The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise's satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security's online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province's Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province's Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.

Comprehensive bans on tobacco advertising and promotion were introduced through tobacco control legislation in Viet Nam, but it has been established that violations of the bans are very common. This study was conducted to explore the trend in violations of bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale in Viet Nam in the past six years and to explore any differences in the violation situations before and after the Law on Tobacco Control came into effect on 1st May 2013. Quantitative data were collected through observation of violations of the bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale in 10 provinces throughout Viet Nam in four survey rounds (2009, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Variation in violation prevalence over time was examined by chi-square test using a Bonferini method. Binary logistic regression was employed to identify the factors that may have influences on different types of violation. A level of significance of p<0.05 was used for all tests in this article. The most common form of violation was the display of more than one pack/one carton of a cigarette brand. Violation of bans on tobacco advertising increased while violations on promotion ban and on displaying tobacco decreased through time. Some factors associated with the tobacco advertising and promotion bans included surveyed years, types of points of sale, regions and areas where the points of sale were located. The enforcement of the bans did not improve even after the issuance and the enactment of the Law on Tobacco Control. This suggests that the monitoring and enforcement of bans on tobacco advertising and promotion at points of sale should be strengthened. Penalties should be strictly applied for violators as indicated in the current tobacco control legislation.

For each country, the growth of the country is significantly associated with the growth of the manufacturing industry. Especially in the early stages of development, the manufacturing industry has greatly played a great role in creating great added value for society and economic development in that country. Starting from a country with a weak manufacturing background, Vietnam is gradually opening up and integrating into the global economy, which has brought many opportunities for manufacturing enterprises in particular and the enterprise community in general, making Vietnam one of the countries with large production activities in Southeast Asia and Asia. The study evaluates the factors affecting the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises through a case study in Hanoi, Vietnam. Using a survey sample of 235 enterprises operating in production and using quantitative analysis methods, the research results show that: Enterprises with high governance quality are enterprises with high economic efficiency or enterprises with low management capacity have low business efficiency. Moreover, large-scale enterprises often have many advantages in seeking profits and improving business efficiency. Finally, the study has some recommendations to improve corporate governance and growth, create a stronger business community and contribute more to Vietnam's economic development.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of several factors on students’ decisions to attend a public institution in Vietnam’s North Central area. The enrollment issue toward regional institutions is particularly critical in the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training reforming the university enrollment process and the complicated scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 500 students were surveyed for research samples. Data is synthesized, validated, cleaned, and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software using methods including reliability, EFA, CFA, and SEM. The findings suggest that the proposed independent components (individual factors, study fees, advertisement, infrastructure and facilities, local features, and lastly, training activities) have a beneficial impact on students’ decision to attend a public university in the North Central region. The study also found that the graduation exam outcome had a moderating effect on the relationship between registration and students’ decisions. These imply targeted solutions for regional public universities to diversify training majors, improve training quality, capitalize on local advantages, increase interaction, and promote training programs and image to be more effective in attracting students and maintaining competition in the current enrollment environment.

<P>In this paper, we have investigated the critical properties in the vicinity of the ferromagnetic (FM)–paramagnetic (PM) phase transition in a polycrystalline sample of La0.75Ca0.2Ag0.05MnO3, which was prepared by a solid-state reaction method. Temperature dependence of the inverse of the susceptibility <TEX>$\chi ^{-1}$</TEX> ( <TEX>$T$</TEX>) proves an existence of the Griffiths phase well above Curie temperature ( <TEX>$T_{C} = 230$</TEX> K). Detailed analyses of the isothermal magnetization <TEX>$M$</TEX>( <TEX>$H$</TEX>, <TEX>$T$</TEX>) data reveal the sample exhibiting a second-order magnetic phase transition, and its temperature dependences of the saturation magnetization and the initial susceptibility obey the asymptotic relations. Using the modified Arrott plots method, the Kouvel–Fisher method, and the critical isotherm analysis, the critical parameters ( <TEX>$\beta$</TEX>, <TEX>$\gamma$</TEX>, <TEX>$\delta$</TEX>, and <TEX>$T_{C}$</TEX>) of La0.75Ca0.2Ag0.05MnO3 compound have been estimated. Using these critical exponent values, almost <TEX>$M$</TEX>( <TEX>$H$</TEX>, <TEX>$T$</TEX>) data measured at different temperatures around FM–PM phase transition are collapsed onto two universal curves of <TEX>$M/\vert \varepsilon \vert ^{\boldsymbol {\beta }}$</TEX> versus <TEX>$H/\vert \varepsilon \vert ^{\boldsymbol {\beta }+\boldsymbol {\gamma }}$</TEX> corresponding to the regular functions for <TEX>$T > T_{C}$</TEX> and <TEX>$T < T_{C}$</TEX>, respectively.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, we present a detailed study on the magnetic properties and the magnetocaloric effect (MCE) of La1−xKxMnO3 compounds with <I>x</I>=0.05–0.2. Our results pointed out that the Curie temperature (<I>T</I> C) could be controlled easily from 213 to 306K by increasing K-doping concentration (<I>x</I>) from 0.05 to 0.2. In the paramagnetic region, the inverse of the susceptibility can be analyzed by using the Curie-Weiss law, <I>χ</I>(<I>T</I>)=<I>C</I>/(<I>T</I>−<I>θ</I>). The results have proved an existence of ferromagnetic clusters at temperatures above <I>T</I> C. Based on Banerjee's criteria, we also pointed out that the samples are the second-order phase transition materials. Their magnetic entropy change was calculated by using the Maxwell relation and a phenomenological model. Interestingly, the samples with <I>x</I>=0.1–0.2 exhibit a large MCE in a range of 282–306K, which are suitable for room-temperature magnetic refrigeration applications. The composites obtained from single phase samples (<I>x</I>=0.1–0.2) exhibit the high relative cooling power values in a wide temperature range. From the viewpoint of the refrigerant capacity, the composites formed out of La1−xKxMnO3 will become more useful for magnetic refrigeration applications around room-temperature.</P>

The aim of this paper is to report the rate of current and ever cigarette smoking and explore correlates of current cigarette smoking among adolescents aged 13-15 in Viet Nam. This analysis was derived from GYTS survey, which comprised of 3,430 adolescents aged 13-15, conducted in 2014 in 13 cities and provinces of Viet Nam. We calculated the weighted rates of current and ever cigarette smoking and reported patterns of smoking behavior. We also performed logistic regression to explore correlates of current cigarette smoking behavior. The weighted rate of ever cigarette smoking was 9.5% (95% confidence interval (CI): 8.5 %-10.5%), in which the weighted rate among males (15.4%; 95% CI: 13.6%-17.0%) was higher than that among females (4.2%; 95% CI: 3.3%-5.1%). The weighted rate of current cigarette smoking was relatively low at 2.5% (95%CI: 2.0%-3.0%) with higher weighted rate among males (4.9%; 95% CI: 3.8%-5.9%) compared to the corresponding figure among females (0.2%; 95% CI: 0.0 %-0.5%). Current cigarette smoking was significantly higher among males than females, in students aged 15 versus 13 years old, and in students who had several or all close friends smoking and students with daily observation of smoking at school. For greater smoking reduction outcomes, we recommend that tobacco interventions for adolescents should consider targeting more male students at older ages, establish stricter adherence to school-based banning of cigarette smoking, engage both smoking and nonsmoking adolescents and empower adolescents to resist peer smoking influence as well as changing their norms or beliefs towards smoking benefits.
