국내 조선소는 세계 최대의 선박 건조 물량을 확보하였으나 선박 건조 및 생산에 필요한 야드뿐만 아니라, 선박이 도크에서 건조된 후 의장작업, 검사, 시험 등의 후 공정을 위한 안벽이 절대적으로 부족하여 복선계류를 하고 있는 실정이다. 복선 계류 시에는 단선 계류시보다 태풍이나 너울에 의해 선박이 손상될 위험이 크므로 파랑정보를 관측하여 선박에 적절한 안전조치를 취하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안벽에 계류 중인 선박에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 파랑정보를 실시간으로 관측하기 위해 안벽 작업에 미치는 영향 및 설치공간이 작으면서 기존 비접촉식 센서 또는 부이보다 저렴한 압력식 레벨센서를 이용하는 파랑 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 주요 내용으로는 레벨 센서의 특성 분석, 모니터링시스템의 설계가 있으며, 자료 수집과 활용을 위한 데이터베이스 구축, 사용자 정보전달을 위한 웹과 모바일 서비스 기술에 대하여 기술하고 있다. Domestic shipyards have acquired the largest amount of ship building in the world. However a quantity of piers for post-working processes such as outfit work, inspection, test, and so on after building ships is insufficient. To overcome the insufficiency of piers, double banking is used. The risk of ship damage by a typhoon or a swell in double banking is higher than that in single banking. To prevent ship damage by a wave, a wave monitoring system is required. In this paper, we proposed the wave monitoring system using level sensors. The system is inexpensive and compact. Developed contents are characteristic analysis of level sensors, design of monitoring system, construction of database, web and mobile service for client, and so on.

Art-education should be done by specially-trained teachers through complete synthesization and balance of theory-study and practice-study, with character building by way of aesthetic experience. They tend to limit Art-education to acquirement of practical skill through activities of presentation, but that is caused by their wrong understanding and education activities far from original purpose of real Art-education. The purpose of this study was to examine, search for methods of desirable Art-education by analyzing 304 members of teacher's opinions about the actual condition of Art-education in elementary school and teacher's recognition for study, a form of study, a relative importance of teaching, the exclusive charge system of curriculum. 1. Art-education should be well-balanced between presentation study and appreciation study to realize aesthetic teaching. 2. Teachers should have enough knowledge of technic and formative art. 3. It is necessary that teaching aids, teaching materials, equipments-expansion and reference data should be put to practical and creative use. 4. The exclusive charge system of study should be early practiced for qualitative improvement of Art-education and realization of technical education.
兒童의 造形能力(繪畵, 彫塑)과 他 敎科成積과의 相關에 關한 硏究

The main purpose of this sutdy is ultimately to help improve art education by clarifying and interpreting the correlation of modeling ability to that of other subjects taught in primary schools. This research covered a total of 600 children of two schools : one in Chunchon city and the other in Chunsong county. As the marks of all the subjects are scaled by the absolute achievement evaluation method, the average of the tatal subjects showed a high mark of 4.23. But our research team, having measured their modeling ability in relative evaluation method, marked only 3.31 point in average. Notwithstanding this discrepancy, the correlation between the marks of the toal subjects and the drawing revealed a strikingly low coefficient of 0. 18 and 0.23 between the total and sculpturing ; and 0.20 between the tatal and modeling as a whole. Thus, it is definite that any argument for high correlation among achievements in subjects cannot apply to art subject. The result of this research may be revised by drawing data from markings of identical evaluation method, but the difference will be of little consequence.

울산항 해상교통관제센터(VTS)에서 수신한 AIS 데이터를 이용하여 울산항 출입하는 선박의 MMSI 정보를 분류하였다. 분류된 MMSI 정보는 웹 크롤링을 통하여 선박의 종류, 국적, 총톤수, 길이, 폭 등을 데이터를 수집하였다. AIS 데이터와 MMSI의 선박 정보를 이 용하여 출입하는 선박의 선종별 운항 경로 궤적을 분석하였다. 분석된 데이터는 선박 도선 및 항내 안전항로 유도에 활용하고자 한다.
