The stabilized energy of trans-dichiorocobalt(Ⅲ) Complexes with N,N' -bis-[2(S)-pyrrolidinylmethyl]ethane-1,2-diamine (SS-epm) was determined by molecular mechanics (MM) method. In the trans-dichlorocobalt(Ⅲ) Complexes the following list of possible geometrical isomers can be written:trans (SRRS, SRSS. SSSS). The conformation of SS-epm in trans complex is composed to δ λ δ (SRRS ) couple for each five membered chelate ring. It's a stablest isomer as the value of total strain energy(U ) of trans (SRRS ) isomers was 54.66 kcal/mol.

This study aimed to analize possible ways of North Korea´s economic reform and liberalization and to present the best one in terms of speed, direction and cost, assuming both of North and South Koreas are not involved in the ideological problems. The results vary with scenarioes of unification. The expenditures for the unification by our government and enterprises are estimated at 4.5 - 9 biliions dollars per annum on the average for the first 10 years, but it gains considerably in case of massive flow of North Koreas labor to the South. Therefore the desirable economic way of unification is to guide the unification process gradually while accommodating the reciprocal complementary relationship between the two Koreans. In order to accomplishing this, firstly, the government can take some short run measures which are not counter to the north Korea´s efforts to maintain their ideology. Secondly it is preferred to lead the economic contacts with the north Korea through non-government organizations, Thirdly the money needed for the unification should not counted as a loss or cost but recognized as the investment for strenthening the infra-structure of the united Korea. Lastly, economic interchange and economic cooperation between the two Koreas should be directed ultimately toward the unification of the Korean people on the basis of profitability and efficiency.

The ligand exchange reaction of trans-[Co(SS-epm)Cl₂]₂(CoCl₄) (SS-epm-N, N'-bis-[2(S)-pyrrolidinylmethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine) and (S)-1,2-diaminopropane (S-pn) produces the complex that is identified as [Co(N)_6]^(3+) type of Δ-β[Co(S-pn)(SS-epm)]^(3+) by UV/Vis and CD absorption spectra. In the complex cation, the conformations of the three five-membered chelatc ring in inplane re (δ λ δ). while the absolute configurations of the four asymmeric nitrogen atom are SRRS. The stabilized energy of cobalt(Ⅲ) complexes with SS-epm and S-pn was determined by molecular mechanics (MM) method. It's a stablest isomer as the value of total strain energy(U) of Δ-β-(SRRS) isomers was 51.21 kcal/mol.
아미노포스핀류(L)와 β-케톤류를 포함하는 팔라듐(Ⅱ)착물,[Pd(L)(β-kenonate)]의 합성과 성질

Several new Palladium(Ⅱ) complexes, [Pd(L)(β-kenonate)] {L: L1=(Ph₂PNHCH₂CH(CH₃)NHPPh₂, L2=Ph₂PNHC?H₄NHPPh₂, β-kenonate= acac, etac} were synthesized. The bond character of complexes have been investigated by ir, UV/Visspectroscopy. The trihapto coordination to palladium(Ⅱ) of the β-ketonate in these complexes were deduced mainly by ir and conductometry.
Equaatiorial-Skew [Co(TRDTRA)(OH₂)] 착물과 CN, NO₂그리고 NCS 이온간의 치환반응

Equatorial-Skew형[Co(TRDTRA)(OH₂)]착물과 ??,?? 그리고 ?? 이온 간의 치환반응결과 생성된 차물의 치환반응성 및 구조를 전자흡수 스펙트럼과 Yamatera 이론에 따라 조사하였다. 속도론적 자료로부터 착물과 ??,?? 그리고 ?? 이온의 반응차수는 각각 1차이며 총괄 반응차수는 2차임을 알 수 있었다. ?? 및 ?? 이온에서 생성된 착물의 구조는 이성질화 반응이 동반된 Polar-Chair 형이며, ?? 이온의 경우에는 이성질화 반응이 동반되지 않은 Equatorial-Skew 형임을 알 수 있었다. The substitution reaction and structrue of products obtained from the reaction of Equatorial-Skew-[Co(TRDTRA)(OH??)](TRDTRA=trimethylenediaminetriacetate) with ??,??, and NCS ions have been investigated by means of electronic absorption spectroscopy and theoretical calculation based on the Yamatera`s theory. According to kinetic data, the substitution reaction order for the complexes such as ??,?? and ?? was the first order, respectively, and overall reaction order was second order. It has been determined that the structure of products having ?? and ?? ions was Polar-Chair type complexes which were accompanying with isomerization and having ?? ion was Equatorial-Skew type complex which was not accompanying with isomerization.

This study investigated the association between PM2.5 concentrations obtained with portable real-time monitors and those obtained with gravimetric methods in national urban air-quality monitoring sites in Seoul, South Korea. We used the SidePak AM510 Personal Aerosol Monitor (TSI Inc., 500 Cardigan Road Shoreview, MN) and DustTrak DRX 8533 (TSI Inc., 500 Cardigan Road Shoreview, MN) as portable real-time monitors for measuring PM2.5 concentrations and compared these values with those measured with the PMS-103 or SEQ 47/50 models operated by Federal Reference Method (FRM) or the European Committee for Standardization(ECS), respectively, in national urban air-quality monitoring sites in Seoul. Measurements were conducted every other day in the winter and spring seasons of 2014. The estimated daily mean concentrations of PM2.5 ranged between 13.4 and 161.9 μg/m3 using AM 510 and between 22.0 and 156.0 μg/m3 using DustTrak. The Spearman correlation coefficient for PM2.5 concentrations between AM 510 and gravimetric results was 0.99, and the correlation between DustTrak and gravimetric results was 0.87. The correction factor suggested was 0.42 and 0.29 for AM 510 and DustTrak, respectively. We found that PM2.5 concentrations measured with real-time monitors could overestimate true PM2.5 concentrations and therefore the application of a correction factor (0.43) is strongly suggested for quantification when Real-time monitors were operated of PM2.5 levels at urban atmospheric environment of South Korea.

동북아 개도국의 수출지향형 경제성장전략은 선진국의 신보호무역주의와 지역경제블럭의 부상으로 위협받고 있다. 특히 80년대 후반 이후 선진국은 동북아 개도국의 주요 수출상품에 대해 선진국의 수출상품보다 높은 관세 및 비관세장벽을 구축하고 있어 동부강 개도국의 공산품 수출증가는 어려움에 직면해 있다. 그 이유는 개도국과 선진국의 공산품 무역구조가 산업내 무역(intra-industry trade)구조가 아니라 산업간 무역(inter-industry trade)구조를 갖고 있어 개도국의 공산품 수출증가는 선진국의 고용문제에 어려움을 주기 때문이다. 따라서 동북아 개도국 제품의 대선진국 진출에 어려움이 가중될 것으로 기대되어 새로운 수출전략이 요구된다. 본연구는 동북아 개도국의 1차산품이 아닌 부가가치가 높은 공산품 수출증가가 경제성장의 원동력이었음을 밝히고, 80년대 말 이후 선진국의 보호무역주의 강화로 선진국시장으로의 수출증대가 어려워지고 있으므로 동북아 개도국의 지속적인 수출증대를 위해 두가지 대안을 제시한다. 첫째, 시장경제제도의 도입으로 경제의 비교우위가 가능하게 되고 있는 구사회주의 경제권과의 공산품 교역확대하고 둘째, 동북아 개도국간의 공산품 교역(intra-developing countries trade)을 확대하는 것이다. 특히 동북아 개도국간의 상품교역을 증대하기 위해 동북아 관세동맹 등 지역간 경제협력을 강화하고 지역내불균형을 해결하기 위해 지역결제은행의 설립이 요구된다.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus CBT-LR5 Improves Lipid Metabolism by Enhancing Vitamin Absorption

Probiotics provide a symbiotic relationship and beneficial effects by balancing the human intestinal microbiota. The relationships between microbiota changes and various diseases may predict health abnormalities and diseases. Treatment with vitamins and probiotics is one therapeutic approach. To evaluate the effect of probiotics on vitamin absorption, we chose Lactobacillus rhamnosus CBT-LR5 treatment, which has resistance to vitamin C-inducible toxicity, with vitamins in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity models. CBT-LR5 affected the absorption of micronutrients, such as ionic minerals and water-soluble vitamins. An increase in vitamin C absorption by CBT-LR5 enhanced the antioxidant response in HFD-induced obesity models. Increased vitamin B absorption by CBT-LR5 regulated lipid metabolism in HFD-induced obesity models. These favorable effects of CBT-LR5 on the absorption of vitamins should be investigated as candidate therapeutic target treatments for metabolic diseases.

The stereoselective ligand exchange reaction of trans[Co(SS- epm)Cl₂]+ and racemic propane-1,2-diamine (rac-pn) produces the complex that is identified as [CO(N)??]³+ type of [Co(SS-epm)(pn)]³+ by abso게tion spectrum. It is conceivable that the reaction mechanism involves substitution and isomerization. The calculated and experimentally determined ratios of the complexed enantiomeric substrates at equilibrium were as follows: [Co(SS-epm)(pn)]³+,calcd 32 % / 68 %, exptl 19 % / 81 % R-pn / S-pn. It has been shown that the employment of molecular mechanics calculations as a predictive tool may lead to the design of chiral complexes that may be applied to the separation of racemic mixtures of simple bidentate ligands.<br/>
