What causes the transformation of a solar cell is the behavior difference of thermal expansion occurred between the substrate and the layer of semiconductor used in the solar cell. Therefore, the substrate has to possess a behavior of thermal expansion that is similar with that of semiconductor layer. This study employed electroforming to manufacture Fe-Ni alloy materials of different compositions. To verify the result from a finite element analysis, a two-dimensional Mo substrate was calculated and its verification experiment was conducted. The absolute values from the finite element analysis of Mo/substrate structure and its verification experiment showed a difference. However, the size of residual stress of individual substrate compositions had a similar tendency. Two-dimensional CIGS/Mo/SiO₂/substrate was modeled. Looking into the residual stress of CIGS layer occurred while the temperature declined from 550℃ to room temperature, the smallest residual stress was found with the use of Fe-52 wt%Ni substrate material.

In design of the Building with a reinforeced concrete flat roof, it is more common that the treatment of rain water in the roof is relied only on waterproof, that the matter of drainage tends to be neglected, that the roof-pitch for drainage is 1/100 in any case-whether or not it is the roof for a pedestrian or not-, and that the pitch is not adjusted by the roof slab but the cement finish. In this context, I suggest a reform-measures as follows; 1. It is desirable that the flat roof be pitched respectively according as the roof is for a pedestrian or non-pedestrain. 2. It is desirable that the roof-pitch for drainage be not placed in the protection coat but in the roof-slab, especially in the roof with more wide span. 3. It is desirable that the roof-slab be, as much as possible, finished by steel trowel with fair-faced concrete.

I have designed and tried Watch Tower by using one electric pole. The results from here are as follows; 1. It is easy to avail the height of 10 meter by an simple structure. 2. Construction work is easy and prompt, additionally moving the structure is also easy. 3. The cost of construction is much lower than any other Watch Tower of the same scale. 4. It is possible to mass produce in the factory and assemble in the field.

I built the monumental structure, which was built by laying veneer bricks on the reinforced concerte construction. It is a general construction method to set up wood from, pour conerete, remove the from after hardening and finally lay veneer bricks. In this study, I laid veneer bricks first and, by making use of it into a form poured its inner part with concrete. By following this method, the construction of a form could be omitted and the following construction could be attained: (1) The construction cost could be curtailed sharply. (2) A term of work could be shortened considerbly. (3) An easy construction and the improvement of quality were possible.

In architectural environmental science dealing with physical efficiency in buildings, it is important to understand the relations between physical stimulus and subjective response. As luminous environment is physiological·psychological environment made by lighting in inner space, it is more immediate and necessary than any other environmental factor. In this point this paper is aimed at investigating the characteristics and problems according to the quality of lighting in college lecture rooms and at proposing the fundamental materials to produce model for evaluating visual environment.
