Development of Blue Light Cut Films Using a Roll-to-Roll Nano Micro Coating System

In this study a coating experiment was performed to fabricate blue light cut films, which represent a 390~430 nm cutoff rate of more than 40% and a transmittance rate of more than 90%, using a roll-to-roll nano micro coating system. The study also analyzed the characteristics of the blue light cut films. Thus, the hardness, which is more than 3H,is ensured through fabricating films using a Sol-Gel process that will determine the proper hardness level. Also, theexperiment shows excellent results by cutting blue light through a mixing blue light powder.
Development of Nano Convergence Films Using a Roll-to-Roll Coating System

There has been growing interest and rapid development in transparent electrode films, which are flexible andlight and used in mobile, simple information, and electronic devices, and based on recent advancements in nanotechnology, information technology, and display technology. In particular, studies on developing such films withboth high conductivity and high transmittance of visible rays are highly in demand for commercialization. In thisstudy, transparent electrode films were developed for IT using micro patterns that show sheet resistance less than10 Ω/□, adhesive strength more than 98%, and light transmittance more than 90%. The results of applying a surfaceemission gradient minimization (Honey Comb) technology to the films was the verification of the sheet resistance,adhesive strength, and light transmittance satisfying the target level of this study through Imprinting and Remoldingprocesses.

In this study ensuring a filming technology is attempted through dispersion technologies and mixing polymer scaffolds in order to produce films based on the nanowaires obtained from chitin. In addition this study proposes technologies in measuring and improving characteristics of films produced using nanowires and for applying electric conductivity to the films as a chemical and physical manner. Also, a possibility in applications of mass productive films or substrates to producing flexible and transparent films is proposed. In the experiment implemented in this study, it is verified that developments of high strength, high transparency, and high flexibility films can be developed through combining it with producing flexible and transparent films.

본 연구에서는 코팅 공정에 사용되는 슬롯다이(slot-die)에 대해 조건에 따른 코팅 성능을 연구하였다. 슬롯다이 코팅은 코팅 되는 필름의 속도, 코팅액의 점도 그리고 슬롯다이로 주입 되는 압력에 따라 코팅 품질이 많이 달라진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CFD 코드를 이용하여 안정적인 코팅을 위한 최적의 조건을 찾았다. 다양한 코팅액의 점도와 슬롯다이 입구의 압력 그리고 코팅 필름의 속도에 대해서 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 5kgf/cm2 의 압력과 100cps 의 점도 그리고 20m/min 의 속도조합에서 가장 안정적으로 코팅액이 잘 도포되었다. In this paper, we study the coating performance according to the slot-die conditions in the coating process. The quality of the slot-die coating depends on factors such as feeding speed of film, the viscosity of liquid, and the pressure applied to the slot-die. In this study, we determine the optimum conditions for a stable coating by performing 2-D and 3-D simulations. We carry out numerical simulations with respect to the feeding velocity of the film, the pressure of the slot-die inlet, and the viscosity of the coating liquid. Based on the results, the coating was the most reliable when the pressure of the inlet was 5 kgf /cm2, the viscosity was about 100 cps and the velocity was 20 m/min.
