IPA기법을 활용한 유소년 동계스포츠프로그램 중요도와 만족도 분석

본 연구의 목적은 유소년 동계스포츠프로그램 운영에 있어서 효과적인 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있으며, 이를 위해서 IPA기법을 활용하여 유소년 동계스포츠프로그램 소비자인 학부모의 종목 및 프로그램 등에 있어서 중요하게 생각하는 요인과 만족하는 요인을 중요도 & 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 연구를 수행하기 위해서 유소년 동계스포츠프로그램 12곳의 학부모를 대상으로 2018년 12월 2일부터 2019년 1월 25일까지 약 434부의 자료를 본 연구를 위한 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. IPA Matrix를 통해 비교·분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Ⅰ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 지도자의 태도, 지도자의 교육내용, 지도자의 지도능력, 지도자의 경력, 지도자의 자질, 프로그램의 흥미성, 전반적인 평판, 프로그램 수준의 적절성, 그리고 프로그램 다양성으로 9개의 변수가 추출되었다. 둘째, Ⅱ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 주변 환경의 안전, 깨끗한 환경, 실내·외 안전함, 지도자의 연령, 그리고 장비대여 가격으로 5개 변수가 추출되었다. 셋째, Ⅲ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 다양한 가격제도, 교통, 장비대여 편리성, 이동거리, 그리고 셔틀버스로 5개 변수가 추출되었다. 넷째, Ⅳ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 프로그램 참여인원의 적정성, 지도자의 학력, 다양한 할인제도, 그리고 지도자의 성별로 4개의 변수가 추출되었다. 본 연구는 유소년의 동계스포츠 참여에 있어 실제적인 자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the empirical meaning of the program for the parents of the winter sports program consumer through the importance and satisfaction. Through this study, it is aimed to make a comprehensive judgment on the four areas of keep up the good work, concentrate here, low priority, and possible overkill in order to secure effective competitiveness in youth winter sports program. In addition, It is meaningful to provide basic data that can be applied to practical and field applications. As a result of comparison and analysis through IPA Matrix, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the items in the Ⅰ quadrant are extracted from nine variables as attitude of the instructor, then content of instructor’s education, instructor’s leadership ability, career of instructor, qualities of instructor, interest of the program, overall reputation, program-level appropriateness, and program diversity. Second, five items were extracted for the items in the quadrant Ⅱ, such as safety of surrounding environment, clean environment, indoor and outdoor safety, age of instructor, and equipment rental price. five items showed that the importance of youth sports program was high but the satisfaction level was low. Third, five items were extracted by various price system, transportation, convenience of equipment rental, travel distance, and shuttle bus. Fourthly, four variables were extracted from the quadrant of the quadrant by the appropriateness of the program participant, the education level of instructor, various discount system, and the gender of instructor.
