        蔡应龙及其“补恨”思想 - 以《紫玉记》为主兼谈《琵琶重光记》

        蔡应龙是清代雍正年间的戏曲作家,他的《紫玉记》是霍小玉故事改编系列中以明代汤显祖《紫箫记》为底本进行增补的“补恨”传奇作品。生活在清早中期的蔡应龙出身于科举世家德清蔡氏,对于“忠孝节义”的遵循内化于他的传奇创作之中。其早期的《琵琶重光记》是对“忠孝”的弥补,稍晚的《紫玉记》则是对“节义”的弥补。同时,由于家难惨遭削籍和长久被疾病所困,不仅影响了他对于“大团圆”结局的审美追求,也影响他对作品中非主要人物的关心。“照应”是蔡应龙区别于其他作家的“补恨”方式,体现了他对于人物性格、情节逻辑以及历史真实的关注。本文从三个方面对蔡应龙及其“补恨”思想进行介绍。第一章介绍从“知人论世”出发,了解蔡应龙的经历及其思想形成的条件。第二章立足《紫玉记》文本本身,分析其内容、结构、删改方式以及最终效果。第三章则从外部环境、作者以及作品与作品关系出发对“补恨”的含义以及“照应”方式进行阐释。

        Comparing the Effects of Carvedilol Enantiomers on Regression of Established Cardiac Hypertrophy Induced by Pressure Overload

        Pressure overload diseases such as valvular stenosis and systemic hypertension morphologically manifest in patients as cardiac concentric hypertrophy. Preventing cardiac remodeling due to increased pressure overload is important to reduce the morbidity and mortality. A recent clinical study has shown that carvedilol has beneficial effects on the survival rate of patients with heart failure. This may be due to the actions of carvedilol such as β-adrenoceptor blockade and the α1-adrenergic receptor blockade effects. Therefore, we investigated whether carvedilol can reverse preexisting cardiac hypertrophy and we compared the effects of racemic carvedilol and the carvedilol enantiomers. Cardiac hypertrophy was induced in rats by suprarenal transverse abdominal aortic constriction (AC). Fifteen weeks after AC surgery, concentric hypertrophy was identified in the AC group by performing echocardiography. Low dose S- and SR-carvedilol (2 mg/kg/day), which were orally administered for three weeks, caused significant regression of the cardiac hypertrophy, and this most significantly occurred in the rats that received S-carvedilol. However, R-carvedilol did not reduce cardiac hypertrophy. Regression of cardiac hypertrophy by carvedilol was confirmed on the echocardiograms and electrocardiograms. These results suggest that carvedilol could reverse the development of leftventricular concentric hypertrophy that is induced by pressure overload. S-carvedilol is proposed to be superior to SR-and R-carvedilol as a beneficial treatment for cardiac hypertrophy.

        This study focus on a demonstrative pronoun "Wu" which can found in story books and opera materials of Song and Yuan Dynasties The study of "Wu" began in Song Dynasty. There are different opinions on the origin of "Wu". The purpose of this paper is to sort out and comment on the research on the origin of "Wu" so far, and then agree with the viewpoint that "Wu" comes from the ancient Turkic pronoun Ol from the perspective of pronunciation. At the same time, this paper not only confines the phonetic data to the modern dialect, but also discusses the pronunciation of "Wu" and the reliability of its source by analyzing the development of Ol, the far referential pronoun of Korean and Turkic in Chinese translation. In addition, this paper also introduces the syntactic restriction of Ol, a far referential pronoun of Turkic language, into the process of proof for the first time, so as to further prove the reliability of the source theory of ancient Turkic language

        Epigallocathechin-3 Gallate Attenuates Volume Overload-Induced Cardiac Hypertrophy in Rats

        Cardiac hypertrophy, or an increase in heart size, is an important risk factor for cardiac morbidity and mortality. Epigallocathechin-3 gallate (EGCG) is one of major bioactive polyphenols present in green tea and believed to ameliorate cardiovascular disease. Therefore, we investigated whether EGCG and green tea extract (GTE) supplementation could attenuate the development of cardiac hypertrophy induced by volume overload. Cardiac hypertrophy was induced by aortocaval shunt (ACS) in rats and evaluated by determining the heart to body weight (HW/BW) ratio or cross sectional area. Cardiac hypertrophy induced by ACS for 3 weeks was significantly attenuated by administration of EGCG or GTE. Attenuation of cardiac hypertrophy by EGCG was associated with attenuation of the increase' in myocyte cell size induced by volume overload. Hypertrophied hearts are known to be vulnerable to ischemia. EGCG or GTE administration not only inhibited cardiac hypertrophy but also enhanced cardiac function during ischemia reperfusion injury. These results suggest that EGCG prevent the development of cardiac hypertrophy due to volume overload and may be a useful therapeutic modality to suppress cardiac hypertrophy in patients.

      • Co-Pyrolysis Characteristics of Biomass and Coal under Different Mixing Modes

        Biomass and coal co-pyrolysis is one of most important reactions in the co-combustion and co-gasification of them. In order to study the interaction of biomass and coal in the co-pyrolysis process, thermo gravimetric experiments of them under different mixing modes were make. The mixed modes of biomass and coal include uniformly mix and stratified layout (coal in the upper) and stratified layout (biomass in the upper). The experimental results show that: the temperature of co-pyrolysis is lower than that of coal pyroly sis separately; the co-pyrolysis reaction velocity would be accelerated or debased, that depends on the biomass components and the mixing modes; the co-pyrolysis reaction velocity of coal and sawdust would be accelerated under the condition of uniformly mix; the others would be debased. The experimental results show also that: the reaction velocities of biomasses and coal co-pyrolysis always are less than those of separately pyrolysis. This study provides the important reference and theoretical basis for biomass and coal co-combustion and co-gasification.

        關於漢語中性指示詞“恁”的研究

        This paper studies the modern Chinese demonstrative pronoun "Nen" from three aspects. First of all, on the origin of "Nen", this paper summarizes two kinds of etymologies in the academic circle, namely "Ning, Neng" origin theory which starts from the head consonant letter of "Nen", and another one which starts from the ending “-m” of "nen". Based on these two etymologies, this paper holds that the original origin of "Nen" is "Er" and it is a dialect word influenced by the southern language. Secondly, this paper focuses on the use of "Nen" alone and collates the syntactic functions of the commonly used "Nen" prefixes "Nen Me" and "Nen De". It is concluded that "Nen" can be used as attributive before noun and noun group, adverbial before adjective and verb, also can be used as predicate and object, and also explained the reason why "Nen" is seldom used as subject. Finally, this paper analyzes the phenomenon that "Nen" indicates the uncertainty of distance, and thinks that "Nen" should not be regarded as a neutral demonstractive, but has the function of indicating first, and the distance semantics is based on the specific context and adds the neutral indicator. At the end of the paper, this paper points out that the case that the pronoun "Na" means the near distance and the pronoun "Zhe" means the far distance which is concluded that the deixis "Nen" has a high degree of separation from distance semantics.

        Epigallocatechin-3 gallate prevents cardiac hypertrophyinduced by pressure overload in rats

        Pressure overload diseases, such as valvular stenosis and systemic hypertension, manifest morphologically in patients as cardiac concentric hypertrophy. Prevention of cardiac remodeling due to increased pressure overload is important to reduce morbidity and mortality. Epigallocatechin-3 gallate (EGCG) is a major bioactive polyphenol present in green tea which has been found to be a nitric oxide-mediated vasorelaxant and to be cardioprotective in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Therefore, we investigated whether EGCG supplementation could reduce in vivo pressure overloadmediated cardiac hypertrophy. Cardiac hypertrophy was induced by suprarenal transverse abdominal aortic constriction (AC) in rats. Three weeks after AC surgery, heart to body weight ratio increased in the AC group by 34% compared to the sham group. EGCG administration suppressed the load-induced increase in heart weight by 69%. Attenuation of cardiac hypertrophy by EGCG was associated with attenuation of the increase in myocyte cell size and fibrosis induced by aortic constriction. Despite abolition of hypertrophy by EGCG, transstenotic pressure gradients did not change. Echocardiogram revealed that increased left ventricular systolic dimensions and deteriorated systolic function were relieved by EGCG. These results suggest that EGCG prevents the development of left ventricular concentric hypertrophy by pressure overload and may be a useful therapeutic modality to prevent cardiac remodeling in patients with pressure overload myocardial diseases.
