SOME WEAK HYPONORMAL CLASSES OF WEIGHTED COMPOSITION OPERATORS
Jabbarzadeh, Mohammad R.,Azimi, Mohammad R. Korean Mathematical Society 2010 대한수학회보 Vol.47 No.4
In this note, we discuss measure theoretic characterizations for weighted composition operators in some operator classes on $L^2(\cal{F})$ such as, p-quasihyponormal, p-paranormal, p-hyponormal and weakly hyponormal. Some examples are then presented to illustrate that weighted composition operators lie between these classes.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Regenerative engineering approaches utilizing biomimetic synthetic scaffolds provide alternative strategies to repair and restore damaged bone. The efficacy of the scaffolds for functional bone regeneration critically depends on their ability to induce and support vascular infiltration. In the present study, three‐dimensional (3D) biomimetic poly(lactide‐<I>co</I>‐glycolide) (PLAGA) sintered microsphere scaffolds were developed by sintering together PLAGA microspheres followed by nucleation of minerals in a simulated body fluid. Further, the angiogenic potential of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)‐incorporated mineralized PLAGA scaffolds were examined by monitoring the growth and phenotypic expression of endothelial cells on scaffolds. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs confirmed the growth of bone‐like mineral layers on the surface of microspheres. The mineralized PLAGA scaffolds possessed interconnectivity and a compressive modulus of 402 ± 61 MPa and compressive strength of 14.6 ± 2.9 MPa. Mineralized scaffolds supported the attachment and growth and normal phenotypic expression of endothelial cells. Further, precipitation of apatite layer on PLAGA scaffolds resulted in an enhanced VEGF adsorption and prolonged release compared to nonmineralized PLAGA and, thus, a significant increase in endothelial cell proliferation. Together, these results demonstrated the potential of VEGF‐incorporated biomimetic PLAGA sintered microsphere scaffolds for bone tissue engineering as they possess the combined effects of osteointegrativity and angiogenesis. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. WEIGHTED COMPOSITION OPERATORS BETWEEN LP-SPACES
JABBARZADEH, M.R. Korean Mathematical Society 2005 대한수학회보 Vol.42 No.2
In this paper we will consider the weighted composition operator $W=uC_{\varphi}$ between two different $L^p(X,\;\Sigma,\;\mu)$ spaces, generated by measurable and non-singular transformations $\varphi$ from X into itself and measurable functions u on X. We characterize the functions u and transformations $\varphi$ that induce weighted composition operators between $L^p-spaces$ by using some properties of conditional expectation operator, pair $(u,\;\varphi)$ and the measure space $(X,\;\Sigma,\;\mu)$. Also, Fredholmness of these type operators will be investigated.
Phylogenetic Relationships among Seven Old Rose Species Grown in Iran Revealed by ISSR Markers
Zohreh Jabbarzadeh,Morteza Khosh-Khui,Hassan Salehi,Adel Saberivand 한국원예학회 2010 Horticulture, Environment, and Biotechnology Vol.51 No.3
Roses are among the most economically important ornamental crops. Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers were used to study phylogenetic relationships among 7 rose species. Among 9 ISSR primers, 6 primers showed acceptable polymorphism and amplified 66 bands of which 50 were polymorphic. Banding patterns were transformed into binary data of presence-absence and matrices were processed using NTSYS pc 2.02 software program. The dendrogram was constructed using Jaccard coefficient and UPGMA algorithm. The 7 rose species were classified into 3 major groups with within-group similarity values of >0.58. Group 1 included R. banksiae; group 2, R. canina, R. chinensis, R. damascena, R. moschata and R. hybrida; and group 3, R. foetida. None of the species used in this study clustered within group 1, indicating that there is no direct relationship between these species. The species that were placed with R. hybrida in group 2 are the ancestors of R. hybrida and because of other species except these four species have contributed to the gene pool of modern garden roses, 59% similarity between these roses in this study was expected. In this phylogenetic tree R. foetida clusters in the lower part of the tree showed 49% similarity with group 2.

A note on weighted composition operators on measurable functionspaces
M. R. Jabbarzadeh 대한수학회 2004 대한수학회지 Vol.41 No.1
In this paper we will consider the weighted composition operators W = uCτ between Lp(X,Σ, µ) spaces and Orlicz spaces Lϕ(X,Σ, µ), generated by measurable and non-singular transformations τ from X into itself and measurable functions u on X. We characterize the functions u and transformations τ that induce weighted composition operators between Lp-spaces by using some properties of conditional expectation operator, pair (u, τ) and the measure space (X,Σ, µ). Also, some other properties of these types of operators will be investigated.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the proliferation ability of M26 apple rootstock on the MS medium supplemented with various concentrations of crab chitosan, gibberellic acid (GA3), and N6-benzyladenine (BA). Combination of 120 mg·L-1 chitosan and 0.5 mg·L-1 BA in the absence of GA3 was most suitable for the proliferation after 12 weeks. Without chitosan, total number of shoots increased by increasing BA concentration, but the shoots led to rosette and dense growth, developing tiny yellowish leaves with soft and watery tissues. Shoots taller than 3 cm were obtained by 0.1 or 0.3 mg·L-1 GA3 in combination with 120 mg·L-1 chitosan, but leaves were small with yellowish green color. These results indicated that chitosan can be used as a growth stimulator in combination with a minor amount of plant growth regulators to improve the proliferation rate of in vitro cultured M26 apple rootstock.

A 1D-coordination polymer of $1D-\{Cu({\mu}-picolinato)_2\}$ $\{Hakimi,\;2012\;\sharp73\}_n$ (1), was prepared by the reactions between 2-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)oxazolidin-3-yl)ethanol (AEPC) ligand and $CuCl_2$ or $CuBr_2$. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, FT-IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray analysis results revealed that the AEPC ligand, after reactions with the copper(II) chloride or bromide, gives the same product - $1D-\{Cu({\mu}-picolinato)_2\}_n$ (1). The coordination modes for various picolinate-based ligands were extracted from the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD). In the crystal structure of 1, the copper atom has a $CuN_2O_4$ environment and octahedral geometry, which is distorted by elongation of the axial bond lengths due to the Jahn-Teller effect.
