      • Tetoron-Hemp 混紡사의 糊付에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Tetoron-Hemp blended yarn sized by cornstarch and P.V.A. size The results are summarized as follows; 1) By using cornstarch size together with P.V.A. size, tensile strength and resistance to abrasion are increased. 2) When sample yarn is sized at the high temperature the effect of penetration is excellent. 3) By adding sodium sulphate, penetrating ability of size to sample yarn is increased. 4) The desizing activity is generally excellent in every sample yarns.

        Microcapsules(Mc) of cephalexin (CEPH), using Eudragit RS, RL, L, S and polyethylene glycol 1540, were evaluated biopharmaceutically. The area under the curve of CEPH-Eudragit RS/RL Mc administered orally once was larger than that of cephalexin powder twice every 6 hrs. Controlled-release effectiveness and the absorption rate effectiveness, two important parameters of Vallner's method, of CEPH-Eudragit RS/RL Mc indicate that these Mc can be good sustained-release preparations. And a simple pharmacokinetic model is introduced which allows the gastric emptying and intestinal-transit rates of a drug itself and a solid-state drug contained in Mc. Decreasing k, without change in k_α showed that the rate-limiting step of absorption moved from absorption step to release-step.

        家兎에 있어서 頭蓋內壓亢進이 Picrotoxin 痙攣에 미치는 영향

        After intravenous administration of picrotoxin, 4 steps of responses were observed, i. e. a) tremor and disturbance of righting reflex b) clonic convulsion c) tetanic convulsion and d) death. Picrotoxin (1㎎/㎏) elicited above responses 14.2 (a), 32.6 (b) and 38.8 (c) minutes after intravenous administration, exhibiting shortening of the duration with Increased doses. Jncreased intracranial pressure by intraventricular administration of saline or extradural balloon method facilitated picrotoxin convulsion. Phenobarbital and dilantin suppressed picrotoxin convulsion and facilitating effect of intracranial pressure on picrotoxin convulsion. Possible mechanism of the effect of increased intracranial pressure on picrotoxin convulsion was discussed.

        The Self-Controlled Screen which removed canal underwear garbage in order to prevent the damage of the arable land that increased by a typhoon and a concentration precipitation was developed. A method to remove garbage let communicate the force that a water mill was run by water pressure in the canal, and occurred in a water mill to Rake, and to have walked on a screen was adopted. As a result of was designed by structure calculation, and was made, and having installed in an experimental laboratory, operation was able to know that was become smoothly well. Afterwards, It is going to test for model development of a water mill to be able to more very generate an influence and force to reach to a canal.

        제진기의 레이크를 작동시켜 오물을 수거하는 메커니즘 형성에 가장 중요한 동력발생원인 수차는 농업용수로의 물관리 특성을 이용하기 위하여 물 속에서도 회전이 가능하도록 설계 · 제작하였다. 또한 수차의 수리실험결과, 수로 내 유속이 0.15m/s 이하의 경우에는 레이크에 집적된 오물 30kg을 수거하기가 곤란하다는 것을 규명하였고, 이에 따라 농업용 수로중 구배가 커서 수로 내 유속이 빠르거나 낙차공과 같이 유속을 증가시킬 수 있는 수리시설물 하류에 설치를 하면 오물제거에 매우 효율적인 동력을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알았다. 다음으로는 수차의 회전력을 증가시키기 위해 플라이 훨 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 수차는 중심축을 강재파이프로 하고 날개부분은 가벼운 재질로 하지만 여기서는 오물을 수거하는 수차의 회전토오크를 높이기 위하여 수차외경에는 무거운 재질을 사용하고, 수차중심축은 가벼운 재질의 파이프를 사용하여 같은 유속 하에서도 더 큰 회전토오크를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 유속에 따른 동력대체방법을 고안하여 다양한 수로의 유속에 대응할 수 있는 제진기의 개발검토가 필요하다. It found out flow speed condition that screen developed a reversal gate, rake and the incidental device several times and installed the screen in a farming and fishing villages researcher and can install screen in through a field test and repair experiment. Therefore, it is necessary installation by flow speed condition must examine the way how it is possible in usable screen for a mini canal, and to examine on substitute electric power use except flow speed.

        A Water Level gauge which composes a water supply system for water demand, information transmission system and the solar storehouse electromotive floodgate, regarding the structure plan and a production of the nothing power automatic floodgate it described. The important point must solve but urgently will compare the water amount used from system establishment place or not one. and It must give proof the efficient characteristic of system, must solve the technical problem portion against revision of the accuracy of upper downstream canal which is information transmission system of the Self-controlled check gate. The solar floodgate is more economic with the base which will reach and the system construction which is accurate.
