Due to the fast spread and technical development of the computer, the computer application has been deeply used in our society and has been managed the typical method for managing information. Therefore, teachers try to find an efficient method to manage their, classes and students by using computer. Most class systems implemented today in ordinary schools are not suitable for special schools for mentally diabled students, in terms of feasible management and administration of classes and students. This paper aims to design and implement a special class management system that can exploits the characteristics and actual conditions of special schools.
