국내에 태양광, 풍력 등 신재생전원이 증가하고 있으며, 출력변동에 대응하기 위해 동기발전기의 출력 조정, 신재생발전기의 출력제한 등 전력설비 운영에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 이에 전력계통을 안정적으로 운영하고, 신재생전원의 변동성과 불확실성에 대응하기 위해 신재생에너지 지역 관제시스템을 개발하고 있다. 지역 관제시스템은 신재생 출력제어, 안정도평가 및 출력제어의 기능을 가지며, 실시간 안정성 분석을 통해 전력계통을 안정적으로 운영할 수 있도록 한다.

민간탐정사의 프로티언 경력태도가 경력몰입 및 직업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 민간탐정사의 프로티언 경력태도가 경력몰입 및 직업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 탐정사 전문교육을 이수하고 자격증을 발급받은 273명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 프로티언 경력태도의 자기주도성은 경력몰입에 정의(+) 영향을 미치지만, 가치지향성은 경력몰입에 부의(-) 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 프로티언 경력태도는 직업적 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 경력태도는 직업적 자기효능감에 정의(+) 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 경력몰입은 프로티언 경력태도와 직업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 한다. 따라서 탐정사의 프로티언 경력태도의 자기주도성은 경력몰입을 통해서만 직업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치므로, 희망하는 분야의 전공자나 경력이 있는 자가 해당 분야에 종사할 수 있도록 사회적지원이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of private investigator's professional career attitude on career commitment and occupational self-efficacy. To this end, a survey was conducted on 273 people who completed professional investigator training and were issued licenses to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis, first, the self-direction of the Protean career attitude has a positive (+) effect on career commitment, but the value orientation has a negative (-) effect on career commitment. Second, the professional career attitude does not have a statistically significant effect on occupational self-efficacy. Third, career attitude has a positive (+) effect on occupational self-efficacy. Fourth, career commitment plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between professional career attitude and professional self-efficacy. Therefore, since the self-directedness of the investigator’s professionalism career attitude affects occupational self-efficacy only through career immersion, social support is needed so that a person with a major or experience in the desired field can engage in the field.

민간탐정사의 사회적 지능이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향 : 직업적 자기효능감의 매개효과

이 연구의 목적은 민간탐정사의 사회적 지능이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 탐정전문 교육기관에서 민간탐정사 자격증을 취득한 자를 모집단으로 선정하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 층화추출법(stratified sampling)을 방식으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 2021년 6월 1일 부터 6월 30일까지 300명을 설문조사를 실시한 후, SPSS WIN 22.0, AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 맞게 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 민간탐정사의 사회적 지능의 하위요인인 사회적 기술은 직업적 자기효능감에 정의(+) 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간탐정사의 직업적 자기효능감은 주관적 경력성공에 정의(+) 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간탐정사의 사회적 지능은 주관적 경력성공에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 민간탐정사의 직업적 자기효능감은 사회적 지능의 하위요인인 사회적 기술과 주관적 경력성공의 경력만족의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 한다. 이를 통해 민간탐정사의 질적 향상을 위해서는 직업적 자기효능감을 신장시킴으로써 사회적 기술을 통해 경력만족을 높이는 방안을 마련하여야 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the social intelligence of private investigators on subjective career success. The subjects of this study were those who obtained a private investigator license from an educational institution specializing in investigators. For this purpose, in this study, the sample was extracted using the stratified sampling method. After conducting a survey of 300 people from June 1 to June 30, 2021, SPSS WIN 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs were used. Therefore, the data were analyzed according to the purpose of the study. Analysis Results, First, social skills, a sub-factor of the social intelligence of private investigators have a positive (+) effect on occupational self-efficacy. Second, the occupational self-efficacy of private investigators has a positive (+) effect on subjective career success. Third, the social intelligence of private investigators does not have a significant effect on subjective career success. Fourth, the occupational self-efficacy of private investigators plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between social skills, a sub-factor of social intelligence, and career satisfaction of subjective career success. In order to improve the quality of private investigators through this, it is necessary to prepare a plan to increase career satisfaction through social skills by increasing the sense of professional self-efficacy.

민간탐정사의 사회지능과 경력몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

이 연구는 탐정업이 현 정부의 공약사항인 만큼 법적으로 제도화될 경우 탐정업 희망 종사자의 질적인 발전 가능성을 진단하기 위해, 민간자격 탐정사(이하 민간탐정사)의 사회지능과 경력몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명하고자 수행하였다. 본 연구는 민간 탐정전문 교육기관에서 탐정사 자격증을 취득한 자를 모집단으로 선정하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 층화추출법(stratified sampling)을 방식으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 2021년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 300명을 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여, SPSS WIN 22.0, AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 맞게 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 민간탐정사의 사회지능의 사회적 정보처리는 자기효능감에 정의(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 사회적 기술은 자기효능감에 부의(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 민간탐정사의 자기효능감 또한 경력몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 민간탐정사의 사회지능은 경력몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 민간탐정사의 자기효능감은 사회지능과 경력몰입의 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 민간탐정사의 사회지능은 자기효능감만을 통하여 경력몰입에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 민간탐정사에게 자기효능감을 높이는 것은 직무 및 경력개발에 아주 중요한 변수라는 사실을 알 수 있다. This study was conducted to diagnose the possibility of qualitative development of private investigators if the investigator business is legally institutionalized as it is a promise of the current government. For this purpose, this study was conducted to empirically investigate the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between social intelligence and career commitment of private investigators. In this study, those who obtained a private investigator license from an educational institution specializing in private investigators were selected as the population. To this end, in this study, samples were extracted using the stratified sampling method, and a survey was conducted with 300 people from June 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. For data analysis, SPSS WIN 22.0, AMOS 22.0 statistical programs were used to analyze the data according to the purpose of the study. As a result of the analysis, first, the social intelligence processing of the private investigator s social intelligence was found to have a positive (+) effect on the self-efficacy, but the social skill was found to have a negative (-) effect on the self-efficacy. Second, it was found that the self-efficacy of private investigators also had a significant effect on career commitment. Third, it was found that the social intelligence of private investigators did not have a significant effect on career commitment. Fourth, the self-efficacy of private investigators was found to play a complete mediating role in the relationship between social intelligence and career commitment. Through these results, it can be seen that the social intelligence of private investigators positively affects career commitment through self-efficacy alone. Therefore, it can be seen that increasing self-efficacy for private investigators is a very important variable for job and career development.
