        한국 다국적 기업의 디지털 전환 및 데이터 분석 역량 준비도를 높이기 위한 최고 경영층 인식 연구

        Purpose - This study investigates the differences in the recognition of the need, impact, and readiness of CEOs, directors, and employees for successful digital transformation. The success of digital transformation, which refers to the overall organizational change in business models and culture through application of advanced technologies is the shared perception and implementation of all members of the digital transformation. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on data from 30 South Korean multinational enterprises, the difference in perception between groups was examined, and it was confirmed that there was a difference in perception among CEOs, directors, and employees. Findings - The data confirmed the relationship between the top management’s perception of digital transformation to the readiness of data analytics by employees, which is an essential element of sustainable digital transformation. Employees of the organization, which are recognized by top management as having a high need and readiness for digital transformation, are well prepared for data analytics. Third, we identified important sub-competencies through empirical analysis to derive priorities for employee competency development, and confirmed that programming ability and business domain differ between beginner and advanced levels, while the advanced scored the highest level of growth mindset. Research Implications - This study contributes to the international business area in terms of emphasizing the importance of shared perception among all members of the organization for successful digital transformation. Also, it provides priorities to enhance the readiness of data analytics for employees in terms of employee selection and development.

        People Analytics 사례

        디지털전환(digital transformation)이 경영환경에 적용되면서 인사관리 활동에도 데이터를 통한 의사결정이 일반화되기 시작했다. People Analytics로 일컫는 이같은 활동에서 주요한 관심 중 하나가 성과가 높을 것으로 예측되는 구성원을 미리 예측하려는 목적이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 예측분석에 대한 사례 및 방법에 대한 기존 연구가 부족하다. 또한, 예측분석 결과 이후 의사결정을 함에 있어 어떤 기준으로 데이터를 바라봐야 하는지에 대한 논의 역시 거의 진행된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 기업 사례를 바탕으로 예측 분석 개념과 실제분석 사례를 R code와 함께 제공한다. 더불어, 의사결정을 어느 시점에서 해야 하는지에 대한 논의와 함께 학계 및 실무자들에게 데이터 분석과 의사결정의 연결 중요성을 강조한다. As digital transformation is applied to the business environment, decision-making through data began to become common in personnel management activities. One of the main interests in these activities, referred to as People Analytics, is to predict employees who are expected to perform well in advance. Nevertheless, existing studies on cases and methods for predictive analysis are insufficient. In addition, few discussions have been conducted on what criteria to look at data in making decisions for predictive analysis. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide the concept of predictive analysis and actual analysis cases together with R code based on the cases of South Korean companies. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of connecting data analysis and decision-making to academics and practitioners, along with discussions on when decision-making should be made.

        롯데의 여성친화조직 전환 노력

        롯데그룹은 2006년도부터 본격적으로 여성인재 채용에 노력을 기울이기 시작한 이래 한국 기업 최초로 남성육아휴직 의무화, 여성 육아휴직 2년 부여, 다양성 헌장 배포 등 여성이 일하기 좋은 환경 구축과 일·가정양립 및 인력다양성 확대와 관련된 활동을 활발히 전개하고 있다. 또한 대졸 신입사원 채용 시 여성 비율 40% 의무화 등 여성고용 확대 정책을 실시함으로써 여성친화를 중심으로 한 다양성 조직으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 롯데가 수행한 여성친화조직으로의 전환 활동을 Ely & Thomas가 제안한 다양성 패러다임(Diversity Paradigm) 관점에서 분석했다. 첫 번째 관점으로 롯데는 조직 내에 다양성 요인으로 일어날 수 있는 차별을 철폐하고자 다양성 헌장을 배포했으며, 신규 채용 시에 ‘스펙태클’ 채용을 통해 성별 등의 배경과 관계없이 공정하게 채용하는 방식을 도입했다. 두 번째 관점으로 남성의 육아휴직을 의무화했고, 여성 육아휴직 역시 2년까지 연장하였으며 여성임원 비율도 5년 내에 7배 이상 확대함으로써 제도 시행에 있어 정당성을 확보하고 성장 기회에 대한 접근을 확대하였다. 세 번째 관점인 조직학습 향상을 위해 계열사 내에 다양성 활성화 태스크포스를 설치하여 서로 다른 차이를 통해 상호 학습이 가능하도록 분위기를 조성하고 있다. 이 사례는 한국 기업 중에서 여성친화조직으로의 활동에 많은 노력을 펼치고 있는 롯데의 사례를 소개함으로써 더 많은 기업이 성별을 포함한 다양성 관리 활동을 효과적으로 도입하고 수행하는데 참조가 되도록 하였다. 이를 위해 롯데 내부 자료를 바탕으로 다양성 관련 활동의 전개를 Ely & Thomas 관점으로 구분하여 소개하고 그 결과를 다양성 풍토(Diversity Climate)를 통해서 제시했다. The chairman of Lotte, Shin Dong-Bin, has been leading pro-diversity initiatives since 2016, such as a ‘Diversity Charter,’ two years of mandatory maternity leave, and at least one month of mandatory paternity leave. In 2015, the company began to deliberately change its gender composition, requiring that more than 40 percent of new employees must be women, in order to become Korea’s most female-friendly company. This research has studied Lotte’s pro-diversity initiatives through the lens of Ely’s & Thomas’ diversity process. The first step for Lotte was to eliminate possible discrimination by revealing its Diversity Charter and adopting a blind hiring process, Spec-tackle. As a second step, Lotte became the first company to adopt the aforementioned maternity and paternity policies and increased the ratio of female to male managers by 8 times over the last 5 years. The third step was to set up a diversity task force team to engage more employees in diversity activities in order to become a learning organization. The case attempts to interest more Korean organizations in diversity issues by investigating diversity initiatives at a Korean company and their effectiveness based on internal research.

      • 전방 십자 인대 재건술시 대퇴 터널의 위치에 대한 방사선학적 평가

        The isometric position for the graft is important in the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. It is well known that the femoral position is more critical than tibial side. But, there is few deciding method of proper graft position after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. So we planned to evaluate the ideal femoral isometric position with 6 adult cadavaric femurs and exact radiographs. After the insertion of femoral interference screw on ideal isometric position, we obtained roentgenograms of true lateral view and 10, 20, 30, 45 degree internal and external rotation views. Then we measured the shortest distance from the posterior cortical margin of lateral femoral condyle to posterior border of interference screw on the radiographs. We also measured true distance between posterior cortical margin of lateral femoral condyle to the posterior margin of femoral tunnel after cutting of distal femur. Based on this study, we could not determine the permissible rotation degree of radiographs. But we concluded that if the distance between posterior cortical margin of lateral femoral condyle and posterior border of interference screw ranges 4.5-6.5mm on the lateral view, the femoral position is considered as a relatively ideal isometric good position.

        금속-금속 관절면을 포함한 Hydroxyapatite 코팅된 CLS 대퇴삽입물 -2년에서 4년 전향적 추시결과-

        Seventy-two hips in sixty patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty with hydroxyapatite roughblasted CLS femoral implant combined with metal on metal articulation were studied in a prospective, consecutive series for 2 to 4 years. The mean age of the patients at the operation was 49 years(19 to 73) and the most frequent diagnosis was avascular necrosis of femoral head(63%). The mean flare index and Singh index were 4.0(2.6-6.4) and 4.6(3-6), respectively. The mean Harris hip score at the final follow up improved to 97 points from 53 points preoperatively. The mean time of weight-bearing without support after the operation was 5.5 weeks(3 to 16). In radiographic findings, the endosteal bone formations around the stem were present in more than 90% of cases in zone 1,2,6,7 and from 30 to 60% of cases even in zone 3,4,5 and bone formation around the cup were pre- sent S3,94,78% in zone 1,2,3 respectively. Radiolucencies around the stem were rarely seen in zone 1,2,6,7 and were observed in 10 to 20% in zone 3,4,5. Radiolucencies around the cup were observed in 4 to 18% in all three zones. No osteolysis around the stem and no measurable subsidence of the stem with more than 2 mm developed seen in all cases. The thigh was slightly painful in only two patient(2.8%), and the groin was slightly painful in only one patient(1.4%). Mean linear wear rate with metal on metal articulation system in present study was 0.02 mm/year. Postoperative complications were 1 case(1.4%) of dislocation, 1 1cases(15.3%) of intraoperative incomplete fracture on calcar and 1 case(1.4%) of superficial wound infection.
