Cysteinyl Leukotrienes and Their Receptors; Emerging Concepts

Cysteinyl leukotrienes (cys-LTs) are potent mediators of inflammation derived from arachidonic acid through the 5-lipoxygenase/leukotriene C4 synthasepathway. The derivation of their chemical structures and identification of their pharmacologic properties predated the cloning of their classicalreceptors and the development of drugs that modify their synthesis and actions. Recent studies have revealed unanticipated insights into the regulationof cys-LT synthesis, the function of the cys-LTs in innate and adaptive immunity and human disease, and the identification of a new receptorfor the cys-LTs. This review highlights these studies and summarizes their potential pathobiologic and therapeutic implications.
ARABON과 CARBON 섬유 여과포의 코팅에 의한 내열성 향상에 관한 연구

고온에서 집진 성능이 우수하고 저렴하게 사용할 수 있는 합성섬유 여과포의 코팅기술을 개발하기 위한 내열성 코팅 실험을 수행하였다. 코팅된 여과포의 내열실험을 300℃ 및 400℃에서 수행한 후, 여파포의 무게변화, 두께변화, 수축률을 측정하여, 내열 특성을 측정하였다. 가열 전후의 무게 변화를 측정한 결과 ARABON 여과포는 300℃에서 36.3% 감소하였고, CARBON 여과포는 38.9%로 감소하였으며, 수축현상은 ARABON이 13.7%로 약간 변화되었지만 CARBON 여과포는 21.7%로 조금 더 변화되었다. 고온에서 합성섬유 여과포의 내열성능을 나타내기 위하여 변화지수, CI를 정의하여 사용하였다. 300℃와 400℃에서 CARBON 여과포의 가장 우수한 코팅물질은 Al(NO₂)₃이었다. This study has been accomplished by the coating experiments to develope the synthetic fabrics with thermal resistance, which are the economic and efficient filter at high temperature. The thermal resistance of the fabric filter was experimentally determined by the changes of the weight, thickness, and contraction of the coated and non-coated filters. The tested temperatures were 300℃ and 400℃. The weight losses of the ARABON and CARBON fabrics are 36.3% and 38.9%, and the contractions are 13.7% and 21.7% at 300℃ compared to 400℃ respectively. The change index, Cl, was defined and used for providing the thermal resistant information of the tested fabrics. The most coating material is Al(NO₂)₃ for CARBON fabrics at 300℃ and 400℃.

This paper presents a novel prototype of active voltage clamped quasi-resonant ZVS-PWM forward DC-DC converter designed for specific low voltage high current application. We establish the soft-switching forward converter with a high frequency isolated link which can efficient operate over wide load ranges under conditions of zero voltage soft-switching and active voltage clamped switching. In addition, we evaluate connection of the soft-switching forward converter with large capacitor which capacitance is over 100[F].<br/>
