본 논문에서는 8개의 LTE 대역을 만족하는 다중 대역 LTE 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 변형된 PIFA 구조와 4 ㎜의 높이를 갖는 folded monopole 구조가 결합된 형태로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 구조가 LTE 하위 대역과 LTE 상위 대역에서 동작한다. 안테나의 측정된 6 ㏈ 반사 손실 대역폭은 하위 대역에서 118 ㎒(870~988 ㎒), 상위 대역에서 1107 ㎒(1,650~2,757 ㎒)이다. 제안된 안테나는 전방향성 방사 패턴을 가지며, 측정된 최대 이득은 하위 대역에서 3.21 ㏈i 상위 대역에서 4.19 ㏈i의 값을 갖는다. 제안된 안테나는 향후 LTE-advanced 통신 시스템에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, a multiband LTE antenna satisfying LTE octa-band is proposed. The proposed antenna consists of a modified PIFA structure and a folded monopole which has the height of 4 ㎜. Each parts operates at lower and upper LTE band. Measured bandwidth(6 ㏈ return loss) was 118 ㎒(870~988 ㎒) at the lower band and 1,107 ㎒(1,650~2,757 ㎒) at the upper band. The proposed antenna has a omni-directional radiation pattern and measured peak gains were 3.21 ㏈i at the lower band and 4.19 ㏈i at the upper band, respectively. The proposed antenna is expected to be utilized for future LTE-advanced system.

Vehicle engine almost get the energy by heat of combustion. The heat of combustion is consummed to generating work and thermal loss. It is good for efficiency to reduce thermal loss, but it has a limit because of engine durability. So, we must use a cooling system to lower engine temperature. There are two types of cooling system which are Water cooled system and air cooled system. Recently, vehicle engine uses a water cooled system. And most of water cooled system uses a radiator and a fan. The fan has two types generally. One is a viscous fan. This fan is connected with fluid clutch directly. And the fluid clutch is linked to engine by belt. If engine operates, the fan always turn round. But it is not matching engine speed, because of slip between engine and fan by fluid clutch. Anyway, in a viscous fan, there are always fuel consumption of fan during operating an engine. The other is an Electric fan. This fan is connected at electronic motor which electronically operates. So, It does not work when engine temperature is low. This means that fuel consumption of fan is zero. Moreover, a viscous fan is bad for warm-up because a fan always operates. And engine temperature of a viscous fan is lower than that of electronic fan when temperature is stabilized. Because the low temperature increases engine friction, a viscous fan is bad for fuel economy. This paper discusses about the effect of fuel economy according to viscous fan and electronic fan. The results show that a difference of vehicle fuel economy according to a fan is 2.4% in FTP-75 mode. It is important to choice of a fan to be a efficient car.

Phonocardiogram (PCG) is a basic diagnostic test for heart diseases. However, it is difficult to analyze PCG signals objectively and needs specialized skills. Deep neural network can provide expert-level diagnostic performance on PCG. We proposed a novel deep neural architecture to analyze PCG signal. The proposed model uses 1D CNN layers for temporal modeling of PCG signal over time. We also use MFCC method and 3cylce data split as input preprocessing. The proposed network shows better diagnostic performance compared with other methods.

Vessel-like structures can be represented by higher order curves. Such curvature and torsion are useful properties for analysis of coronary artery. With conventional methods for coronary artery segmentation in X-ray and CT images, accuracy can be improved by clustering and merging using geometric properties. Broken or disconnected vessels due to the plaques can be merged into one by the proposed method.
인공지능기반 3차원 의료영상에서 고속 참값 데이터 생성을 위한 라벨링 프레임워크

3차원 의료영상의 특성상 참값 데이터 생성이 어렵고, 시간이 오래 걸린다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 영상의 가시화 및 인공지능기반의 초벌 참값 데이터 생성을 통하여 빠르고 정확한 참값 데이터 생성이 가능한 가시화 및 라벨링 프레임워크를 제안한다. 오픈소스 기반 프레임워크들은 다양한 각도에서 수정하는 것과 라벨링 된 데이터를 3차원 구조로 시각화하여 수정하는 기능을 포함하고 있지 않다. 제안된 프레임워크의 기능에 3차원 렌더링, 3축 뷰, 초벌 참값 데이터 생성을 위한 U-Net 모델, 영역확장, 모폴로지 기능들을 포함하였다. 따라서 프레임워크를 사용하여 빠르고 정확한 참값 데이터 생성을 기대할 수 있다.
CT Radiomic Features의 재현성 향상을 위한 Super-Resolution GAN 기반의 CT 영상 변환 연구

Computed tomography (CT) is a widely used modality for diagnosing lesions, but the physician decides imaging protocols. Depending on the imaging protocol, different Radiomic features are varied, which is a significant obstacle to Radiomics research. Therefore, in this study, abdominal phantom images from various protocols were converted to reference protocol images using a generative adversarial network. The radiomic features by the proposed generative adversarial network showed improved correlation with reference protocol imaging in texture features. In this study, we showed the feasibility of CT image standardization.
