        여성빈혈의 유산소 운동 시 철분제 섭취 여부에 따른 Hb 및 APG에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted by examining the changes in Hb and APG depending on the source of iron supplements in parallel with aerobic exercise therapy to improve anemia, which is particularly vulnerable to women of childbearing age, and nutritional adjuvant therapy to enhance the improvement effect of anemia. It was designed and carried out for the purpose of finding out what kind of effect it has on people. The subjects of this study were 20 non-smoking women of childbearing age between the ages of 20 and 39 who were aware of anemia with Hb below 12 g/dL through a preliminary test. 11 people from the Not-Intake Group (NG) who performed only aerobic exercise for 8 weeks and 9 people from the Intake Group (IG) who took the same aerobic exercise and iron supplements together were finally selected. Results 1) Significant changes in Hb were observed in both iron intake and non-iron intake during aerobic exercise in women with symptoms of anemia. 2) Significant changes in APG were found in both iron intake and non-consumption during aerobic exercise in women with symptoms of anemia. 3) During aerobic exercise in women with symptoms of anemia, there was a significantly positive difference in the effect of intake versus non-intake on Hb improvement depending on whether or not iron supplements were supplied. 4) According to the source of iron supplements during aerobic exercise in women with symptoms of anemia, there was a significantly positive difference in the effect of intake versus non-intake on APG improvement. As a result of the above conclusion, iron supplementation was found to be more effective when aerobic exercise was applied as exercise therapy for improving anemia in women with anemia, so it is thought that it can be used appropriately depending on the severity of anemia.

        VIPR를 활용한 Cool-Down이 고강도운동에 의한 운동피로 및 신체적 스트레스 회복에 미치는 효과

        Cool-Down, which gradually returns the physiological functions of the body to normal levels through active relaxation after the end of exercise, is generally used to eliminate Lactate, which shows a rapid increase by high-intensity short-time exercise. The VIPR movement is a movement that made its name from the abbreviation of Vitality, Performance and Re-conditioning. It is a whole body integrated exercise that is performed with the focus of vitality, performance, and Re-conditioning that can be easily done anywhere if there are cylindrical small tools. Therefore, this study used the VIPR exercise, which is effective for vitality and regeneration, as a cool-down to relieve lactic acid, which is a radical increase by high-intensity exercise, to find out how it affects exercise fatigue and physical stress also to investigate the recovery effect of exercise fatigue of the VIPR movement and use it as a cool-down activity program. Therefore, 16 men in their 20s were screened into 8 VIPR groups and 8 stretching groups, and exercise fatigue index Lactate and physical stress index α-amylase were measured. The first measurement when stable, the second measurement after the end of high-intensity short-term exercise, and the third measurement after performing cool-down of VIPR and stretching activities, were measured using SPSS 24.0 as an independent samples t-test. In order to compare the mean and verify the effectiveness of the study, a repeated measures variance analysis (Repeatd Measures ANOVA) was conducted at a significance level of α = .05 to conduct the study in statistical order. As a result of t-test, Lactate and α-amylase at each difference between groups did not show a significant difference in the 1st and 2nd measurements, and showed a significant difference in the 3rd measurement (p <.01). In addition, as a result of repeated measurement variance analysis, there was a significant difference between period (p <.001) and period * groups (p <.05), and no significant difference between groups (p> .05). Therefore, it was concluded that Cool- Down using VIPR has a positive effect on reducing exercise fatigue and physical stress.

        요통 호소자의 밸런스보드 운동을 통한 코어 근 발달이 고관절 균형과 통증 척도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient and accessible exercise therapy for low-back pain complainants because of the necessity that developing core muscles through balance board exercise will help balance hip joints and improve back pain. We recruited 15 low-back pain complainants that fall under the screening range, and applied the balance board exercise to find out how it affects the core muscle, hip joint balance, and pain scale. As a result of the study, the balance board exercise of those with low back pain was 0°(p<.001***), 180°(p<.001***), R90°(p<.01**), L90°(p<.001**), R45°(p<.01**), L45°(p<.01**), R135°(p<.001***), L135°(p<.01**) 8-direction core muscles positive And the hip balance (p<.001***) and the pain scale (p<.001***) were positively changed. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the hip balance and the pain scale in the pre-relation (p<.05*) and the post-relation (p<.01**). Therefore, balance board exercise of low back pain complainants developed core muscles to positively improve hip balance and pain scale, and there is a deep positive correlation between hip balance and pain scale, so balance board exercise is an effective exercise therapy for low back pain sufferers.

        운동성 빈혈증상 여성의 유산소 운동과 호흡근 훈련 병행이 혈중 헤모글로빈 및 폐기능과 빈혈증상 개선에 미치는 효과

        This study is aimed at suggesting a physiological improvement method for exercise anemia by improving hemoglobin in the blood and oxygen transport capacity by improving lung function by combining aerobic exercise and respiratory muscle training for women with exercise anemia. The subjects of the study were 26 women of childbearing age who showed symptoms of exercise anemia, and only subjects who scored 12 g/dL or higher on the blood hemoglobin test and 2 points or higher on the VES-A test were selected to perform only aerobic exercise (Aerobics Exercise Group) and Respiratory muscle training groups were assigned to each group of 13 people. The results of the 10-week program are as follows. 1. Combination of respiratory muscle training effectively increases hemoglobin compared to single aerobic exercise. 2. Combination of respiratory muscle training effectively strengthens lung function compared to single aerobic exercise. 3. Combination of respiratory muscle training effectively improves symptoms of anemia compared to single aerobic exercise. Therefore, the combination of respiratory muscle training and aerobic exercise can be suggested as an effective exercise therapy to improve female exercise anemia rather than single aerobic exercise, and is considered suitable for increasing hemoglobin in the blood and strengthening lung function.

        정적스트레칭 Cool-Down이 고강도 단시간 운동에 의한 혈중 Lactate 축적 변화에 미치는 효과

        In the case of blood lactate produced by high-intensity short-term exercise, accumulation in the body acidifies the body fluid to reduce the pH of the body, induce muscle fatigue, slow down the energy metabolism and inhibit muscle fiber activity. High-intensity short-term exercise is a movement that performs the prescribed amount of exercise in the shortest possible time. The exercise effect is high, but there is a side effect that generates and accumulates lactate. Stretching is very effective in preventing muscle aches that occur during or after exercise, resulting in insufficient blood flow to the muscles during high intensity exercise, leading to a decrease in oxygen supply. This delays the ischemic state and creates negative cycles such as pain, ischemia, and convulsions. Static stretching helps to relieve or prevent myalgia. Therefore, this study was performed to measure blood lactate after 15 minutes cool-down before and after exercise, through cool-down using static stretching to quickly remove blood lactate generated and accumulated by high intensity short-time exercise I looked at the changes in accumulation. The results showed that the 15-minute static stretch Cool-Down decreased lactate accumulation compared to complete rest (p <.01), Repeated Measures(Time Group p=.001) Therefore, it was concluded that the static stretching Cool-Down is effective in preventing accumulation of lactic acid by high intensity short-time exercise.

        바디웨이트 그룹운동이 비만여대생들의 체형개선변화와 혈중스트레스요인에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to find out how it affects changes in body shape and blood stress factors by having obese female college students perform body weight exercise for 8 weeks. The study subjects were divided into 10 body weight group and 10 control group based on 20 obese female college students. Two-way repeated ANOVA was conducted to see the significance and interaction effect between the two groups based on the data obtained through two pre- and post-measurements through 8 weeks of body weight exercise, and based on the above results, the following conclusions were drawn. derived. First, in the effect of improving the body shape of obese female college students through body weight exercise, there was a significant difference in weight (measurement period) and body fat percentage (measurement period, group), and it was found that there was an interaction effect. Second, in the effect of blood stress of obese female college students through body weight exercise, there was a significant difference in blood active oxygen (measurement period) and blood lactic acid (measurement period), and it was found that there was an interaction effect. Recently, various exercise methods have been proposed for diet and health promotion. The body weight exercise presented in this study has also been shown to make positive changes in eliminating obesity, and for modern people who lack time, if performed regularly at home training or a place where only space is used, obesity can be prevented. It will relieve blood pressure and reduce blood stress, leading to a healthy college life and healthy adulthood and middle age.

        비만남성의 점핑운동 활동이 혈중지질과 비만지표 개선에 미치는 효과

        Compared to the past, humanity in the present age has increased life expectancy and life averagey. However, the obese population also gradually increased. As of 2018, the obesity rate of adult males is 42.8%, which is higher than the female obesity rate of 25.5%. Obesity is the cause of various lifestyle-related diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Therefore, through the jumping exercise, a systemic aerobic exercise that is currently in the spotlight, we examine the effects of improving obesity indicators through blood lipids and body composition, which are factors related to lifestyle-related diseases of obese men in their 20s and 30s, and prevent obesity treatment and lifestyle-related diseases. The basic purpose of the exercise program was to set the necessity and purpose. In this study, 15 obesity with BMI-25 or higher who were in the 20s to 30s who wished to participate in the jumping exercise were screened, and blood lipid and obesity index factors were measured by pre-test. The jumping exercise program was conducted for 45 minutes of this exercise with exercise intensity of 60% HRmax or more 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and a post-test was conducted in the same manner as the pre-test. As a result of the study, TC (p<.01), TG (p<.05), and LDL-C (p<.01) were significantly decreased in blood lipids (p<.05), obesity index was BMI, and body fat mass was decreased significantly (p<.001) and lean mass increased significantly (p<.001). In addition, the correlation between blood lipid and obesity index was TC/BFM (p<.05<SUP>*</SUP>), TG/BMI (p<.05<SUP>*</SUP>), TG/BFM (p<.05<SUP>*</SUP>), LDL-C/BFM (p<.01<SUP>**</SUP>) showed a static relationship. TC/FFM (p<.01<SUP>**</SUP>), TG/FFM (p<.05<SUP>*</SUP>), and LDL-C/FFM (p<.01<SUP>**</SUP>) show negative relationship, so it is significant between blood lipid and obesity index. There was a correlation. According to the results of the study, it was found that the 8-week jumping exercise had a very positive effect on improving blood lipid and obesity index of obese men, and there was a correlation between blood lipid and obesity index.

      • Step-Box를 활용한 유산소성 쿨다운이 고강도운동에 의해 축적된 젖산에 미치는 효과

        Lactic acid is a strong acidic substance that is produced and accumulated during high-intensity exercise. If it is not removed sufficiently, it causes fatigue and decreased muscle activity. This not only deteriorates the performance but also affects the future exercise. Several studies have been done to solve the problems of lactic acid. Studies on nutritional aspects such as intake of proteins, amino acids, and anti-oxidants, and inactivity such as massage or immersion methods and temperature differences have been proposed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic cool-down on lactic acid removal using a step-box for 15 minutes as part of the restoration of activity. Based on elevated lactate after high intensity exercise, there was a statistically significant difference in lactic acid (p = .01) between the aerobic cool-down group using the setp-box and complete rest group . Therefore, the aerobic cool-down using the step-box was more effective in removing lactic acid than the inactivity complete rest.

        탄력밴드를 활용한 복합운동이 비만 중년여성의 혈중 중성지방 개선과 신체조성 발달에 미치는 영향

        Globally, obesity is defined as a disease, and in Korea, as the prevalence of obesity is higher than in the past, the obesity is serious. In particular, women"s obesity is known to be associated with women"s diseases. Triglyceride (TG), a blood triglyceride that is common in obese people, is associated with various lifestyle and vascular diseases. By improving TG and body composition, the development of body composition through body fat percentage and body mass index (BMI), which are indicators of obesity, is necessary. The elastic band exercise is an exercise that can be effectively performed by obese middle-aged women, and it is a combination of resistance exercise and aerobic exercise. It is expected to have a positive effect on the improvement of blood TG and body composition during exercise. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use as a method for the prevention and treatment of obesity along with the healthy physical development of obese middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were 12 obese middle-aged women in their 40s with BMI 25 or more. The exercise was performed using elastic bands three times a week for 10 weeks and with intensity above 70% HRMax.We used the t-test using SPSS24.0 to examine the changes in body fat percentage and BMI, which were divided into pre and post blood triglycerides and body composition. Correlation analysis was performed to investigate the correlation between factors, and all statistical significance levels were set to α = .05. The results showed that the percentage of body fat (p<.05), BMI (p<.01), and blood triglycerides (p <.001) were decreased than pre-, and there was a statistically significant very high correlation between triglycerides * and body fat percentages (p<.001). The results showed that 10 weeks of combined exercise using elastic bands was effective in improving blood triglycerides and body composition in obese middle-aged women. There was a very high positive correlation between blood triglyceride and body fat percentage. Therefore, in the related follow-up studies, studies on the effects of obesity prevention exercise should be conducted on the overweight level, not on the obese person, and on the triglycerides as well as the various lifestyle-related factors caused by obesity.

        아미노산 섭취가 크로스핏 운동을 하는 성인남성들의 젖산과 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of lactic acid and physical fitness factors on cross - fit exercise among 20-year-old men in the exercise group for 6 weeks. The exercise program consisted of three times a week for a total of 6 weeks, 50 minutes a day. The exercise program was performed before and after the experiment, and lactic acid and fitness factors were measured. The following conclusions were obtained. The change of lactic acid was statistically significant after the experiment (p<.001). The physical fitness factors showed statistically significant differences in all physical fitness factors (p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). In conclusion, high-strength short-term cross-pit exercise is effective in improving physical fitness and lactic acid is increased in high intensity exercise, it was concluded that lactic acid was decomposed by amino acid intake.
