Research on the Fusion Relationship between FMCG Packaging and Purchase Intention on Social Media Platforms

        Mao, Xuan Bo(모현보),Kim, Yong Gu(김용구),Hong, Chan Seok(홍찬석) 한국전시산업융합연구원 2021 한국과학예술융합학회 Vol.39 No.4

From the perspective of social media (self-media), this research analyzes the fusion relationship between different dimensions of FMCG packaging design and product purchase intention, and puts forward corresponding views and strategies at the theoretical and application levels. In the social media era, the right of information control, the right of choice, and the right of discourse gradually incline to the public, and the one-way information output in the field of United Media is transforming into the information interaction and multiple control of Focus Media. All brands are using a more flexible way to export brand culture and values. At this point, the field of product packaging is an important export. The role of product packaging has expanded from a static storage carrier to a modern circulation medium, and has become an important channel connecting brands and consumers. Excellent product packaging can not only stimulate consumers to purchase, but also, through the spontaneous sharing of consumers in social media, achieve propagation fission and maximize the promotion of brand communication. In previous studies, few studies have been conducted on product packaging factors and their influencing mechanisms with purchase intention from the perspective of brand communication, therefore further research is needed to enrich theoretical research in this field and optimize product packaging strategies. This paper analyzes and refines the obtained interview data, and obtains four dimensions of FMCG packaging: functionality, sensation, emotionality and topicality, and constructs the model of FMCG packaging’s influence mechanism on purchase intention. Relevant research hypotheses are put forward. Research has found that the functionality, sensation, emotionality, and topicality of FMCG packaging have a significant impact on purchase intention, and topicality has the greatest impact. Topic has become the primary factor influencing consumers’ FMCG purchase intention in the social media era. Combining the research conclusion of this paper with the status quo of enterprise marketing, this paper puts forward corresponding marketing suggestions for the packaging design of the FMCG industry.

Nanog signaling in cancer promotes stem-like phenotype and immune evasion.

        Noh, Kyung Hee,Kim, Bo Wook,Song, Kwon-Ho,Cho, Hanbyoul,Lee, Young-Ho,Kim, Jin Hee,Chung, Joon-Yong,Kim, Jae-Hoon,Hewitt, Stephen M,Seong, Seung-Yong,Mao, Chih-Ping,Wu, T-C,Kim, Tae Woo American Society for Clinical Investigation 2012 The Journal of clinical investigation Vol.122 No.11

Adaptation of tumor cells to the host is a major cause of cancer progression, failure of therapy, and ultimately death. Immune selection drives this adaptation in human cancer by enriching tumor cells with a cancer stem cell-like (CSC-like) phenotype that makes them resistant to CTL-mediated apoptosis; however, the mechanisms that mediate CSC maintenance and proliferation are largely unknown. Here, we report that CTL-mediated immune selection drives the evolution of tumor cells toward a CSC-like phenotype and that the CSC-like phenotype arises through the Akt signaling pathway via transcriptional induction of Tcl1a by Nanog. Furthermore, we found that hyperactivation of the Nanog/Tcl1a/Akt signaling axis was conserved across multiple types of human cancer. Inhibition of Nanog in a murine model of colon cancer rendered tumor cells susceptible to immune-mediated clearance and led to successful, long-term control of the disease. Our findings establish a firm link among immune selection, disease progression, and the development of a stem-like tumor phenotype in human cancer and implicate the Nanog/Tcl1a/Akt pathway as a central molecular target in this process.

Triple-Band Scheduling with Millimeter Wave and Terahertz Bands for Wireless Backhaul

        Yibing Wang,Hao Wu,Yong Niu,Jianwen Ding,Shiwen Mao,Bo Ai,Zhangdui Zhong,Ning Wang 한국통신학회 2022 Journal of communications and networks Vol.24 No.4

With the explosive growth of mobile traffic demand, densely deployed small cells underlying macrocells have great potential for 5G and beyond wireless networks. In this paper, we consider the problem of supporting traffic flows with diverse QoS requirements by exploiting three high frequency bands, i.e., the 28 GHz band, the E-band, and the Terahertz (THz) band. The cooperation of the three bands is helpful for maximizing the number of flows with their QoS requirements satisfied. To solve the formulated nonlinear integer programming problem, we propose a triple-band scheduling scheme which can select the optimum scheduling band for each flow among three different frequency bands. The proposed scheme also efficiently utilizes the resource to schedule flow transmissions in time slots. Ex- tensive simulations demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed scheme over three baseline schemes with respect to the number of completed flows and the system throughput.

Endovascular Treatment of Traumatic Pseudoaneurysm Presenting as Intractable Epistaxis

        Chang wei Zhang,Xiao dong Xie,Chao You,Bo yong Mao,Chao hua Wang,Min He,Hong Sun 대한영상의학회 2010 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.11 No.6

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of individual endovascular management for the treatment of different traumatic pseudoaneurysms presenting as intractable epistaxis. Materials and Methods: For 14 consecutive patients with traumatic pseudoaneurysm presenting as refractory epistaxes, 15 endovascular procedures were performed. Digital subtraction angiography revealed that the pseudoaneurysms originated from the internal maxillary artery in eight patients; and all were treated with occlusion of the feeding artery. In six cases, they originated from the internal carotid artery (ICA); out of which, two were managed with detachable balloons, two with covered stents, one by means of cavity embolization, and the remaining one with parent artery occlusion. All of these cases were followed up clinically from six to 18 months, with a mean follow up time of ten months; moreover, three cases were also followed with angiography. Results: Complete cessation of bleeding was achieved in all the 15 instances (100%) immediately after the endovascular therapies. Of the six patients who suffered from ICA pseudoaneurysms, one presented with a permanent stroke and one had an episode of rebleeding requiring intervention. Conclusion: In patients presenting with a history of craniocerebral trauma, traumatic pseudoaneurysm must be considered as a differential diagnosis. Individual endovascular treatment is a relatively safe, plausible, and reliable means of managing traumatic pseudoaneurysms. Giant Cavernous Aneurysm Associated with a Persistent Trigeminal Artery and Persistent Otic Artery

        Chang-wei Zhang,Xiao-dong Xie,Zhi-gang Yang,Chao-hua Wang,Chao You,Bo-yong Mao,Min He,Hong Sun 대한영상의학회 2009 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.10 No.5

Primitive trigeminal artery (PTA) and primitive otic artery (POA) is a very rare entity in adult life. We present a case of PTA and POA associated with a giant unruptured cavernous aneurysm in a 54-year-old woman. The PTA and the POA arose from the sac of the aneurysm directly, which greatly complicated endovascular therapy management.
