptive coordination of locomotion result in uncontrolled and inefficient movements. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying proprioception are not fully understood. Here, we identify two transient receptor potential cation (TRPC) channels, <I>trp-1</I> and <I>trp-2</I>, as necessary and sufficient for proprioceptive responses in <I>C</I>. <I>elegans</I> head steering locomotion. Both channels are expressed in the SMDD neurons, which are required and sufficient for head bending, and mediate coordinated head steering by sensing mechanical stretches due to the contraction of head muscle and orchestrating dorsal head muscle contractions. Moreover, the SMDD neurons play dual roles to sense muscle stretch as well as to control muscle contractions. These results demonstrate that distinct locomotion patterns require dynamic and homeostatic modulation of feedback signals between neurons and muscles.</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Author summary</B></P><P>Proprioception provides the nervous system with feedback about body posture in animals and is essential for the generation of coherent locomotive behaviors, such as walking, running, or crawling. However, little is known about the identity of proprioceptive receptors that sense body movement to regulate locomotion and the extent to which proprioception modulates sensorimotor coordination. Here, we analyze the molecular mechanisms that control head steering locomotion of <I>Caenorhabditis elegans</I>. We show that this movement is regulated by the transient receptor potential cation (TRPC) channels TRP-1 and TRP-2 and the SMDD proprioceptive neurons. We observe that mutant animals for both channels are defective in head steering locomotion and that ectopic expression of TRP-1 or TPR-2 in a <I>C</I>. <I>elegans</I> chemosensory neuron confers head bending–dependent responses, suggesting roles for these channels in proprioception. We also find that SMDD neurons are both necessary and sufficient to generate head steering locomotion via the two channels. Moreover, we demonstrate that the proprioceptive system mediates locomotion coordination by desynchronizing activities in motor systems. We conclude that two TRPC channels in collaboration with the proprioceptive receptor SMDD neurons control head steering in worms during forward locomotion.</P></▼2>

        Sensor fusion area are known to great solution for the edge cases of perception system of automated car. This system uses camera and LiDAR on front side of the vehicle and integrated on a coordinate system for the projection. Each point data on image pixel integrated point cloud gets its class by semantic segmentation. This paper suggests a perception system of autonomous vehicle for moving objects by deep learning based image semantic segmentation and lidar points projection to camera pixel image.

        This paper suggests a localization system architecture of unmanned vehicle for autonomous driving. In this system, Graph SLAM algorithm is used for correction of accumulated errors acquired from scan matching algorithm. On this paper, the experiments are proceeded in environment of mountainous city which have continuous elevations. The acceleration and magnetic data from IMU, RTK corrected GNSS are used for graph optimization and loop closure on mapping. NDT scan matching algorithm is used for localization.

        Research on autonomous vehicles consists of perception, judgement, and control. This paper is about the Ld method of the Pure-pursuit algorithm among the control algorithms based on the kinematic method in the control field. In the process of finding the correct L<SUB>d</SUB> for actual control, an error occurred between the detected L<SUB>d</SUB> value and the correct L<SUB>d</SUB>, and only a part of the path was detected L<SUB>d</SUB>. In order to store only the coordinates to be detected by LD in the path reference, the interval between paths was set very small, and the average interval and error of the detected LD values were calculated. The average interval and error of the detected LD value was proportional to the distance the sensor moved during the period of receiving a new signal, and accordingly, the path interval and path error were set appropriately. In the existing algorithm, the optimal interval and error are determined using the experimental data of the vehicle. The algorithm in this study may be less accurate than the existing algorithm. However, using only the target speed, the period of the sensor, and the minimum turning radius of the vehicle, it is possible to set the distance and the error of the path with high accuracy. Finally, the verification was carried out by directly controlling the autonomous vehicle.

        Photochemical Production of NADH Using Cobaloxime Catalysts and Visible-Light Energy

        <P>In this study, a visible-light-driven photocatalytic system for the generation of dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) from aqueous protons was examined using cobaloxime as a catalyst, eosin as a photosensitizer, and triethanolamine as a sacrificial electron donor. Irradiation of a reaction solution containing cobaloxime, eosin, and triethanolamine (TEOA) converted NAD<SUP>+</SUP> to NADH with a yield of 36% in a phosphate buffer. The reaction rates for the production of NADH were dependent on the concentrations of the catalyst, NAD<SUP>+</SUP>, and TEOA. Introduction of an electron-donating or -withdrawing substituent in the para position of the pyridine changed the rate constant and affected the conversion efficiency. The rates obtained by the different substituents were linearly correlated with the Hammett coefficients of the introduced substituents. Last, reduction of CO<SUB>2</SUB> was carried out in the presence of formate dehydrogenase using NADH photochemically generated using the cobaloxime/eosin/TEOA system.</P><P>Photocatalytic reduction and protonation of nucleotide cofactor NAD<SUP>+</SUP> driven by visible light is demonstrated, using cobaloxime complexes as a hydride-transfer mediator and eosin as a photosensitizer.         The Bayley-III Adaptive Behavior and Social-Emotional Scales as Important Predictors of Later School-Age Outcomes of Children Born Preterm

        Purpose: We aim to assess the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, third edition (Bayley-III), Adaptive Behavior (AB) and Social-Emotional (SE) scales at 18 to 24 months of corrected age (CA) to examine their associations with school-age cognitive and behavioral outcomes in children born preterm. Methods: Eighty-eight infants born with a very low birth weight (<1,500 g) or a gestational age of less than 32 weeks who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit from 2008 to 2009 were included. Of the 88 children who completed school-age tests at 6 to 8 years of age, 37 were assessed using the Bayley-III, including the AB and SE scales, at 18 to 24 months of CA. Correlation, cross-tabulation, and receiver operating characteristic analyses were performed to assess the longitudinal associations. Results: A significant association was observed between communication scores on the Bayley-III AB scale at 18 to 24 months of CA and the Korean version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (K-WISC) full-scale intelligence quotient (FSIQ) at school age (r=0.531). The total behavior problem scores of the Korean version of the Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL) at school age were significantly negatively related to the Bayley-III SE and AB scales but not to the cognitive, language, or motor scales. Conclusion: Our findings encourage AB and SE assessments during the toddler stage and have important implications for the early identification of children in need of intervention and the establishment of guidelines for follow-up with high-risk infants.

        Insane Terrors of the Present: Melancholic Temporality in Herman Melville`s Benito Cereno

        This paper explores the issue of temporality in Benito Cereno. My analysis sheds light on the way temporality operates in tandem with historical memory in the novella, in particular on its distinctive rendering of the ‘present.’ While a considerable volume of criticism regarding slavery and racial stereotypes has been produced, not many of these works have examined the way Melville deals with time as a political and philosophical matter in Benito Cereno. My reading turns attention to the black servant Babo and his unique performance of the slave. In his enactment of submission and silence, Babo repeats and recasts the stereotype of the colonized, which is termed the logic of mimicry in postcolonial theory. In his repetition of the given image of the slave, there is a surplus and excess that threatens the seamless progress of time. By demonstrating that Babo’s mimicry embodies the ‘present’ as a disjunctive temporality suspending historical closure and spacing alternative time, this paper argues that Melville not only prefigures postcolonial critic Homi Bhabha’s formulation of mimicry but also explores melancholic temporality as a way of historical memory. Extending the temporal logic of melancholia from an individual psychic structure to a collective historical one, the melancholic ‘countless struggles’ with loss can be understood as a language of resistance to the forgetting of dominant historiography. In Benito Cereno, the melancholic temporality of counter-discourse emerges through the incessant interruption of the ‘present’ signs that disrupt Delano’s epistemological desire for a seamless historical-narrative the slaves’ sensorial performances and Babo’s mimicry of submission and silence.
