Here, tripolycyanamide (TPA) and 2,4,6-triformyl pyrogallol (TDBA) are used to prepare a highly crystallinecovalent-organic frameworks based on imine linkages (COFTDBA-TPA) for heavy metal ions (HMIs)detection and removal. Each unit of COFTDBA-TPA had 6 adsorption sites for HMIs (–C@O, –NH2, –C@N),which could selectively capture HMIs. The typical lamellar structure made COFTDBA-TPA have a largerspecific surface area, and the mesoporous structure provided numerous channels for the adsorption ofHMIs. Therefore, the COFTDBA-TPA-based electrochemical sensor could realize the detection of Cd2+,Cu2+, Pb2+, Hg2+ and Zn2+ in drinking water, simultaneously. The limits of detection for five HMIs wereas low as 0.922 nM, 0.450 nM, 0.309 nM, 0.208 nM and 0.526 nM, respectively. The adsorption capacityof COFTDBA-TPA for each HMI was as high as 711.6 mg/g, 716.9 mg/g, 603.7 mg/g and 618.3 mg/g, respectively. Compared with other adsorbents, it had higher capacity and faster adsorption kinetics. After beingrecycled five times, the adsorption performance was maintained. This not only provides a reliable platformfor the removal of HMIs in wastewater, but also provides new ideas for the use of COFs in the electrochemicalfield.

Background: Astatine-211 is an α-emitter with high-energy α-ray and high cytotoxicity for cancer cells. However, the targeted alpha therapy (TAT) also suffers from insufficient systematic immune activation, resulting in tumor metastasis and relapse. Combined immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) with chemodynamic therapy (CDT) could boost antitumor immunity, which may magnify the immune responses of TAT. This study aims to discourage tumor metastasis and relapse by tri-model TAT-CDT-ICB strategy. Methods: We successfully designed Mn-based radioimmunotherapy promoters (211At-ATE-MnO2-BSA), which are consisting of 211At, MnO2 and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The efficacy of 211At-ATE-MnO2-BSA was studied as monotherapy or in combination with anti-PD-L1 in both metastatic and relapse models. The immune effects of radioimmunotherapy promoters on cytotoxic T lymphocytes and dendritic cells (DCs) were analyzed by flow cytometry. Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay and immunofluorescence were used to explore the underlying mechanism. Results: Such radioimmunotherapy promoters could not only enhance the therapeutic outcomes of TAT and CDT, but also induce robust anti-cancer immune activity by activating dendritic cells. More intriguingly, 211At-ATE-MnO2-BSA could effectively suppress the growths of primary tumors and distant tumors when combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Conclusions: The tri-model TAT-CDT-ICB strategy provides a long-term immunological memory, which can protect against tumor rechallenge after eliminating original tumors. Therefore, this work presents a novel approach for TATCDT-ICB tri-modal cancer therapy with repressed metastasis and relapse in clinics.

Lipid rafts are related to cell surface receptor function. Integrin is a major surface receptor protein in cell adhesion and migration on the extracellular matrix (ECM). Here, we showed that lipid rafts played a critical role in human melanoma A375 cell spreading and migration on fibronectin; an important component of the ECM that interacts with 1 integrin. We found that the disruption of lipid rafts did not markedly inhibit the expression and activation of 1 integrin. By coimmunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry, we investigated the influence of lipid rafts on the 1 integrin complex and identified nucleolin as a potential lipid-raft-dependent 1-integrin-interacting protein. Upon confirmation of the interaction between 1 integrin and nucleolin, further studies revealed that nucleolin colocalized with 1 integrin in lipid rafts and raft disruption interrupted their association. In addition, knockdown of nucle-olin markedly attenuated A375 cell spreading and migration on fibronectin. Taken together, we demonstrated that nucleolin is a critical lipid-raft-dependent 1-integrin-inte-racting protein in A375 cell spreading and migration on fibronectin.
Research on the rheological properties of a silicone oil-based ferrofluid

To study the overall rheological characteristics of the silicone oil-based ferrofluid, a chemical co-precipitation method was adopted for preparation, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were used for characterization. The average size of Fe3O4 magnetic particles was 10.4 nm and the saturation magnetization of the ferrofluid was 5.98 emu/g. Then, the fluidity, magnetoviscous effect and viscoelasticity of the ferrofluid were studied using a rotational rheometer. The results showed obvious shear thinning of the silicone oil-based ferrofluid under an external magnetic field, and the yield stress of the ferrofluid could not be accurately obtained by fitting the flow curve with an H–B model at a continuous shear rate. A strong magnetoviscous effect could be observed at different shear rates and temperatures. The magnetoviscous parameter R increased with the increase of temperature and its variation decreased with the increase of shear rate. Moreover, based on the magnetic particle chain model and the viscosity–temperature characteristics of the base carrier liquid, different mechanisms of temperature influence on the magnetoviscous effect were analyzed. Finally, a discussion of the microstructure evolution mechanism of the ferrofluid in the modulus changing with frequency was presented through the viscoelastic analysis of the silicone oil-based ferrofluid.

<P>A pyrrolyl-based triazolophane, incorporating CH and NH donor groups, acts as a receptor for the pyrophosphate anion in chloroform solution. It shows selectivity for this trianion, followed by HSO<SUB>4</SUB><SUP>−</SUP> > H<SUB>2</SUB>PO<SUB>4</SUB><SUP>−</SUP> > Cl<SUP>−</SUP> > Br<SUP>−</SUP> (all as the corresponding tetrabutylammonium salts), with NH−anion interactions being more important than CH−anion interactions. Concept Similarity Measure with Hierarchy Structure and Information

Calculating semantic similarity between concepts in ontology is an important issue in natural language processing and so on, so how to measure the similarity becomes a hot topic among many scholars. However, most existing methods cannot distinguish the similarity further. Confronting this problem, we propose a new semantic similarity method combining hierarchy structure of ontology and information content of two concepts based on domain ontology, which highlights the semantic information of leaves in the ontology structure. Our experiment demonstrates that, compared with other available methods, our proposal can improve the accuracy between two leaves and between leaf and non-leaf.
