Vessel-like structures can be represented by higher order curves. Such curvature and torsion are useful properties for analysis of coronary artery. With conventional methods for coronary artery segmentation in X-ray and CT images, accuracy can be improved by clustering and merging using geometric properties. Broken or disconnected vessels due to the plaques can be merged into one by the proposed method.

게임 컷신(Cut Scene)에 따른 사운드 몽타주(Sound Montage) 분석

본 연구의 목적은 영상매체의 제작에 있어 주된 기법 중 하나인 사운드 몽타주 이론을 활용하여 게임속 음악과 사운드를 분석하고 그 역할을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 선정한 게임의 컷신들을 사운드 몽타주 이론을 적용하여 살펴보고 시청각적 대위법의 관계를 조명하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 게임 또한 대부분의 영상매체처럼 시각적 상황과 사운드의 활용이 긴밀하게 상호작용하고 있었으며, 영화에서만 살펴지던 사운드 몽타주 이론이 게임에서도 적용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 감독의 의도를게임 사운드에 담아내는 중요한 연출 기법 중 하나로 사운드 몽타주 기법이 적극적으로 활용되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구가 학계에 부재한 게임 사운드 제작기법 연구의 유의미한 자료로 쓰이길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze and derive the roles of music and sound in video games using the theory of sound montage, a predominant technique in the creation of audiovisual media. The methodology involves examining selected game cut scenes by applying the theory of sound montage to illuminate the relationship between auditory and visual elements. The analysis revealed that, similar to most audiovisual media, games tightly intertwine visual scenarios with the utilization of sound, confirming the application of sound montage theory in gaming, a technique previously observed mainly in films. This signifies the active use of sound montage as a crucial directing technique to encapsulate the director's intentions within game sound. It is anticipated that this study will serve as a meaningful contribution to the academic field by filling the gap in research concerning game sound production techniques

중국 EDM 페스티벌의 문제점과 발전 방향 연구

This paper aims to improve the domestic EDM festival market and serve as a reference of other studies. To this end, conducted a comprehensive comparison and analysis between domestic and internal EDM festivals. “ISY” in China one of the largest EDM festivals is described in this thesis to represent the festivals in China. “Tomorrowland” from Belgium which is one of the top 3 EDM festivals around the world is used as the overseas example case. In this thesis, basic information about the performing artists, cultural diversity, social and business values, and other factors of the EDM festivals are deeply investigated. As a result, it was found that EDM festivals in China boomed dramatically last decade, butsome challenges due to the internal festival development and external environment still exist. In this paper, explored the intrinsic meaning and value of Chinese EDM festival cultureand the development plan for future festivals is proposed. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 EDM 페스티벌 산업의 현황을 파악하고 주요국의 사례와 비교분석을 통하여 문제점을 도출함과 동시에 발전 방향을 제언하기 위함에 있다. 이를 위해 해외의 선진 사례로 세계 3대EDM 페스티벌 중 벨기에 '투모로우랜드(Tomorrowland)'를 중국의 최대 EDM 페스티벌 'ISY'와 비교, 분석하였으며, 참여 아티스트들의 실제적인 정보를 비롯해 페스티벌에 내포된 문화적 다양성과 사회적가치 및 상업적 가치 측면을 심도 있게 조명하였다. 분석의 결과로, 중국의 EDM 페스티벌은 최근 몇년 동안 빠르게 성장하고 있으나 자체적인 개발 역량이나 외부의 환경 요인 측면에서 여러 문제점이도출되었으며, 이에 중국 EDM 페스티벌 문화의 본질적 의미와 가치를 담은 실천적 개선 및 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 밑거름으로 EDM 페스티벌 산업의 발전을 위한 지속적인 연구와 논의가 이어지기를 기대한다.

영화 <패왕별희>에 나타난 중국 경극의 시대적 변화 양상 고찰

본 연구에서는 영화 <패왕별희>의 분석을 통해 중국의 시대 변화 속에 나타난 경극 예술의 다양한 가치 변화 양상을고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경극 예술에 대한 이론적 배경을 이해하고, 영화 <패왕별희>의 전개 가운데 나타나는 경극 문화의 시대별 특징을 다양한 문헌 고찰과 더불어 조명해보았다. 영화 속 시대 변화는 총 여섯 가지의 시기로써, 북평 북양 정부 시대에서 77사변 전까지의 시기, 항일전쟁 시기, 일본 항복 시기, 국민정부 철수 시기, 문화대혁명의 시기, 문화대혁명 이후의 시기로 구분되어 살펴진다. 연구의 결과, ‘북평 북양 정부 시대에서 77사변 전까지의 시기’는 ‘경극 예술의 대중화와 전문화의 시기’라고 규정할 수 있다. ‘항일전쟁 시기’는 ‘애국주의 작품의 표출 시기’로써 가치를 지니며, ‘일본 항복 후 시기’는 ‘예술 활동의 위축과 대중성 상실의 시기’라고 조명되어 진다. ‘국민정부 철수 후 시기’는 ‘경극 예술 회복의 시기’라고 규정할 수 있으며, ‘문화대혁명 시기’는 ‘경극 예술의 핍박, 왜곡의 시기’로써 예술적 가치가 정치 선전의 수단으로 전락하고 왜곡되어진 경극 예술의 과도기적 시기로 규명된다. 마지막으로, ‘문화대혁명 후 시기’는 ‘경극예술의 소멸과 재건의 시기’라고 규정할 수 있는데, 문화 유산 복원이 주는 가치의 중요함을 일깨워준 시기로 규명할 수있다. 결론적으로 중국의 경극 예술은 ‘대중화’-‘전문화’-‘이념화’-‘침체기’-‘회복기’-‘문화적 핍박과 왜곡’-‘소멸’로 이어지는극단적 변화 양상을 가진 매우 진귀한 문화 유산으로 결론지을 수 있었으며, 경극 예술인 또한 여러 시대에 거쳐 ‘대중예술인’-‘전문예술인’-‘애국주의자’-‘오락의 도구’-‘존중의 대상’-‘소귀사신’-‘정치 선전도구’-‘사회적 배척’으로 이어지는 수많은 신분 변화를 겪어야 했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 경극의 흥망성쇠를 통해 문화 보존을 위한 사회적 인식 확립이 얼마나 중요한지 확인할 수 있었으며, 영화 <패왕별희>의 분석과 여러 문헌 연구를 통해 도출된 결론과 의의가 전통 예술의 계승과 발전을 위한 유의미한 연구 자료로 활용되어질 수 있기를 기대한다. In this study, through the movie “Farewell My Concubine” to investigate the elements of Chinese opera-the theories of Kunqu Opera and Peking Opera, analyze the current situation of Chinese opera culture in various eras and the various artistry changes in opera. Based on the results of the study, people enjoyed Peking Opera and respected the art of Peking Opera since the era of the Beiyang government until the Double-Seven Incident, but the social status of the actors was not high. Peking Opera was very popular and people in the art world had high demand for art of Peking Opera. Art of Peking Opera flourished freely in a safe and stable political environment in this period. Since then, during the Second Sino-Japanese War, the growth environment of Peking Opera had become difficult due to unstable social environment and social status of the actors was not high. During the Kuomintang’s reign, the opera actors were considered objects of entertainment, Peking Opera gradually drifted away from the norms. Affected by the political environment, the situation of Peking Opera was very difficult. In the new era, Peking Opera had become incomplete due to the Cultural Revolution and the situation for Peking Opera was more difficult than ever. Although the status of opera actors in the art world gradually recovered, there were obstacles to the development of Peking Opera due to political reasons. Through this study, it is necessary for China to actively promote Peking Opera as traditional culture and spread the art of Peking Opera to many countries. It is hoped that it can deepen the understanding of China’s traditional art-themed movies and form a complete cultural resonance.

성격유형(MBTI)별 음악수용 방식에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 성격유형별 음악수용 방식의 차이점을 밝혀내고 이를 통해 음악을 도구로 삼는 다양한 매개체의 개발을 위한 유의미한 자료로 삼도록 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대한민국 거주하는 청년(만19세~34세)를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 총 288명이 참여하였다. 설문통계는 IBM SPSS Statistics 27 버전을 사용하였으며, 질적변수 간의 관련성을 검증하기 위해 카이제곱 검정을 사용하고, 음악 선호와 성격유형을 각각 범주형 변수로 삼아 이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 음악이 특정 성격유형과의 연관성을 가지는지, 혹은 성격유형에 따라 음악 선호에 차이가 있는지에 대한 유의미한 결과를 얻을수 있었다. 수용자의 성격유형을 고려한 음악수용 방식에 관한 연구는 음악 치료, 교육, 마케팅, 심지어 음악 산업 전반에 새로운 지평을 열어줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to study the way music is accepted by personality type. A survey was conducted on young people (19-34 years old) living in Korea, and 288 subjects were involved. For survey statistics, IBM SPSS Statistics 27 version was used. The K-squared test is used to verify the relationship between categorical data, and in this study, music preference and personality type were analyzed as categorical variables, respectively. Through this, statistical results can be obtained as to whether music has an association with a specific personality type or whether there is a difference in music preference according to personality type. Research on the music acceptance method considering the audience's personality type could open a new horizon in music therapy, education, marketing, and even the music industry as a whole.

1930년대 한국 재즈송에 나타난 모던세대의아메리카니즘(Americanism)

본 연구의 목적은 1930년대의 대중음악 갈래 중 한가지인 재즈송의 가사를 통해 모던세대가 가진 식민지 트라우마와 아메리카니즘을 살펴보고자 한다. 현존하는 문헌 정보와 선행연구를 토대로 하여 재즈송을 분류했으며 이중 외래어를 사용한 경우, 서구의 지명과 이국 이성의 이름을 직접 언급한 경우, 외국어로 된 가사를 사용한 경우를 중심으로 가사를 선별하여 연구를 진행하였다. 식민지 트라우마는 일제의 동화 이데올로기 하에 민족성을 무너뜨리는 형태로 나타났다. 따라서 피식민지인인조선인들은 민족성을 부정하고 모욕을 합리화하는 형태로 식민지 트라우마를 표출했다. 식민지 트라우마는 미국이라는 서구 열강에 대한 선망으로 이어졌으며 이는 재즈송의 가사에 고스란히 남아있었다. 재즈송에는 향유층인 모던세대의 정서가 그대로 남아있었으며 그들은 과도한 서구지향성을 향락적으로 표출하며 민족성을 부정하고자 했다. 그러나 이 기저에는 식민지라는 시대적 한계에서 오는 혼란, 무력감, 허무주의가 내포되어 있었으며 아메리카니즘 또한 강대국에 대한 구원이 아닌 도피, 민족성 부정의 형태로 나타난 식민지 트라우마의 양상 중 하나임을확인할 수 있었다. This study aims to look at the Americanism in modern generations based on the lyrics of jazzsong, one of the popular music branches of the 1930s. The jazz songs were classified based onextant literature and precedent studies and the lyrics were selected according to the followingconditions: if double loan words are used, if western place names and foreign names are mentioneddirectly, and if texts in foreign languages are used. Colonia trauma appeared in the way of collapsing the ethnicity under the Japanese ideology ofassimilation. Therefore, Korean people, colonists expressed their colonial trauma in the way ofdenying their ethnicity and rationalizing insult. The colonial trauma led to envy of the westernpower, America and this remained intact in the texts of jazz songs. The sentiment of moderngenerations, people who enjoyed jazz songs remained intact and they expressed their excessivewestern orientation hedonically and denied their ethnicity. But under this contained confusion,helplessness, and nihilism that resulted from the limitations of the times, that is, colony andAmericanism was also found to be one of the aspects of colonial trauma that appeared in theform of escape to the powerful nation rather than salvation and denial of ethnicity.

실용음악교육의 융합인재교육(STEAM) 활용 당위성에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 융합인재교육(STEAM)에서 실용음악교육을 주요제재로 적극 활용할 것을 권하기에 앞서 그에 대한 명분 확보를 위한 당위성 고찰을 중심으로 한다. 가장 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통한 융합의 개념과 융합인재교육의 주요 흐름과 양상을 살펴보았다. 음악교육과 실용음악교육의 이해관계 분석을 통해 포괄적 관계성의 결과를 도출하고, 그를 바탕으로 예술, 음악 중심 융합인재교육의 주요 연구 동향에 실용음악 교육의 동참 필요성을 강조하였다. 당위성 논의를 위하여 융합인재교육의 본질, 목적, 의의, 방법론 등의 내용에 실용음악 주요 특징(실용성, 대중성, 포괄성, 시대성)을 대입하여 융합인재교육 활용에 대한 긍정적 요인을 유추하였다. 나아가 시작에서부터 테크놀로지를 적극 수용한 실용음악교육의 특이성과 케이팝(K-Pop)의 성공사례를 바탕으로 융합인재교육 확장에 대한 실효 가능성을 제언하였다. 본 연구가 향후 실용음악교육을 활용한 관련 연구의 양적·질적 향상에 작게나마 이바지할 수 있기를 기대한다. This research focuses on analyzing the feasibility of applied music education in order to secure justification prior to recommending its active use as a main topic in integrated human resources education (STEAM). Above all, we looked into the concept of convergence through the analysis of previous studies and at the main trends and characteristics of STEAM. Results, via analyzing interests, show a comprehensive relationship between music education and applied music education. Based on our results, we have emphasized the necessity of implementing applied music education in the main research trends of arts- and music-oriented STEAM. This research infers that there are positive aspects (practicality, mass appeal, inclusiveness, time trends) of including applied music into traditional STEAM contents, such as its essence, objectives, significance, and methods, in order to discuss its feasibility. Furthermore, the authors propose the effectiveness of expanding STEAM based on successful cases of K-pop and the uniqueness of applied music education that actively embraced technology from the beginning. We hope that this research contributes to the quantitative and/or qualitative improvement of related research utilizing applied music education in the future.

유튜브를 활용한 국내 CCM 콘텐츠의 발전 방향 연구 - 대표적 해외 사례와 비교 분석을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 거리두기로 인해 더욱 대두된 온라인 문화 속에서 국내 CCM 콘텐츠가 나아가야 할 발전 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 현재, 국내 국민의 절반 이상이 유튜브를 시청하는 온라인 문화를 수용하고 있어 연구의 범위를 유튜브 내 CCM 콘텐츠로 선정하였다. 그리고 ‘콘텐츠의 다양성’과 ‘콘텐츠의 접근성’에 분석 기준을 두고, 해외와 국내를 대표할 만한 유튜브 채널 3개를 선정한 뒤, 해당 채널의 콘텐츠 중 가장 두드러진 두 가지 유형, ‘워십뮤직(Worship Music) 콘텐츠’와 ‘워십뮤직 튜토리얼(Worship Music Tutorial) 콘텐츠’를 중심으로 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 CCM 유튜브 콘텐츠는 다양성이 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 해외의 사례와 같이 다양한 촬영 장소 및 인원 편성, 카메라 각도나 워킹을 달리하는 등의 다채로운 연출방식 활용을 통해 콘텐츠의 다양성을 확보하는 선진사례들을 수용할 필요성이 제기되었다. 또한, 국내 CCM 콘텐츠의 경우 비기독교인들의 접근성이 매우 취약하므로, 기독인 대중가수와의 협연 등 해외의 우수한 선진사례들을 적절하게 도입하여 사회적 접근성을 제고해야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 CCM 콘텐츠가 대중음악 콘텐츠의 중요한 한 분야로서 확고히 자리 잡는데 기여할 수 있기를 바라는 바이다. The purpose of this thesis is to study the development direction of Korean CCM contents in the online culture that is raised due to social distancing. Accepting the current online culture, where more than half of the entire nation watches YouTube, the scope of the study was selected as CCM content within YouTube. And after selecting three YouTube channels that can represent overseas and domestic based on the criteria of ‘content diversity’ and ‘content accessibility’, the two types of CCM content of the channels were compared and analyzed. The two types of content to be comparatively analyzed in this thesis are ‘worship music content’ and ‘worship music tutorial content’. Through comparative analysis of worship music content representing CCM content and worship music tutorial content necessary to develop it, we compared and analyzed the diversity and accessibility of content, and pointed out the improvement points of domestic CCM content derived from this. The effective development direction of CCM contents with diversity and accessibility in the growing online culture was presented.

일제강점기 가수 백년설의 군국가요 가사에 나타난 일제의 선전 선동 양상에 관한 연구

This study examines the propaganda and agitation patterns of Japanese imperialism evident in military songs recorded by Baek Yeon-Seol, a Korean singer from the Japanese colonial era. During this period, the ultimate goal of Japanese imperialism was to destroy Chosun peoples’ identity, subject them to Japan, and ultimately destroy Chosun completely. In this process, Japanese imperialism chose popular music as a means to brainwash and instigate Chosun people. Music has larger ripple effects as a medium that is delivered through sound. Japanese imperialism enforced record censorship to propagate the wartime system and introduced new patterns through military songs. Initially, military songs tended to be passive and not used for political purposes. However, after the wartime system intensified, they began to be used by the military as propaganda. Baek Yeon-Seol, was one of the first singers to propagate Japanese imperialism. Military songs recorded byBaek Yeong-Seol can be divided into songs related to participating in war as a colonist and songs about the new maternal love forced byJapan. These songs contained Japan’s intention to propagate the wartime system and achieveNaeseon Ilche, or “Korea and Japan are One,” policy. However, while these military songs seemed to represent pro-Japanese activities, they also captured the sorrow of the colonial era. Therefore, military songs can be seen as a resignation toward thecolonial system rather than conformity.

K-pop 걸그룹 뉴진스의 음악에 나타난 모드 선율기법 특징 연구

본 연구의 목적은 K-pop 걸그룹 뉴진스 음악에서 나타나는 모드 선율기법의 양상이 어떠한지 분석하고그 특징을 도출하여 현시대 K-pop의 음악적 동향을 파악하는 데 유의미한 참고 자료로 활용함에 있다. 국내 K-pop 시장을 넘어 빌보드 차트에서도 흥행을 이어가고 있는 뉴진스의 여덟 곡을 선정하여 음악적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 대상의 선정 기준은 뉴진스의 음악 중 빌보드 글로벌 차트 200위권 이내에 100일 이상 머무른 곡만 선정함으로써 최대한 영향력 있는 곡만 분석하는 것으로 하였다. 연구의방법으로는 먼저, 선행연구 자료를 통해 조성음악의 사용과 선법음악의 활용에 장음계와 단음계의 규칙성이 있는 공통되는 음을 구별함으로써 모달 인터체인지의 사용 유형을 분석하는 접근 방식을 채택하였고, 분석 결과, 뉴진스 음악에 사용된 선법 유형은 전체적으로 노래의 기능에 따라 형식이 달라졌으며, 연구 대상 네 곡에서 총 세 종류의 선법이 다양하게 사용된 점, 나머지 한 곡에서는 펜타토닉 스케일이 사용된 점 등 뉴진스의 케이팝이 선율의 사용에 있어 다양성을 제시하고 있다는 시사점이 도출되었다. K-pop이 단지 보여지는 퍼포먼스 중심의 음악으로 그치는 것이 아닌 음악적 깊이와 다양성을 겸비하는 발전 양상을 띠고 있음이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspects of mode melody techniques that appear in the music of K-pop girl group NewJeans, derive their characteristics, and use them as meaningful reference material in understanding the musical trends of contemporary K-pop. A musical analysis was performed by selecting eight songs from NewJenes, which are continuing to be a hit not only in the domestic K-pop market but also on the Billboard charts. The criteria for selecting the research subject was to analyze only songs that were as influential as possible by selecting only songs from NewJenes' music that stayed in the top 200 of the Billboard Global Chart for more than 100 days. As a research method, we first adopted an approach to analyze the use pattern of modal interchange by distinguishing common notes with regularity of major and minor scales in the use of tonal music and mode music through previous research data. As a result, the type of mode used in NewJeans' music differed in form depending on the function of the song as a whole, with a total of three types of mode used in various ways in the four songs studied, and the pentatonic scale used in the remaining song. The implication was drawn that NewJeans' K-pop presents diversity in the use of melody. It has been confirmed that K-pop is not just a performance-oriented music, but is developing to include musical depth and diversity.
