        기업 윤리경영이 생산성에 미치는 영향

        The ethics problem is the most urgent one facing our firm and industry today. To solve such a problem, The "Five P's" of ethical behavior will be clarified through the check point of three-step ethical behavior. The five principles of ethical power for organizations are as follows : Purpose, Pride, Patience, Persistence, Perspective. The result shows that the firm ought to focus on forming the business culture through clean management with a new mind.

        品質管理의 歷史的 考察

        The history of quality control begun undoubtedly with industrial itself. Quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy implied or stated needs. Also, quality control is the use of techniques and activities to achieve, sustain and improve the quality of a product or service. The history of quality control goes way back to the ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome times. We can quess that Egypt people considered quality when they measured a stone for a pyramid and when they made an arrowhead. It is considerably a trivial error which the length of stone and an angle for pyramid. Also, a Greek and an Italian had a distinguished achitectual engineering and public work, even present-day it is the excellent level. During the Middle Ages a guild standardized, measured, and managed products which was separated top, middle, and bottom. They put in effect quality program under the supervision, too. In quality case, it was managed by the span of products viewpoint, a workman, and factory hand. Before the Industrial Revolution, 18c’s industry method and technique were almost same as the Middle Ages domestic industry. At that time QC(quality control) just abolished inferior goods and managed products quality through the naked eye. After the Industrial revolution, a theory of scientific management and a factory management were developed by mass-product. Tayler was a herald at the industrial management sphere. At 1920’s modern QC development was due to discernment a process variation and exclusion a process defect. It was the origin of statistical quality control. Thereafter a sampling inspection techniques was applicable, on 1956 TQC(total quality control) by Feigenbawn, at 1960’s CWQC(company-wide quality control) by Japanese, at 1980’s SPC(statistical process control) was emphasized through auto-industry, also it was demanded that CQI(continuous quality improvement) which was a new concept and TQM(total quality management). After ISO 9000 system was introduced at 1990’s, it became an indispensable factor to take the leadership among the world. As well our enterprise should switchover “KS” to prodution process and product management constitution of ISO 9000 Series.

      • 정보기술 사용의 인식과 정보처리 활용능력에 관한 조사분석 : 경기도 공무원을 중심으로

        우리나라 정부는 행정정보회의 지속적인 추진으로 행정의 생산성 향상과 대국민서비스의 질제고 등의 효과를 거두려 하고 있다. 이러한 행정정보화에 따라 전자정부의 성공적 구현을 위해서는 공무원의 정보화처리 능력이 우선적으로 필요하다는 인식하에 공무원들의 정펄 활용능력을 높여야 할 필요성도 동시에 주목 받아왔으떠, 이를 위해 공무원의 정보 활용능력 수준이 어느 정도인지 측정하고, 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 정보기술 사웅이 공무원의 업무에 미치는 효과 인지도는 공무원의 정보 활용능력에 영향을 받는다는 본 연구의 가설을 컴증하기 위하여 빈도분석, 교차상관관계분석, 독립표본 T-test, 일원배치 분산분석, 상관관계분석 등 다양한 검증방법을 시도하였다. 여러 분석을 거친 결과, 요약되는 내용은 다음과 같다. (1) 전반적으로 볼 때, 공무원들은 대부분의 연령층과 학력수준에서 컴퓨터·인터넷의 효과성을 다소 크게 인식하고 있었으며, 직급과 근무처에 있어서도 큰 차이 없이 그 효과성을 다소 크게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. (2) 먼저 공무원의 독립변수인 정보 활웅능력에 관한 변수들 사이의 관계를 살펴보면, 전자메일 사용빈도와 컴퓨터 사용빈도 사이의 양(+)의 상관관계만이 통계적 유의수준에 못 미칠 뿐, 나머지 변수들 간의 상관관계는 양(+)의 상관관계를 유의적으로 갖고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 정보 활용능력의 변수들과 컴퓨터·인터넷의 효과에 대한 인식과의 관계를 살펴보면 다섯 개의 변수 공히 통계적으로 유의적인 양(+)의 상관관계를 가지고 있음을 발견하게 죄었다. 이는 정보기술의 사용번도가 많을수록, 정보기술의 활용능력이 높을수록, 정보관러에 대한 행태가 긍정적일수록 정보기술의 효과가 높은 것으로 인식하고 있다고 판단된다. (3) 이로써 모든 분석의 결과를 종합해본 결과, 이 연구의 연구문제인 "공무원의 정보 활용능력이 높을수록, 공무원은 컴퓨터·인터넷과 같은 정보기술이 업무에 효과적이라고 인식할 것이다." 라는 가설이 입증되었다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같이 가설이 입증되어 정보 활용능력의 격차가 공무원 간에 존재하는 한, 공무원들이 정보 기술의 필요성과 행정에의 효과성을 똑같이 인정한다고 보기 어려우며, 공무원들의 정보화 교육 수요를 파악하던지 정보기술에 관한 인식을 제고하는 데에 정보 활용능력이 중요한 요인임을 주장할 수 있게 되었다. This research is a trial how government employees' ability of usage of IT influences recognizing effect on IT. It is the theme of research that how we recognize the effect of IT on execution in respect of 'how government employees' ability of usage of IT is'. A variety of analysis such as frequency analysis, cross tabulation analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANODE, correlation analysis, etc.., has been used to prove hypothesis which the government employees' ability of using information has an effect on their affairs influenced by using IT. As result of various analysis, the key is like this: ▶ Most government employees recognized the effect of computer and Internet more than we thought without regard to business position and address. ▶ First of all, If we take a look at the relation of variables about the independent variable, the government employees' ability of using IT, then we'll know that only the positive-correlation of the frequency of using computer and e-mail doesn't indicate significant difference but the correlation of the other variables does. If we also look into relation between variables of using IT and recognition about effect of Computer and Internet, we'll find that five variables have statistically, significant positive-correlation. It means that the more IT they use and the higher their ability are and the more positive their behavior; are, the more fruitful the effect of IT are. ▶ As a result of analysis, it is said that the theme of this research, "The higher the ability of government employees' using IT is, the more effect o government employee IT such as Computer and Internet has" has been proved. So far as the difference exist between government employees with the hypothesis proved, it's hard to be acknowledged that the government employees' need for IT is equal to effect on their execution. It can be asserted that the ability of usage of IT is important for reconsideration of recognizing IT.

        GE의 성장전략과 생산성에 관한 연구

        This article is to study about the growth strategy and Producticity of GE. GE is an enterprise that most succeeded in the world by Six Sigma. The business culture and value are more crucial than anything else. Hence, the business culture is inevitable when it comes to the company management. Keeping GE the world' foremost blue chip with constant competitive edge, Jack Welch introduced the '6-sigma' quality campaign in every field of management system. He did the 6-sigma staff training and the belt becamea vital item in promotion. The core value and culture of the GE that are not easily found can be summarized as follows. First, look squarely at the reality as it is. That's to say, not letting the members expect the world to become as they want, but making the attitude and the atomosphere sink in all the workers' minds that allow the problems to be solved by them while looking the reality in the face. Second, pursue of the best quality and try to be the top rank. That's the esential factor that chnges the impossibility into the workable thought. Third it is human factor. In other words, it's like a leadership, a sense of morality and a discetion close to one's instinct. It's like a leadership, a sense of morality and a discretion close to one's instinct. It creates the atmosphere thatpeople can't fear to challenge the higher goal way over ones limitation that people think it's possible, leading them to seek for the value called 'topnotch'. GE set 4 initiatives - globalizaton, service, 6-sigma and e-business - as their managerial stratagems, went ahead strongly with this plan armen with strict morality and admirable values.

      • 한·중 가전제품의 유통경로에 대한 장기적 결정요인과 생산성 향상방안

        The purpose of this study is to find out the determinants of long-term inclination between Korean suppliers and local retailers of household electric appliances in China-Korea. The constructs examined here include trust, dependence, environmental uncertainty (volatility & diversity), transaction specific assets, reputation, and satisfaction. It is hypothesized that trust (credibility and benevolence), satisfaction, and dependence have positive impacts on long-term orientation. At the same time, it is hypothesized that volatility and transaction specific assets have a positive impact on dependence while diversity has a negative impact. In addition, reputation has a positive impact on trust (credibility and benevolence). A total of 148 questionnaires were collected by surveying household electric appliance retailers in Beijing, China. The result of analysis shows strong support for the hypotheses. But, the relationship between volatility and dependence, reputation and credibility, credibility and long-term orientation is not supported. A total of 147 questionnaires were collected by surveying household electric appliance retailers in Seoul, Korea. The result of analysis shows strong support for the hypotheses. But, the relationship between diversity and dependence. reputation and credibility, benevolence and long-term orientation, transaction specific assets and trust is not supported.

        소집단활동인 품질분임조의 생산과정과 역할

        We can think that QC Circle as Small Group originate to guild in the Middle Ages. By Hawthorne experiment, small group activity in the middle of human from the middle of machine became much more important. In business management, have been study a mutual relation of human, human behavior and small group activity, especially the problem of human relation, the statisticall quality control become important task. Generating ZD movement in America at 1962 and QC circle movement in Japan at the same age will be anxious about the quality. The important concept of ZD is to $quot;do it right the first time$quot;. This movement of ZD flowed in Japan, introduced to Korea many industries in the 1970s ZD movement is spreaded. QC circle activity in Korea is a quality small group called $quot;small group being acted independently QC activities in same their place$quot;. ZD movement and QC circle are a practical movement of QC. QC circle activity is an origin of TQC, so that a role of QC circle is important. A small group in QC can devide as ZD movement, QC cirle, project team and self-management team. In our most of industries business managers have a correct understanding of importance in quality control and established a business policy prior quality and department of quality and we can know that spread at every work place in business industries. In conclusion pervading QC and QC circle, a product and service quality can improve, also productivity improvement can be yield the profit of business.
