Mounting Uncased Multi-connection Integrated Circuits with Ball Contacts on Flexible Polyimide Board
Yu. Dolgovykh,A. Pogalov,G. Blinov,S. Timoshenkov,N. Korobova 한국정보통신학회 2014 2016 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE Vol.6 No.1
One of the modern design and technological solutions for micro-miniaturization of electronic products is the development of multichip modules based on the technology of assembly and installation unpackaged chips on a flexible board. Technology of uncased multi-connection integrated circuits (ICs) creating with ball contacts was propose. Ball contacts were formed on the contact areas of the crystal. Crystal after certification was mounted on a flexible circuit, where hemispherical contact pads have been formed
Four Novel PWM Shoot-Through Control Methods for Impedance Source DC-DC Converters
Vinnikov, Dmitri,Roasto, Indrek,Liivik, Liisa,Blinov, Andrei The Korean Institute of Power Electronics 2015 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.15 No.2
This study proposes four novel pulse width modulation (PWM) shoot-through control methods for impedance source (IS) galvanically isolated DC-DC converters. These methods are derived from a PWM control method with shifted shoot-through introduced by the authors in 2012. In contrast to the baseline solution, where the shoot-through states are generated by the simultaneous conduction of all transistors in the inverter bridge, our new approach is based on the shoot-through generation by one inverter leg. The idea is to increase the number of soft-switched transients and, therefore, decrease the dynamic losses of the front-end inverter. All the proposed approaches are experimentally verified through an insulated-gate bipolar transistor-based IS DC-DC converter. Conclusions are drawn in accordance with the results of the switching loss analysis.

Single-phase polycrystalline samples of Sm1Ba2Cu3O6+y (123 SmSS) with x = 0.0-0.7 were prepared in air by solid state synthesis with precisely controlled technological parameters (the heating and cooling rates, temperature-time regime). Microstructural, structural, and superconducting properties were studied. It is shown that cation stoichiometric samples of Sm1Ba2Cu3O6+y with a high temperature superconducting transition (89-92K) can be obtained in air. By increasing the Sm/Ba ratio in Sm1+xBa2-xCu3O6+y the orthorhombic-to-tetragonal phase transition is observed. The orthorhombic phase loses its stability at x > 0.125, and the solid solution decomposes by a spinodal mechanism to form layered microstructures with a variable Sm/ Ba ratio. The data obtained are useful for understanding the mechanisms of the formation of possible vortex pinning centers in Ln1+xBa2-xCu3O6+y phases. Phytoplankton and bacterioplankton play a key role in carbon cycling of aquatic ecosystems. In this study, we found that co-occurrence patterns between different types of phytoplankton, bacterioplankton, and environmental parameters in Lake Baikal during spring were different over the course of three consecutive years. The composition of phytoplankton and bacterial communities was investigated using microscopy and 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing, respectively. Non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) revealed a relationship between the structure of phytoplankton and bacterial communities and temperature, location, and sampling year. Associations of bacteria with diatoms, green microalgae, chrysophyte, and cryptophyte were identified using microscopy. Cluster analysis revealed similar correlation patterns between phytoplankton abundance, number of attached bacteria, ratio of bacteria per phytoplankton cell and environmental parameters. Positive and negative correlations between different species of phytoplankton, heterotrophic bacteria and environmental parameters may indicate mutualistic or competitive relationships between microorganisms and their preferences to the environment.
