이 연구에서는 SIT법을 적용하는 과정에서 Fourier 變煥에 의해 발생되는 alising오차를 분석하고 이 오차를 최소화하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법을 이용하여 導體스트립에 波가 入射될 때 SIT를 利用하여 入射角의 變化에 따른 電流分布를 計算한다. 전류분포의 계산 결과의 정확도를 높이기 위해 끝내기 條件式과 收斂 條件式을 提示한다. In this paper, we analysis the alising error by the Fourier transform in the spectral iteration technique and present the method to reduce the error. Current distibutions on the strip as function of incident angle of waves by this method with SIT. To improve the accuracy of the computation, we suggest the formulae of the condition and iteration stop condition.

This paper deals with designing the mobile station power amplifier of IMT-2000 using analog predistortion method. The power amplifler made up of 3-stage class-AB amplifiers in cascade. By choosing the final stage as the balanced structure, the output linearity is enhanced. The balanced structure of amplifier is composed of the Wilkinson power divider and combiner. Therefore, to compensate for the linearity of the power amplifier, pre-distorter circuit is inserted in front of 3-stage amplifier. The pre-distorter is implemented using parallel Schotty diode. The optimized linear power amplifier is composed of these pre-distorter and 3-stage power amplifier.

β-Agarase cleaves the β-1,4 linkages of agar to produce neoagarooligosaccharides (NAO), which are associated with various physiological functions. However, the immunological functions of NAO are still unclear. In this study, we demonstrated that β-agarase DagA-produced neoagarohexaose (DP6), an NAO product, promoted the maturation of dendritic cells (DCs) by Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). DP6 directly and indirectly enhanced the activation of natural killer (NK) cells in a TLR4-dependent manner in vitro and in vivo. Finally, the antitumor activity of DP6 against B16F1 melanoma cells was inhibited in NK cell-depletion systems by using NK-cell depleting antibodies in vivo. Collectively, the results indicated that DP6 augments antitumor immunity against B16F1 melanoma cells via the activation of DC-mediated NK cells in a TLR4-dependent manner. Thus, DP6 is a potential candidate adjuvant that acts as an immune cell modulator for the treatment of melanoma. [BMB Reports 2017; 50(5): 263-268]
Effects of Persimmon-vinegar on Lipid and Carnitine Profiles in Mice

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of persimmon-vinegar supplementation on blood lipid profiles, carnitine concentrations, and hepatic mRNA levels of enzymes involved in fatty acid metabolism. Thirty-two C57BL/6J male mice were divided into 4 groups; control group (HD), industrial vinegar group (HDV), and persimmon-vinegar groups (HD-PV1, HD-PV2). Serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) concentrations significantly decreased in all vinegar-administered groups compared with the HD group. The hepatic TG and TC concentrations of persimmon-vinegar administered groups were significantly lower compared with the HD group. Liver acid insoluble acylcarnitine (AIAC) was significantly higher in the HD-PV2 than in HD and HD-V groups. The acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) mRNA level tended to lower in all the vinegar administered groups compared with the HD group. These results suggest that the persimmon-vinegar has anti-obesity properties.
Effects of electroacupuncture on oxaliplatin-induced neuropathic cold hypersensitivity in rats

This study investigated whether and how electroacupuncture (EA) attenuates cold hypersensitivity (allodynia) in a rat model of oxaliplatin-induced neuropathic pain. Cold allodynia [evaluated by immersing the tail into cold water (4 A degrees C) and measuring the withdrawal latency] was induced 3 days after an oxaliplatin administration (6 mg/kg, i.p.). EA stimulation (2/100 Hz, 0.3-ms pulse duration, 0.2-0.3 mA) was delivered to ST36 acupoint or non-acupoint for 20 min. Low-frequency (2 Hz) EA at ST36 relieved cold allodynia more effectively than high-frequency EA at ST36 or low-frequency EA at non-acupoint. Naloxone (opioid antagonist, 2 mg/kg, i.p.) completely blocked such EA-induced anti-allodynia, whereas phentolamine (alpha-adrenergic antagonist, 2 mg/kg, i.p.) did not. Moreover, plasma beta-endorphin levels significantly increased right after the end of EA and subsequently decreased. These results indicate that low-frequency EA at ST36 in rats has a marked relieving effect on oxaliplatin-induced cold allodynia that is mediated by the endogenous opioid, but not noradrenergic, system.
