With the development of the automotive industry, the number of automotive electronic components is growing rapidly. This leads to new requirements for reliability of the automotive electronics. Especially, for difficult operating environments, such as engine compartment of the car, extreme thermal cycles, and long holding time, where prediction of the fatigue life of the component is particularly important. In this study, thermal fatigue life prediction models for two packages are proposed: TSOP over BGA, and flip chip with BGA. The overall deformation of the two packages was analyzed using Moiré fringes, and was found to be consistent with simulation results. The reliability of the model was verified by comparing thermal shock results and simulation results. Then, the fatigue life of the component under thermal cycles was predicted using the model. The overall component life of the BGA with flip chip package was 818 cycles. For TSOP over BGA this was 1005 cycles, but the shortest life of the BGA was 725 cycles, which may result in the failure of the entire component. The fatigue life prediction using different models is helpful to assess and optimize components at the early stage of product development.
High-throughput data on circular RNA reveal novel insights into chronic glomerulonephritis

Background Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a unique novel type of RNA, have been widely reported to be involved in physiologic and pathologic processes in humans. However, the exact molecular pathogenesis of circRNAs in chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is far from clear. Objective This paper aims to evaluate the specific expression profile of circRNAs in renal cortex tissues from Adriamycin-induced CGN rats. Methods CircRNAs were screened in renal cortex tissues from 3 CGN rats and 3 control rats by using high-throughput sequencing (HTS). Then, 4 circRNAs were selected randomly for verification by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). In addition, the differentially expressed (DE) circRNAs were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Results In total, 31 significantly DE circRNAs were identified, which revealed their potential roles in CGN; in particular, we found that 4 confirmed altered circRNAs (rno-circ-RNAs 689, 3217, 1327, and 5001) might play important roles in the development of CGN. Conclusion This study reveals a cluster of circRNAs that are DE in Adriamycin-induced CGN rats, which brings us closer to understanding the pathogenic mechanisms and may provide new potential targets for clinical treatment.

With the increasing need for environmental protection, it is particularly important to improve the energy saving and reliability of refrigerators. Generally, the cold air flowing into the freezer compartment transits to the bottom of the refrigerating compartment, which can lead to uneven temperature distribution. This paper proposes two design solutions for improving the temperature distribution problem. Of these, the optimal refrigeration design was selected and tested using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling and simulation. The results showed improved uniformity of the temperature distribution inside the refrigerator, thus benefitting food storage while reducing energy consumption.

In recent years, the optical fiber laser has been widely used in industrial fields due to its excellent economical efficiency and its suitability for industrial applications. This usage has increased even further since the KW class Laser was developed. In this paper, structural analysis and heat transfer analysis of a 500W class optical fiber laser end cap module was performed. The stability of end cap housing with the efficient heat dissipation structure of a 500W-class end cap was evaluated. This research determined the optimal design that should be applied to the design and evaluation of future KW class laser output modules.

Due to the special structure of the car seat, the heating and cooling module must be installed in a limited area resulting in difficulty in regards to achieving optimal cooling and heating efficiency. In order to solve these problems, this paper establishes a new structure for heating and cooling modules, verifies the structural feasibility of the thermoelectric module for cooling and heating the seat through fluid simulations, and verifies the proper design of the mechanical components of the thermoelectric module.

The Thermoelectric Module is a new type of artificial refrigeration technology development on the basis of the discovery in 1834 of Peltier effect. The use of Thermoelectric Module is used as a heat pump has the advantages of no pollution, small size, no noise and other characteristics in line with environmental protection requirements, low power consumption has been widely used in many industries. Thermoelectric Module production from material to product assembly process has certain reference now, but with the application of Thermoelectric Module is more and more widely than before, people`s requirement on the efficiency of Thermoelectric Module and reliability becomes higher. people pay more deep research on the Thermoelectric Module. At present, the research for efficiency of Thermoelectric Module on the international is mainly concentrated in the material. However, the research of materials has certain limit, the research of materials had reached a bottleneck. NAUT (Non-contact Air coupled Ultrasonic Testing) is an inspection technique to remedy the existing contact inspection by supplementing energy loss created by differences of acoustic impedance between the solid and the air with high power ultrasonic Pulser Receiver, PRE-AMP, and high sensitivity probe, and enabling the ultrasonic inspection which uses the air as a medium. As explained above, in this thesis will show you how to use the NAUT to check out the defects inside. According to the scanning picture to judge the position and the size of defects inside. Above all, solved the problem of the detection of joint situation, and this method could give some help to improve the performance of Thermoelectric Module.
CircCEP85 upregulates IGF1 expression to promote breast cancer progression via sponging miR‑1193

Background: Increasing evidence has suggested that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play critical roles in breast cancer (BC) progression. However, the expression level and potential functional role of circRNA centrosomal protein 85 (circ- CEP85) in BC remains largely unknown. Here, we aimed to explore the role of circCEP85 in BC. Methods: The levels of circCEP85, insuline-like growth factor I (IGF1) mRNA and microRNA-1193 (miR-1193) were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The protein level was measured by Western blot. Cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis, angiogenesis and stemness were assessed by cell counting kit-8, 5-ethynyl- 2’-deoxyuridine assay, transwell assay, flow cytometry, tube formation and sphere formation assays. Xenograft mouse models were conducted to evaluate the effect of circCEP85 in BC in vivo. Moreover, dual-luciferase reporter, RNA pulldown, and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays were preformed to confirm the interaction between miR-1193 and circCEP85 or IGF1. Results: CircCEP85 was upregulated in BC tissues and cells. Silencing of circCEP85 inhibited proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis and stemness, but promoted apoptosis in BC cells in vitro. In addition, circCEP85 silencing inhibited tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circCEP85 elevated IGF1 expression via sponging miR-1193 to promote breast cancer progression. Conclusion: The circCEP85-miR-1193-IGF1 axis regulated BC progression via the competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) mechanism. CircCEP85 might be a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for BC.

HMGN5 is a typical member of the HMGN (high mobility group nucleosome-binding protein) family which may function as a nucleosomal binding and transcriptional activating protein. Overexpression of HMGN5 has been observed in several human tumors but its role in tumorigenesis has not been fully clarified. To investigate its significance for human lung cancer progression, we successfully constructed a shRNA expression lentiviral vector in which sense and antisense sequences targeting the human HMGN5 were linked with a 9-nucleotide loop. Inhibitory effects of siRNA on endogenous HMGN5 gene expression and protein synthesis were demonstrated via real-time RT-PCR and western blotting. We found HMGN5 silencing to significantly inhibit A549 and H1299 cell proliferation assessed by MTT, BrdU incorporation and colony formation assays. Furthermore, flow cytometry analysis showed that specific knockdown of HMGN5 slowed down the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase and decreased the populations of A549 and H1299 cells at the S and G2/M phases. Taken together, these results suggest that HMGN5 is directly involved in regulation cell proliferation in A549 and H1299 cells by influencing signaling pathways involved in cell cycle progression. Thus, our finding suggests that targeting HMGN5 may be an effective strategy for human lung cancer treatment.

Two new biflavonoids, 3'-hydroxyamentoflavone-7-O-methyl ether (1) and 3'-hydroxyamentoflavone (2), were isolated from the fruits of Aristolochia contorta Bge. Their structures were elucidated by HR-ESI-MS, 1D-, and 2D-NMR spectroscopy.
