Due to synchronous rectification based on Phase-shift full bridge converter is difficult to work in a state of soft switch, to solve this problem, this paper sets out an control approach of synchronous rectification based on the ZVZCS phase-shifted full-bridge, and the drive signal of synchronous rectification side uses leading-leg drive waveform after a certain time delay and applies the resonant principle in the switching process, not only keeping full bridge ZVZCS soft switching but also realizing MOSFET of the synchronous rectification ZVS. The simulation of saber and experimental research show that the converter has a good performance.
Ontology-Based Cutting Tool Configuration Considering Carbon Emissions
Guanghui Zhou,Qi Lu,Zhongdong Xiao,Ce Zhou,Shengze Yuan,Chao Zhang 한국정밀공학회 2017 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.18 No.11
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of cutting tool configuration and reduce carbon emissions during manufacturing process, an ontology-based cutting tool configuration process considering carbon emissions is put forward in the paper. Firstly, the architecture of ontology-based cutting tool configuration is established and key functional modules are described. Secondly, ontology is applied to describe the complex knowledge of cutting tool configuration and the Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) is used to build inference rules to reason feasible cutting tool configuration schemes according to machining requirements. Thirdly, taking carbon emissions as the objective, an evaluation method based on the c-PBOM-T (carbon emissions-Process Bill of Material for cutting Tools) table is studied to decide an optimal cutting tool configuration scheme from the feasible ones in the previous step for part machining. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a vortex shell workpiece to demonstrate its feasibility. The results show that the proposed method can improve the cutting tool configuration and reduce carbon emissions effectively for the machining processes. The presented method provides a valuable insight into the intelligent cutting tool configuration to support low-carbon manufacturing.

The optimized variational modal decomposition (VMD) algorithm is widely used in the diagnosis of rolling bearing faults. However, the subjectivity of the optimization range can compromise the effect of fault feature extraction under strong background noise (SBN). To enhance the fault diagnosis accuracy of rolling bearings under SBN, an adaptive range selection for parameter optimization of the VMD algorithm was developed. The proposed algorithm utilizes a method based on peak spectral clustering and center frequency to determine the optimal range of mode number and penalty factor. An optimization process based on the weighted kurtosis spectrum L 2 /L 1 norm is then employed as the fitness function to obtain the optimal values of modes and penalty factor. Experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed method achieves a 20.02 % increase in fault diagnosis accuracy compared to the classical adaptive variational mode decomposition (AVMD) method.

We study the compact intertwining relations for composition operators, whose intertwining operators are Volterra type operators from the weighted Bergman spaces to the weighted Bloch spaces in the unit disk. As consequences, we find a new connection between the weighted Bergman spaces and little weighted Bloch spaces through this relations.

Multifunctional flexible conductive materials have attracted significant attention as next-generation portablewearable electronics. However, designing robust electronics fabrics with high-performance electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding and reliable use in all-weather environments remains a challenge. Herein, a practical and optimizedmethodology was provided to achieve surface metallization of insulating fabrics for conductive devices. The Ag seeds weresuccessfully embedded on the surface of viscose nonwovens as catalytic centers, and ammonia-free silver plating was carriedout at room temperature. Subsequently, the Ag-wrapped fabric was impregnated with 1-octadecanethiol so that the surface ofthe obtained fabric showed super-hydrophobicity and water contact angle can reach 152.3 °. The Ag/viscose exhibitsultrahigh conductivity (up to 538 S/cm) and the EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) reaches as high as 94.1 dB in the range of1-18 GHz. The obtained Ag/viscose possesses outstanding waterproof, strong mechanical durability, excellent Joule heatingeffect and antibacterial, which can be potentially applied for multifunctional wearable electronics and smart clothing.
SOME RELATIONS ON PARAMETRIC LINEAR EULER SUMS
Weiguo Lu,Ce Xu,Jianing Zhou Korean Mathematical Society 2023 대한수학회보 Vol.60 No.4
Recently, Alzer and Choi [2] introduced and studied a set of the four linear Euler sums with parameters. These sums are parametric extensions of Flajolet and Salvy's four kinds of linear Euler sums [9]. In this paper, by using the method of residue computations, we will establish two explicit combined formulas involving two parametric linear Euler sums S++p,q (a, b) and S+-p,q (a, b) defined by Alzer and Choi, which can be expressed in terms of a linear combinations of products of trigonometric functions, digamma functions and Hurwitz zeta functions.

Exopolysaccharides (EPSs) such as capsular polysaccharide (CPS) are important bioactive carbohydrate compounds and are often used as bioenrichment agents and bioabsorbers to remove environmental pollutants like di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP). Among the EPS-producing bacteria, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) have gained the most attention. As generally recognized as safe (GRAS) microorganisms, LAB can produce EPSs having many different structures and no health risks. However, EPS production by LAB does not meet the needs of large-scale application on an industrial scale. Here, the capA gene (encoding CPS biosynthesis protein) was overexpressed in Lactobacillus plantarum P1 to improve the production of EPSs and further enhance the DBP adsorption capability. Compared with P1, the CPS production in capA overexpressed strain was increased by 11.3 mg/l, and the EPS thickness was increased from 0.0786 ± 0.0224 μm in P1 to 0.1160 ± 0.0480 μm in P1-capA. These increases caused the DBP adsorption ratio of P1-capA to be doubled. Overall, the findings in this study provide a safe method for the adsorption and removal of DBP.
