        여성의 월경통 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

        The purpose of this research was to understand the dysmenorrhea experience of women. To do this work, we asked 9 women a lot of questions about dysmenorrhea. The interviews were carried out from JUL 1, 1998 through JUL 30, 1998. They were audio-recorded and analyzed using Van kaam's Phenomenological method. Results were as follows. One hundreds forty two descriptive expression were found and they were grouped under twenty common factors. twenty common factors were grouped under six higher categories. Two common factors, "Physical pain", "Physical Discomfort" were grouped under <Physical trouble>. Three common factors, "Receptively of Femininity", "Women's Persecution", "Mystery of Femininity" were grouped under <Ambivalence of femininity>. Three common factors, "Emotional Anxiety", "Disgust of Pain", "Solitude" were grouped under <Psychological trouble>. Two common factors, "Coping with Pain Relief", "Fear of Pain relief method" were grouped under <Adaptation to pain relief>. One common factors "Beauty" were grouped under <Secondary gains>, One common factors, "Singularity" were grouped under <Specialities>. As Dysmenorrhea Experience of Women's authors recommend further studies on Women's Dysmenorrhea Experience and go into details nursing intervention of Dysmenorrhea relief method.

        간호대학생의 비만스트레스와 건강신념이 체중조절행위에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 비만스트레스와 건강신념이 체중조절행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2016년 9월 1일부터 10월 10일까지 U시에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person’s correlation coefficients와 위계적 다중회귀분석(Hierarchical multiple regression analysis)으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 성별(t=2.30, p=.044), 건강상태(F=8.03, p<.001)가 체중조절행위에 유의하게 영향을 주었다. 체중조절행위의 식이요법(r=-.26, p<.001), 운동요법(r=-.25, p<.001)과 행동수정요법(r=-.29, p<.001)이 지각된 장애성과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있으며, 체중조절행위의 전문지식획득은 비만스트레스(r=.42, p<.001), 지각된 민감성(r=.25, p<.001)과 지각된 유익성(r=.19, p<.001)이 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간호대학생의 체중조절행위에 유의한 영향을 준 것은 건강신념 중 지각된 장애(β=-.30, p<.001)와 비만스트레스(β=.20, p<.05) 순으로 나타났고, 이들 변인들의 총 설명력은 17.2%이었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 체중조절행위에 영향을 주는 성별, 건강상태 및 비만스트레스와 건강신념의 변인들을 이용하여 체중조절행위를 실천할 수 있는 효율적인 교육 및 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 요구된다. This study investigated the factors influencing how obesity stress and health belief impact weight control behavior among nursing students. Data were collected from nursing students in U city between September 1 and October 10, 2016 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, gender (t=2.30, p=0.044) and health status (F=8.03, p<0.001) significantly influenced weight control behavior. There were negative correlations between diet therapy of weight control behavior (r=-0.26, p<0.001), exercise therapy (r=-0.25, p<0.001), behavior modification therapy (r=-0.29, p<0.001), and perceived barriers in health belief. In addition, acquiring special knowledge for weight control behavior showed positive correlations in obesity stress (r=0.42, p<0.001), perceived susceptibility (r=0.25, p<0.001) and perceived benefits (r=0.19, p<0.001). Furthermore, the significant factors influencing weight control behavior were perceived barriers (β=-0.30, p<0.001) and obesity stress (β=0.20, p<0.05) in health belief, and these factors explained 17.2% of the variance. Based on the study results, it is necessary to develop and apply effective educational programs that can influence weight control behavior through gender, health status, obesity stress and health beliefs, which determine weight control behavior of nursing students.

        성인간호학의 실시간 온라인 수업에 대한 학습만족도 영향요인

        본 연구는 실시간 온라인 성인간호학 수업에 대한 학습만족도의 영향요인을 확인하여 간호학 교과목의 온라인 강의 설계 및 운영에 기초자료를 제공하고, 새로운 교육 패러다임을 준비하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 일개 대학 간호학과에서 실시간 온라인 성인간호학 수업을 수강하고 있는 3학년 105명을 대상으로, 2020년 6월 20일부터 7월30일까지 구조화된 온라인 설문지를 통하여 자료수집을 시행하였다. 자료의 분석은 t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person’s correlation coefficients, Hierarchical multiple regression analysis 으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 학습몰입은 3.07점(5점 척도), 수업참여는 3.46점(5점 척도), 학습만족도는 3.88점(5점 척도)으로 나타났다. 학습만족도는 학습몰입(r=.41, p <.001), 수업참여(r=.56, p <.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 본 연구 대상자의 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 수업참여(β=.47), 성인간호학 수업에 대한 흥미정도에서 매우 높음(β=.21), 높음(β=.20) 순이었으며, 설명력은 34%로 분석되었다(F=14.53, p <.001). 따라서 본 연구를 토대로 간호대학생의 학습만족도를 향상시키기 위한 주요요인은 수업참여로, 적극적인 수업참여를 이루어지기 위한 방안 및 교육방법을 개발하여 간호대학생의 학습성과 및 학습목표의 효율적인 달성을 기대해 본다. This study examined the influencing factors of learning satisfaction for real-time online adult nursing classes to provide basic data for the design and operation of online lectures in nursing subjects and help prepare a new educational paradigm. The subjects of the study were 105 3rd graders taking real-time online adult nursing classes, and data collection was conducted through structured online questionnaires from June 20 to July 30, 2020. The subjects were analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA by Scheffe test, Person"s correlation coefficients, and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the learning flow was 3.07, academic engagement was 3.46, and learning satisfaction was 3.88. Learning satisfaction showed a positive correlation with learning flow (r=.41, p <.001) and academic engagement (r=.56, p <.001). In addition, the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of the subjects of this study were academic engagement (β=.47), very high in the level of interest in adult nursing classes (β=.21), and high (β=.20) followed by 34% (F=14.53, p <.001). Therefore, the learning outcomes of nursing students and the effective achievement of their learning goals are expected by developing plans and teaching methods for active participation in classes.

        죽음준비프로그램이 포함된 호스피스 교육이 간호 대학생의 죽음인식, 죽음태도와 임종간호태도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 죽음준비프로그램이 포함된 호스피스 교육을 간호 대학생에게 적용하여 죽음인식과 죽음태도 및 임종간호태도에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시행된 방법론적 트라이앵귤레이션 연구이다. 양적연구는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하 여 기술통계, Wilcoxon 부호순위검정, Spearman’s rho으로, 질적연구는 내용분석을 시행하였다. 결과로는 간호 대학생의 임종간호태도가 유의하게 증가하였고, 죽음태도와 임종간호태도가 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 참여자들의 죽음준비프로그램이 포함된 호스피스 교육을 분류, 범주화하여 명명 작업한 결과는 1. 죽음의 부정적인속성 : 외로움, 허망함, 죽음 임박에 따른 고통, 2. 죽음의 긍정적인 속성: 삶의 과정, 새로운 시작, 영원한 휴식, 3. 희망하는 죽음 : 평화로운 죽음, 준비가 되어진 죽음, 존엄성이 지켜진 죽음, 4. 예비간호사로서의 임종간호 : 임종자에 대한 두려움, 자신의 역할에 대한 직무만족, 삶과 간호에 대한 가치관, 영적간호로 나타났다. 따라서 죽음준비프로그램이 포함된 호스피스 교육은 간호 대학생의 임종간호태도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 교육프로그램이라 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a hospice education including death preparing education program on perception of death, attitude of death and terminal care attitude for nursing students. A methodological triangulation that quantitative research used frequency, percentage, Wilcoxon, Spearman’s rho using SPSS 18.0 WIN program and qualitative research was conducted contents analysis. At the result of the research, the hospice education including death preparing program showed to significant increase its terminal care attitude of the students. There was a significant positive correlation between the attitude of death and terminal care attitude. The result of classification, giving their names and categorizing of the hospice education including the death preparing program of the participants showed such as, 1. Negative characteristics of death: loneliness, falsehood, death s agonies, 2. Positive characteristics of death: life process, new start, eternal rest, 3. Hopeful death: peaceful death, prepared death, death with dignity, 4. End-of-life care as pre-nurses: fear for the deathbed person, satisfaction of his or her s roles, value for the life and care, and spiritual care. In conclusion, a hospice education including death preparing education program was an effective program in enhancing the attitude of death and the terminal care attitude for nursing students.

        영어 텍스트 수정이 텍스트 난이도와 응집성에 미치는 영향

        There are ongoing debates on whether modified materials are better than the original ones. In this respect, the purpose of the study is to compare the modified texts found in high school English textbooks and their originals through the Coh-Metrix program. Among 60, 8 factors measuring text difficulty and cohesion were selected, and 10 reading passages out of 7 textbooks were compared with their originals. The results revealed that six out of 10 textbook passages were made easier, while four were slightly more difficult than the originals, and that half of the passages had more connectives after modification, and half had less. This suggests that not only lowering the difficulty of the texts but making them more cohesive are an important factor to be considered in the process of modification.

        보문 : 아트헤어의 조형에 나타난 포스트모더니즘적 특징에 관한 연구

        This study conducted an analysis of the theoretical and empirical characteristics of postmodern characteristics appearing in forms of art hair through reviews of preceding studies, publications, hair magazines, and internet materials. Postmodern characteristics appearing in forms of modern art hair re-introduce and combine decorations and reject functionalism and abstract formalism instead exhibiting weakening of historicity, new emotional principles, and Pastiche characteristics. In addition, artistic sensitivities and subjective aesthetic world are being freely expressed while the functional and rational aspects of modernism are rejected, rather using irrational transformations to enable aesthetic fabrications. It was discovered that expressions of art hair converge formative characteristics, such as material, form, color and texture with two or more of Postmodern disoriginality, disformation, decentralization, intertextuality, in turn ignoring previous design principles and avoiding aesthetic concepts of the past to reproduce artistic value of art hair even within incongruity. Characteristics appearing in the forms of modern art hair pursue various expressions, including avant-garde experimentation, distortion of forms, mismatching of colors, disappearance of messages, and removal of boundaries. Within these various characteristics of postmodernism, mutual similarity and contradiction exist simultaneously. Such implies that art hair can be a domain enabling infinite creative possibilities without the limits of formative expressional boundaries. The various expressional techniques of art hair based on postmodernism ares expected to have an effect even in creation of new designs possible for actual use within mainstream popularity.
