The injection molding process of MCPs is optimum process condition that comes from trial and error experiment. CAE analysis, which is applied to MCPs process in side of cost and time, is proper research method. This research is that ultra minuteness promulgation is tried to apply to automobile part through fill pattern and cell morphology, which is compared CAE analysis process with real MCPs foaming process. This result can confirm a good possibility for the application of MCPs CAE analysis to real MCPs foaming process and find some problems.

Micro-cellular foamed plastics formed by injection molding create a sensation in polymer industrial use for their following characteristics: lighter weight, less warp, reduced cycle time, less sink marking, and so on. This is due to the fact that the cells are nucleated in the Polymer matrix during the injection. Although foamed plastics produced by an injection molder have many merits as listed above, the MCPs are not destroyed completely in hole plastic industry and offer some problems. There are few studies designed to make recommendations for the solution of the MCPs products surface quality. This research is surface problem improvement research of MCPs product that use polymer film.

Micro Cellular Plastics create a sensation at polymer industrial for lowering product cost & overcoming a lowering of mechanical intensity. There is much development from injection molding parts but Extrusion parts is slow. This research is MCPs Extrusion parts, It is basis experiment for Process to make beads that is basis raw material of Package used most by shock mitigative of industry.
