지역언론의 내적 통제요인에 관한 연구: 제주지역 연고주의를 중심으로

이 연구는 지역언론의 뉴스 생산과정에 있어 기자의 연고주의와 조직 내부의 통제요인들이 언론보도에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지, 또 이에 대한 언론인들의 인식은 어떠한지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제주지역 4개 방송사와 4개 일간지 등 매일 뉴스를 생산하는 8개 지역언론사의 기자들을 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 제주지역 기자들은 언론보도에 있어 혈연, 지연, 학연 등 개인적 연고주의의 영향은 대체로 받지 않는 반면 직장 동료·상사나 경영진·주주 등 조직 내부의 통제요인으로 인한 영향은 상대적으로 많이 받고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 타 지역의 기존 선행연구 결과와는 그 영향 정도나 양상에 있어 차이를 보였다. 즉 제주지역 기자들은 언론보도에 있어 개인적 연고주의와 조직 내부의 통제요인으로 인한 영향은 타 지역에 비해서는 전반적으로 미약한 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 제주지역 기자들은 언론보도에 있어 연고주의에 대해 부정적 인식이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 상당수의 기자들은 언론보도에서 연고주의가 갖는 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면을 모두 인식하고 있으면서, 자기통제를 통하여 기사의 선택과 작성에 활용하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. This research says how effect relationships as the inner control factors gathering news reports at Jeju Province media report, and have Jeju journalists` recognitions about this problem. For this research, There were investigation to the journalists of 8 local media, 4 Jeju province broadcasting systems and 4 daily news paper publish companies, who gather news everyday. As a result of analysis, Personal relationship such as blood relation, regional relation and school relation hardly has effect on journalists of Jeju province, on the other hand, the inner control factors of system like co-workes, excutive, and stockholders has. This research points to the difference compared with the results of the other regions` preceding research to the power of influence or the aspect. Namely, Personal relationship and the inner control factors of system hardly has effect on journalists of Jeju Province and the influence of systemic relationship is weaker than other province. According to the result of relationship as a control factors at Jeju Province media report, as a whole, the longer the career and the higher the rank of a company, the more powerful aspect. As the analysis of the recognition about the relationship, it is more certain. Most Jeju province journalists have negative understanding very powerfully about relationship at media report. But most journalists recognize a good and weak point of relationships. And it was catched in self-control when news reporting.

홈네트워크 시스템이 외부망과 연결됨에 따라서 보안이 중요하게 되고 있다. 홈서버에서 실행되는 보안은 PC에서 수행하는 보안과 유사하기 때문에 홈기기의 결함, 완전한 데이터로 가장한 외부의 공격, 홈기기에 대한 칩입등에 대응에는 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 결함등을 방지할 수 있는 트랜시버를 이용해서 홈서버의 보안의 취약점을 보완할 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 제안된 알고리즘을 분석하고 결함방지 알고리즘이 포함된 트랜시버에 여러 개의 홈기기를 연결해서 알고리즘의 올바른 동작과정을 테스트해 보고 실제로 가정에서의 설치 가능성을 확인하였다.
