입도분포해석에 의한 폐타이어 분말의 재활용 연구

폐타이어의 증가로 인하여 환경문제가 날로 심각해지고 있다. 그러므로 효율적인 재활용을 통하여 이러한 문제를 해결하는데 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 폐타이어를 상온분쇄기를 제작하여 미세 분말화와 초음파로 처리를 통하여 기본물성을 높이는데 목적을 두었다. 폐고무 분말의 통계학적 분석에 의해서 미세화에 따른 물성의 변화와 물리적 성질을 조사하였고, 기계적 및 가교도 등의 물성을 조사하였다. 또한 광학현미경을 사용하여 표면을 확인함으로서 제품특성을 연구하였다. It goes to be serious with environmental pollution because of great number of waste tires scrapped each year. That is why there are lots of studies for efficient recycle. We tried to reduce particle size of the waste tire powder using a new technology of self-designed grinding machine (SDGM) and ultrasonic treatment. The purpose of this study is to improve the physical properties of reduced waste tire powder. We investigated the fine powder by particle size distribution(PSD) analysis. And also we examined the physical and mechanical properties and cross-link density at various particle size. Also we carried out morphological studies after making the products by SEM.

We changed on the size of waste rubber powder and De-link contents. we examined the physical, rheological, mechanical properties. And also examined cross-link state at various De-link. Also we carried out morphological studies after making the weather strip`s feature by optical microscope.

최근 환경보전, 식품안전성 제고, 지역농업 활성화 등을 위한 방안으로 지역에서 생산된 농산물을 그 지역에서 소비하는 로컬푸드 운동에 대한 관심이 커지고 있는 가운데, 최근 전북 완주군 용진농협이 로컬푸드 직매장을 운영을 시작하면서 로컬푸드 직매장이 농산물 직거래의 이슈가 되고 있다. 정부의 유통구조 개선 및 직거래형 유통 활성화 정책과 더불어 농협은 로컬푸드 직매장을 지속적으로 추가하여 개장할 계획으로 로컬푸드 직매장 활성화와 지속가능한 모델로 육성하기 위해서는 소비자들의 선택 속성과 이용동기 및 만족도 등의 연구가 필요하지만 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 용진농협 로컬푸드 직매장을 이용한 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 일반적인 이용특성, 이용만족도, 상품 및 구매처 선택속성을 종합적으로 분석하여 로컬푸드 직매장 활성화를 위한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 요인 및 신뢰도 분석을 통해 소비자 선택속성을 요인화하고 이분형 로지스틱 분석을 통해 이용만족도와 향후 구매 계획에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 현재 로컬푸드 직매장 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 구매처의 상품 및 서비스였으며, 향후 구매 계획에 영향을 미치는 요인은 상품의 품질과 구매처의 상품 및 서비스로 나타났다. 또한 소비자 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도의 IPA분석 결과 신선도, 안전성, 건강/기능성 등의 품질적인 측면이 로컬푸드 직매장의 강점으로 나타나 로컬푸드 직매장에서 판매하는 상품의 체계적인 품질관리와 생산 노력이 필요하며, 주차장 등 이용편리성을 확보와 상품의 안정적인 공급을 통한 구색갖춤 등의 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

과일 수요체계 구조 변화 연구

This study has employed the Gradual Switching IAIDS model based on the assumption of the breaking structural change in the fruit demand system due to increasing import of fruits. Two types of analysis have been adopted because of the variety of fruits and strong seasonality. The first type of demand analysis is to find relationship among domestic fruits, domestic fruits and vegetables, and imported fruits. The second one has included in domestic apples, domestic citrus, domestic watermelons, domestic melons, bananas, oranges, imported grapes, and other fruits. As a result of the first type analysis, the structural change has occurred in increasing the share of expenditure on imported fruits during the period from February 1999 to September 2014. As a result of the cross price flexibility analysis, the imported fruits has showed substitution relationship with the domestic fruits and domestic fruits and vegetables. In addition to the substitution relationship has been strong after the structural change. The absolute value of the scale flexibility for the imported fruits has decreased after the structural change. On the other hand, that of domestic fruits has increased after the structural change. In the second type analysis, the share of expenditure of all domestic fruits(apples, watermelons, melons) except citrus has decreased, and that of imported fruits(bananas and imported grapes) has increased. Also, after the structural change, the substitution relationship between the domestic and imported fruits has been strong. For instance, orange has showed substitution relationship not only with citrus but also with apples, watermelons and melons after the structural change. Also, imported grapes has increased in substitution relationship with citrus, watermelon and melon. In this way, there is a indirect substitution relationship among different kinds of fruits as well as a direct substitution relationship between similar fruits, such as citrus and orange. In the case of scale flexibility of domestic fruits(apples, citrus, watermelons, melons), those of the absolute value have showed increasing trend after the structural change. It means that the price instability has become worse than before structural change. However, the scale flexibility of the most imported fruits have showed a smaller absolute value after the structural change. This means that the price decline of the imported fruits has decreased as the overall market volume increases after the structural change.

폐고무 분말을 이용한 TPE 블렌드에 관한 연구 (1)

N/A For solving the environmental problem of the waste EPDM and for new TPE blend materials, we developed a new kind of TPE material using a co-rotating twin screw extruder. To improve the mechanical properties of TPE material such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and modulus of the blend, PP and waste EPDM powder were blended with different screw configurations. The mechanical properties of the blends and morphology of the TPE were investigated. As the number of kneading disc and left-handed screw element increased, dynamic vulcanization of the material was increased because the shear stress and residence time of blends increased.

농,축협 판매사업 활성화를 위한 가이드라인 제안 - 판매사업 우수 농,축협들의 성공사례를 토대로 -

본고는 판매사업 우수사례를 토대로 판매사업 활성화를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 판매사업 우수 조합들은 ``조합원(이용자) = 통제자 =수익자``라는 협동조합 운영원리에 입각한 협동(공동행동)으로 산지 조직화·규모화를 추구하여 뚜렷한 성과를 보이고 있다. 우수사례조합들은 공통적으로 조합원의 적극적인 사업이용, 이용자(조합원)의 경영통제, 공정한 수익배분을 강조하고 있다. 이를 토대로 본고는 판매사업 활성화를 위한 10대 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 가이드라인은 ``조합원 간 협동``, ``농·축협 간 협동``을 촉진하고, 산지조직의 규모화·내실화로 판매사업 경쟁력을 제고하여 궁극적으로 조합원 편익을 증진하기 위함이다. 또한, 농·축협 판매사업 활성화를 통해 농가수취가격 제고뿐만 아니라 지역농업 및 농촌사회 발전에 기여할 수 있는 기대효과도 가질 수 있다 This paper is intended to provide guidelines for marketing cooperatives in Korea on the basis of the best practices. We analyzed 14 cases and found that they emphasize cooperative principles(member = user = controller = beneficiary). And they pursue member organization and economy of scale in order to enhance market power. They are showing a marked performance in the agricultural and livestock products market. We propose the ten guidelines in accordance with the cooperative principles for promoting the marketing & supply business of Korea Agriculture Cooperatives. Through the guidelines, We expect to increase the economic benefits for members, and at the same time to contribute to the development of local agriculture and rural communities.

자동차용 Rear Door Fixed Glass Weather - strip 성형을 위한 EPDM 과 Polypropylene 의 Blend 에 관한 연구(1)

In comparison with thermosetting rubber, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) has various advantages such as simple processing, short cycle time and recycling of scrap. These advantages can lead to development of the high value-added rubber products due to reduction of the waste material, manufacturing cost and the defected product. This article involves a dynamic vulcanization method for EPDM/polypropylene blend, and the manufacturing of a fixed glass weather-strip by glass insert molding method using the blend. In order to investigate mechanical properties of the product, tensile strength, elongation, hardness and specific gravity were measured. Also morphological study was carried out using SEM. Developments of an efficient system of production and automatic process by molding of TPE and glass simultaneously are expected.

폐우레탄고무 재활용에 관한 연구(2)

This study focused on the recycling technology and application of waste polyurethane scrap(5∼7㎜) and waste urethane form from the footware scrap. Firstly we suggest the waste polyurethane can be used as a component of medium for hydroponic rose culture. Secondly, recycled thermoplastic polyurethane(RTPU) was produced and blended it with high impact polystyrene(HIPS). And also, in order to extend application of recycling field, the former was produced with adding the amine foaming agent to RTPU/HIPS alloy. The main purpose of this study is to diverse of the recycling of the waste polyurethane.
