여성 한부모의 행복증진을 위한 집단영화치료 프로그램의 효과

본연구의 목적은 여성 한부모의 행복 증진을 위한 집단영화치료 프로그램을 구안하여 자아존중감, 부모자녀관계 만족도, 심리적 안녕감의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 본 프로그램 취지에 동의한 P시의 한부모 여성 20명 중 실험, 통제 집단으로 각각 10명씩 무선배정 하여, 총 8회기, 회기당 240분의 프로그램이 실시되고 사전-사후 검사가 두 집단에 실시되었다. 프로그램 종결 후 실험집단 참여자 각각 120분 개인면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 자아존중감, 부모자녀관계 만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 유의하게 증가하였다. 프로그램 만족도를 살펴보았을 때 프로그램의 내용뿐만 아니라 진행방법, 후속 프로그램 참여 여부 등에 대해서도 긍정적으로 평가해 전체적으로 본 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 집단영화치료 프로그램이 한부모여성의 행복증진에 대안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of group cinematherapy program on the Happiness of the Woman Single Parent. For this purpose, the research questions were as follows. Participants were 20 woman single parent in Busan and divided into two groups; 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the controlled group. The group cinematherapy program has been conducted to the experimental group for 240 minutes one times a week (total 8 times). Each group was measured two times, a pre-test and a post-test. Participants were given scales measuring self-esteem, parent-child relationship, depression and happiness before and after the program. Based on the reports on changing experiences from participants along with observations on behaviors in each session, a qualitative research as well as a content analysis was done to verify the effectiveness of the program. There was a significant increase in self-esteem, parent-child relationship and the level of happiness while a significant decrease in the level of depression after this cinematherapy program was implemented. Second, the level of satisfaction on the program was found generally high regarding the way to conduct this program and request on involvement in a follow up program as well as contents of the program were rated positively. Consequently, this result revealed that the program could be a proper alternative for the happiness of woman single parent.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess needs of training programs for APN practice courses and continuing education programs for APNs to provide baseline data to improve APN education and practice. Methods: A total of 98 questionnaires were distributed to professors in 38 nursing institutions and 64 (65.3%) were returned. Data collection was performed in November and December, 2007 through email. Results: Professors in charge of geriatric and home care nurse practitioner programs constituted 43.7% of the study participants. Forty-one percent answered that they were satisfied with the practice programs they currently have operated, while 36.5% responded to have difficulty in appointment of institutions for practice programs and 56.3% had problems in assignment of preceptorship. In case of developing training programs for APN practice courses, 58.7% answered that they are willing to participate, and 90.6% felt needs for development of continuing education programs for APNs. Regarding liability insurance for APN students, only 11.5% provided insurance policy. Conclusion: The study results indicated that standardized training programs are needed to assure quality of APN education, and continuing education programs are required to provide opportunities for APNs to improve competencies.
