UV lamp systems have been used for cleaning of display pannels of TFT LCD or Plasma Display Pannel (PDP), However, the needs for high efficient cleaning and low cost made high voltage plasma cleaning techniques be developed and improved, In this paper, 3㎾ high voltage plasma power supply system was developed for LCD cleaning, The 3-phase input voltage is rectified and then inverter system is used to make a high frequency pulse train, which is rectified after passing through a high-power transformer, Finally, bi-directional high voltage pulse switching circuits are used to generate the high voltage plasma.

Cause Related Marketing(CRM) is a kind of marketing approach in which the amount of money, which is related proportionally to the sales of a certain product or the total sales of a firm, is donated for a certain cause. So CRM has been destined to have the causality problem; it can be interpreted as either a form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aiming at the fund-raising for a cause or a kind of marketing strategy pursuing a increase in sales. This article is focused on measuring the interaction between them and the extent to which the interaction effects are strong. Most existing studies show that the higher the donation level becomes, the more effective CRM gets. It implies that the donation level influences consumers` choice, and that people perceive the donation levels as appropriate. The donation levels that consumers perceive vary in accordance with various factors; for example, product attributes, including product category and price, are the major factors affecting the perception. This article also confirms the attributes and finds out the following; consumers perceive that the donation rate should be higher when CRM is applied to the hedonic products than it is when applied to the utilitarian products. And this article investigates the relation between the price level of the product and consumers` perception on the donation level, and finds out the followings; consumers perceive that the donation rate should be higher when CRM is applied to the comparatively higher price level products than it is when applied to the comparatively lower price level products. The goal of this article is to examine how product attributes (product category, price) and the donation-proposing formats (X-percent of the profits vs. X-percent of the price) influence consumers` perception on the donation level. The answer is simple and quite basic. And finally, we expect that more various researches, which are focused on product attributions, the donation-proposing formats and the consumers` perception, are explored for further studies.
GMM 및 DBE를 이용한 잡음에 강인한 유기물 탐지 시스템 구현

본 논문은 가우시안 혼합 모델GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model) 및 동적 배경 추출(DBE, Dynamic Background Extraction)을 활용하여 유기물을 감지할 때 발생하는 잡음을 최소화 하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법은 우선 정지된 기준 배경 영상을 정하고 이후 입력되는 영상들과의 차이를 이진영상으로 나타내어 전경영역을 구한다. 만약 전경영역이 여러 프레임에 걸쳐서 같은 위치에 지속적으로 나타면 해당 영역에 유기물이 존재 하는 것으로 판단한다. 이때 입력 영상에 가우시안 혼합 모델(GMM)을 적용하여 환경 변화에 적응적으로 변화하는 배경을 구하고 기준 배경과의 차이를 이진영상으로 나타내어 전경영역을 구함으로써 노이즈에 대한 강인함을 높인다. This paper suggest the method of minimizing the noise generated when detecting object abandoned, using GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model) and DBE(Dynamic Background Extraction). The proposed method is to decide static reference background and to present the difference of images inputted as binary pictures for to find foreground areas. If foreground areas are presented consistently over a lot of frames, they can contain abandoned objects. In this case, GMM is applied to an input image in order to obtain a background that adaptively varies depending on environmental changes and reference background and represent a difference between the background and the reference background as a binary image thereby obtaining a foreground so that strongness against noise increases.

Inductive Lood Detector(ILD) has been commonly used in collecting traffic data such as occupancy time and non-occupancy time. From the data, the traffic volume and type of passing vehicle is calculated. To provide reliable data for traffic control and plan, accuracy is required in type recognition which can be utilized to determine split of traffic signal and to provide forecasting data of queue-length for over-saturation control. In this research, a new recognition model is suggested for recognizing type of vehicle form the collected data obtained thorough ILD systems. Two clustering methods, based on statistical algorithms, and one neural network clustering method were employed to test the reliability and accuracy of the methods. In a series of experiments, it was found that the new model can greatly enhance the reliability and accuracy of type recongition rate, much higher that conventional approaches. The model modifies the neural network clustering method and enhances the recongtion accuracy by iteratively applying the algorithm until no more unclustered data remains.
